Dale has been our go to mechanic for my family for up to 10 years ish. Probably worked on 9 of our cars through out the years. (I have a big family)Dale is honest and fair. I refer him to all my friends and family.I don t trust many people and am paranoid that I m getting robbed because I know nothing about cars. I m happy to have found someone that is trustworthy and honest. Such a relief.Highly recommended!

Dale and his team take great care of our vehicles! He s very kind as well as fair. Moving here from out of state, I was nervous about finding a new place to trust with our cars, and thankfully I found All Around Auto on the first try. Excellent experience all around! I had a cracked radiator and was able to get it fixed quickly and efficiently. They were also kind and thorough enough to diagnose and fix another issue free of charge.

Dale and his team are always friendly, thorough, honest, and do great work. They just added wheel alignments to their services; it s really convenient that I can get an alignment done there (instead of a tire shop) when I m having other service done. I ve brought 4 different family cars to All Around Auto and would highly recommend them to anyone. I went to Dale at All Around Auto for my brakes because he had been recommended to me. He absolutely lived up to that recommendation! He made it so easy to drop off my car, get the work done, and get the car back to me. All in great time and reasonable pricing. And no upselling me on stuff I didn't need. I will be passing this recommendation on to everyone.

I took our 2007 Acura RDX to Dale and his team and we couldn't be happier! We were having some sort of vibration at speeds and had no idea what could be wrong so we called and Dale had us scheduled to come in the next day. Unfortunately, we had some unforeseen issues that Dale encountered while trying to fix our front CV axle, but Dale assured me he could handle it and would have parts in-hand the next day. True to his word, the next day he had the parts installed, test drove it to confirm the vibration was gone which it was, and saved us some $$ by confirming no alignment was needed. We will be coming back here for any automotive issues and would highly recommend giving Dale and his crew a shot at fixing whatever ails your ride. Thanks again Dale and team!

My husband and I encountered a fairly complex alignment problem with our truck. Initially, All Around Auto Repair recommended that we seek assistance from another local business that specializes in diesel vehicles. However, we had previously visited the business that Dale Johnson recommended and had a very poor experience there. In light of this, Dale made an extra effort to find a solution to our issue. While we did face some challenges throughout the process, he went above and beyond to surpass our expectations in addressing them. We will be a lifelong customerService: Auto brake repair

Amazing service. I used all around auto years ago for my other car, and the again with my current car, every interaction I ve had with Dale has been lovely. Prices are more than reasonable and the service is the best I ve received at any car mechanic. Highly recommend!

To say that Dale and his crew go above and beyond would be an understatement. Dale has maintained my family's vehicles for years, and we have not gotten stuck on the roadside since I don't remember when. But when my battery quite unexpectedly died last week and I needed some urgent help, Dale was able to squeeze me in with essentially no notice and replace the battery. I have nothing but good things to say about this business.I recently had new tires put on my car and was told I needed to have new rear brakes soon. I was told it should be ok for my already planned trip to Santa Rosa but would need to have them done soon.Of course once I made it to Santa Rosa I suddenly heard a growling noise from my rear brakes. It was intermittent but I knew I couldn t wait until I got home to have it done.I looked at Yelp for a local business and saw good reviews for All Around Auto. I called and Dale said bring it in.Once there my fears were confirmed, I needed new brakes. Dale called his parts house and after a short wait in their very comfortable and pleasant waiting room the parts were in hand and the job was completed in short order. Dale offered us water or coffee while we waited and kept us informed of each step so we didn t feel hung out to dry like I have felt in other places. It all went so smoothly.The mechanic, who s name I am sorry to say I have forgotten, was knowledgeable and quick.The whole experience was amazingly easy!Then came the best part. The cost was about $100 less than I was quoted back home.All Around Auto is all around wonderful!I might even consider having future repairs and maintenance done here because honestly it would be worth the drive!

My son and I share a Ford Taurus. He uses it more than I do. We already know the transition is almost shot, and we can not afford to get that fixed. We do baby her as much as we can. One day, I noticed water leaking under the car. It was the radiator. I was the second owner of this car, so I knew sooner or later I would have to replace everything. So I took it to three different repair shop and got three different prices. It's all about $200 more than we could afford. I remembered getting a flyer in the mail about All Around Auto Repair. They had moved from another city to Santa Rosa. And they are family owned and operated. Local people. It's not too far from me. I called and got an appointment for the next morning . My son took it in. The quote was $250. He actually got it done that day! The place and the people are amazing and very friendly. No hipe with add services that are not very necessary. He told us about things that needed to be taken care of in the near future, but no pressure. So, my search is over for an auto repair shop, I found it! Thanks guys!!!

Dale really does great, honest work here. I was able to get a same-day appointment to bring my 2009 Honda Accord in for brake replacement; I also asked Dale to have a look at the rest of the vehicle and see if there's anything else that needs doing because I hadn't brought my car in for maintenance for a long time.When he called me back to give me a quote on the work, he rank ordered the jobs in terms of what was urgent, what would be convenient to do while they're working on it, and what could be saved for later but needs doing. He gave me all the information and pricing and let me make a decision based on my needs and budget.The price he quoted me was what I paid when I picked up my car, and my brakes are working great. He also sent a follow up text to make sure everything was working well.

Took my 05 Honda in for a new mount ( turns out the old one was 2 pieces ) these dudes crushed it, very communicative during the process so I was informed and gladly added on services I needed with no issue. 5/5 experience, will be going back!

Falsely diagnosed my truck and replaced fuel pump than my truck immediately broke down again. It was just bad fuel. No help from owner avoiding my calls.

This auto shop was the best find for me. They do great work on your car and only do what you need. Dale and his staff have the best customer service I ve ever seen. There rates for services are very reasonable. I highly recommend you use them. They even check up on you to see how the car is after they serviced it. I m a returning customer for ever.

Dale was so helpful and kind! I called him up in a pinch and he was able to help right away. He even gave me a trusted phone number to call to help get my car towed. He answered all my questions, handed my car back quickly, and gave me an even lower final price than I expected. He replaced by battery and my radiator and my car is now doing great.
