I ve had both of my cars tinted here. The first car I owned for four years and over 80,000 miles. The second car I had for 12 years and over 160,000 miles. Both never showed any signs of wear other than a scratch I made to one while moving and it wasn t even noticeable. They use a great product and have excellent customer service. This is the only shop I trust to tint my car.

They saved me and my Sprinter van!Sadly my van had an attempted break-in. I needed to find glass repair ASAP, as the rains had started, and my options were limited. From start to finish, Advanced Auto Glass was amazing. Personal call backs, helping me coordinate drop off and pick up. Thank you all SO much. Really appreciate the exceptional customer service!

I didn t know my windshield had a rain sensor, when I ordered my cracked windshield to be fixed. The day I was taking it in, I was looking at the windshield and realized I had a rain sensor. Needless to say I was worried that they would have the wrong windshield. Fortunately they had looked up my vehicles vin number and determined it had a rain sensor. Thankfully they got it right because I was going on vacation. It was a pleasure to have my windshield fixed here. They were quick and did a great job.

The windshield on my 23 year old Jaguar XK8 was needing to be replaced. Called around and got quotes from different places all over Santa Rosa. As a young woman with a foreign car choosing a trusted business for repairs is important. Advanced Auto Glass was the only shop to call me back and then offer to replace my windshield for less than my quote from Safelite! Very down to earth and straightforward. Austin was able to get me in the next day! Their place is clean, and waiting room comfortable with lots to read including free WiFi. The staff were very nice and personable. The whole appointment was very transparent and they let me know exactly what was being done. My windshield looks amazing, and the staff were very careful and professional with my car. Wonderful family owned business, I have lots of respect for this place. 10/10 recommend- go support your local family owned businesses!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I couldn't have asked for a better experience in an unfortunate circumstance! After having my car broken into over the weekend while in the city, I decided to take my car to Advanced Auto Glass vs the local dealership purely based on their raving reviews. I was willing to pay a little extra if need be, especially to get the glass cleaned up inside, but didn't even require getting a detail for them to do that for me. Shelby in particular was extremely kind and empathetic toward my situation. I truly feel that he went out of his way to give me a good deal and my car was ready by the end of the day. Overall, it was so much faster and cheaper than I had anticipated and the work is definitely quality. Very pleased with the outcome. Thank you guys for being a positive for something that was a horrible experience to have to go through:)

Advance Auto Glass did an amazing job on my Infiniti i35. I had the back glass, the windshield, and the driver side glass completely destroyed with no means of repair and yet advanced Auto Glass fixed it all. Highly recommend

The best glass repair shop I've dealt with. I called Friday to replace the windshield on my 86 Blazer M1009 and they got me in on Saturday and done in about an hour! Top notch service and staff DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND!

Austin is great. His wife is a lovely woman, She was kind enough to walk me out to my car and explain some things about the rear view mirror mount. They did a great job on my magnum, sunroof, which was not an easy process.After calling around, the only other shop that could do it was located in Vallejo & much more costly.Advanced Glass spent lot of time locating the part,negotiated a price to what I could afford,Then installed it and gave me a bonus cleaning for free, because he knew my economy and is kind like that.I would definitely recommend these guys

Advanced was awesome. I cannot say enough good stuff about how well they delivered!!!!I had tried to work with Safelight and my insurance company to replace my cracked windshield. They made it difficult and said it would take two weeks. Are you kidding me . Advanced to the rescue Advanced helped me navigate the insurance process and delivered a great service next day. Austin was super responsive, kind and helpful via text message. Austin made everything easy. I would 1000% recommend them. If I need them again I know where to go. Thanks for the great and frictionless service.

Minus one rating....My van was vandalized and most of the windows were broken out. They cut the wire three places on each electric window so I had to by new regulators, one was the wrong size and almost fell off and another that still needs replacing. They were going to charge me 200$ to fix their screw up and I still can't roll passenger window because I am disabled and can't afford it. That was six months ago. I wouldn't trust them

After staying at a nearby hotel, our car was broken into through the rear window. Since there isn't any Safelite I'm the area, we were able to find this location. We were able to get an appointment that day.After waiting for a few hours (simply because the glass had to be delivered) our window was fixed within 30 minutes. The staff was great and the owner was always busy getting business done.The reason for the loss of a star, the cleaning of the window debris was not stellar. I spent another hour after getting home getting the rest of the debris. Second, it seems the window we got has some small scratches near the bottom of it (from something unknown). We are currently waiting to be contacted to get the window replaced (again).I would definitely recommend this place to get your window fixed.

Had an appointment for 9 am to have my windshield replaced. Finally got it back at 3pm. The whole inside of my truck was covered in broken glass and a coupon to have it detailed across the street at their other spot. First rain we had the windshield leaked. Brought it back with an appointment and was told they would replace the windshield under warranty. Instead they just added more sealant behind the glass which worked to stop the leak but once again took almost a whole day to get my truck back. They are a highly rated store and I very surprised to have such a bad experience. Austin and his wife are very nice people but whoever performed the work chose anger that day. I will be going elsewhere next time I need a windshield replaced.

I had a horrible experience going advance auto glass , 0/10 would not recommend. I had taken my car to get my windshield looked because it was leaking. The owner had me sign a work order for a leak test with NO cost on it. After calling another shop and getting a much cheaper quote ($150 cheaper) I decided I would take my business elsewhere. Also why do they need to do a leak test when I already told them it was leaking,there are water stains around the windshield and my car has no sunroof. They were taking advantage of me as a young woman that isn't familiar with mechanical issues. I called to confirm I was going somewhere else and now they are calling me none stop. At the end of a voicemail the owner said "we will find you!" in a threatening voice. So unprofessional and I will be never going back!

As soon as I filed the claim with my insurance company, Austin contacted me to set up an appointment, within minutes. He got me in the next day. No hassle, easy scheduling. The work was done right and quick. The staff is pleasant and very professional. This business is also equipped with the Opti Aim equipment to calibrate the sensors in my windshield needed for my Prius. I highly recommend Advnced Auto Glass to anyone in Sonoma County looking to get windshield replacement, their prices are very competitive. I was very happy with my overall experience! I had a very bad, rear truck window leak. Advanced Auto Glass took that window out and resealed it. All seemed fine until, a windy rain storm blew about 50 drops of water on the rear seat backs. (not a biggy but still needs attention). The initial resealing greatly reduced the water leak! So, I went back to explain that a little water was still coming in. They apologized and set up an appointment to check things. Very nice folks to deal with!.Service: Installation

First, I want to start off by saying that they were extremely helpful at the beginning of my whole process of getting a window replacement. They price matched another company and got my glass in within 2 days. They were able to replace my window within an hour!Where I give it 3 stars is due to them leaving shards of glass in the window that they had replaced. When we called about it, the guy on the phone was going on about how booked they were and how they wouldn't be able to do it that day (understandably). However, what I did not like was how he was ranting on about them not even being able to take a break all day, which I understand, but was in my opinion, unprofessional to say to a customer.Additionally, they told us to go in first thing in the morning the next day (8 AM on 12/24/21). When my husband got there, he let the guy know why he was there. The guy working, looked at my husband and said "do we really have to do that today?". I was shocked when he told me what they said, after they were the ones that told us to come in that day at that time.We would've been more than happy to go in another day as we understood it was Christmas Eve.Overall, service was great at the beginning but went completely downhill from there. I understand its the Holiday's, but being told to come in and get that type of service was not ok.Service: Auto side window replacement

I was able to call and bring my vehicle over right away, in the rain. They removed and revealed my rear window which had been leaking heavily for years. Great service great results

Wow, one phone call and I was in! I even had to call back to change the time because of work, and they still squeezed me in within 24 hours of my first call. They quoted 1� hours wait time, and I don't think I waited an entire hour. In and out, no hassle what-so-ever. They even did their best to vacuum up all of the glass out of my truck and the truck bed. I'm super grateful for these guys! Stick with supporting local folks, it's worth it!

First scheduled visit they decided they needed to replace not repair the windshield. Second scheduled visit they did not have the windshield and stated they would call me to reschedule. One week later and never heard from them. By the way you cannot reach them by phone. My insurance company stepped in, got the appointment and also gave me a number that I could contact them through. I smartened up and called before driving to South Santa Rosa and checked to make sure they had the part. Third visit the windshield was replaced. The employees were always pleasant and curteous so I have no complaint with them. The Company's business practices need to be improved. I wasted several gallons of gas driving to their remote location to get this repair and it was extremely frustrating.Service: Auto windshield replacement

These guys are the best! I was traveling through Santa Rosa and a rock hit my windshield and caused a crack to start forming. I called them 15 min before they closed and asked if I could please come in first thing in the morning, as I needed to hit the road around 10. They said yes, and even though they were super busy in the morning, they got me out in 90 mins! Highly recommend this shop!!

I had a windshield replaced here and they did a fantastic job. After calling several shops they had the best price and very helpful staff. As I drove to my appointment my gas light came on, I figured I would fill up immediately after. When I left I noticed they had added a couple gallons of gas for my convenience. Austin at Advanced Auto Glass was very helpful, explained everything well and always was prompt in calling me back. They are fast and efficient. I planned on dropping my rv off for repairs the next day and they busted it out at 4pm so I didn't have to leave it. I dropped my truck off today and it will be done first thing tomorrow. They were also able to fix my rust damage on both. 2 thumbs up!

I brought my car here for a water leak. Austin told me it was absolutely the sunroof without even looking at the car. Proceeded to spend 30 minutes supposedly cleaning the sunroof and charged me 175. The next time it rains same water leak, only this time due to their incompetence at actually locating the leak and making the repair, the aviator module will hat powered my lift gate on my suv was fried.! Took the car back to Advanced Auto Glass to let them know they didn t fix the problem and ended up causing more damage because of their failure to actually do the work involved to find the cause. I was told it was a guess by Austin. Seriously? How unprofessional and lazy. He also didn t refund my money for the unnecessary work he did in the first place. Buyer Beware! I definitely do not recommend this business.

After I chipped my windshield on the freeway I went to Advanced Auto Glass. They said they could fix it for $59. I thought GREAT. But when they were done, it didn t look one bit better. I ended up going somewhere else and had my whole windshield replaced.SHOP AROUND, YOU WILL FIND BETTER SERVICE AT A BETTER PRICE. May I suggest DISCOUNT AUTO GLASS on Third Street. Those guys are the real deal.*today I received a follow up call, basically it seems to get me to remove this review. Also to tell me I didn t listen to what they said would happen. This could not be farther from the truth. When this job was complete, I was in the waiting room and was told it looks really good, you can t even see it . But when I got to my car it was as plain as day. The ONLY thing that I couldn t see was the money that was missing from my wallet.
