If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Yes they were great at diagnosis, but the way that the owner talks to females is beyond ridiculous. He told me to have my dad call the shop so he could explain the diagnosis to him. It was degrading and made me feel really awful. If you re a female DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. It is HUMILIATING to be treated that way. After taking it to another mechanic the $3000 quote he gave me turned into a $650 fix. I was told by him my coils and spark plugs were fine when the second mechanic changed the coils that were WARPED AND WORN and my check engine light turned off. Smoother drive with no issues. I will NEVER be taking my car here again

I have never written a Google review before, but I am now.ABC Auto Repair is the most honest, responsive and customer friendly repair shop I have ever used in my almost 50 years of driving. Junior, the shop manager, is the most honest and kind person. I came in with a newly purchased used Ford Truck. Unlike two other shops on Piner Rd that wanted to charge me over $300 just to look at the truck, Junior looked at it right away, and diagnosed the problem. He acknowledged to me that many of these auto repair shops take advantage of women; NOT ABC Auto. I will take all of my vehicles to ABC in the future.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Best mechanic I have been to. Called the day before and brought my car in the next morning for a check engine light inspection. Found an underlying problem with my car that could have caused a major issue. Very fair pricing, professional, and reliable. Had my car in and out the same day even when the part had to be shipped in. I am not one to normally leave reviews but I can t thank Junior and the guys at ABC enough!

They got my car ready first thing on a Sunday. Was late on answering the call that mu car was done and the mechanic was nice enough to wait for me to get there. Very affordable and fair! Highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

This is the second time in 4 years that I've taken my vehicle to Junior at ABC for work. He is thorough, professional, and does exceptional work. He is honest as the day is long. My truck needed a new radiator. It was completed in 1 day, at the price quoted (and itemized) and was extremely reasonable. I will continue to recommend Junior and ABC Auto Repair to anyone that needs honest, reasonable and reliable work done on their vehicle.

Jr. did a great job! My son needed his car worked on asap for basic transportation needs. Other shops were offering to schedule us two weeks out. His shop was recommended by another shop who could not fit us in. Needless to say I was very apprehensive about trusting Jr. being that we did not knowing him at all. I knew we were looking at a repair bill of about $1000. Not a little job. Jr. was able to work on the car within a few days. The repairs were done on time as promised at a VERY reasonable rate. He suggested a few additional repairs for safety (which were no surprise). He showed us the worn out parts which he had suggested be replaced (worn out brakes) when we picked up the vehicle. My son is back on the road in a reliable vehicle thanks to Jr. Jr. is an honest mechanic trying to make a living like everyone else. I would not hesitate to reach out to him again.

Junior at ABC was referred as the best air conditioning repair guy in Sonoma County by my local auto repair shop. I had a really great experience even! I dropped in while I was running errands in Santa Rosa and Junior took a look at my problem. He took time from his busy day and was able to make a minor tweak to my system and get me on my way...with NO CHARGE. This is amazing. Junior is ALWAYS there when I need him! Unlike other high end auto mechanics, he ALWAYS answers his phone & he ALWAYS answers all my questions!! He s THE MOST honest, reasonable, nicest guy in town! I recommend Jr. to anyone who is looking for someone not only honest, but VERY VERY knowledgeable to repair your car!

Iv been doing business with ABC for nearly 10yrs. The Owner Has always taken care of my Auto problems and has went above and beyond regarding safety issues and concerns.... Its a go to place wher I feel my money is well spent and im not taken advantage of like most other shops..ABC ALL THE WAY!

This place is honest. They are not going to rip you off. They are experts in fixing cars. I thought I would never be able to drive my car again, but they fixed it really fast and didn't charge much at all. I am very thankful.

Very professional & honest.If issue cannot be fixed he lets you know right away. However 99% of most repairs have been immediately addressed by he & his technition.I find his rates reasonable compared to other European auto mechanics. Star rating

Customer beware ! Tapia the owner has my truck he won t warranty the work and he will not call me back. Don t waste your time with this shop they will only cheat you. I m not the only person that has had this happen too.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Took my 2007 GMC Envoy Denali to Junior at ABC Auto Repair. Didn't ever think to find a mechanic that fixes ONLY what needs to be fixed in a timely manner honest reliable hard worker and a expert..Highly recommend this shop.ps put a new motor in my truck rides mint still after a month and a half.
