The owner was kind, honest, and transparent with the estimated cost of my car s future repair. He didn t charge me for the findings on my SUV s repair and that rarely, any repair shop would do such. Not to mention, I didn t even have any appointment but he gave me an option to come back the same day after my initial visit to take a look at my car. Grateful for the owner s generous act of kindness in figuring out what needs to be done on my car. Many thanks, Mr. Singh!

I called Fairfield amco and spoke with Tom, told him my issues with the service 4WD light that s on on my dodge. He told me that he can do a diagnostic and it will run 125.002 days later I had my son drop of the truck at the shop so they can diagnose it. Around noon he calls back and tells me that there s communication codes and that he could not work on it and recommended it to the dealer. So I asked what he did, just pulled codes with the scan tool and that was it. Never did a diagnostic just pulled codes. I was charged 125.00 just for pulling codes and no diagnostic done. Seems like I just got ripped off. I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone. Even his technician that pulled the codes was surprised that he took the job when he doesn t do that type of work, diagnostic.

Jay and the entire team were 100% true to their price quotes ( on the money! Down to the dime!), shipping of parts and repair schedule, and estimated labor time in regards to my vehicle. In essence, true to their word from beginning to end; which is extraordinarily rare in any business in this day and age.Before my SUV landed in their expert, caring and competent hands, I was in the eye of a Hellish Vehicular Tsunami due to another location's snail-slow pace in ordering/receiving the part/parts that I needed, as well as an astronomically absurd out-of-pocket charge that went well above what the parts and labor should have been in any situation in the first place. As I professional musician, I need my car as much as I need my instruments and gear. I actually found myself in a horrible scenario where I was thrusted into contemplating selling one of my prized guitars in order to cover the overage. I was crushed. I was also very perplexed because the superb warranty on my car that I purchased is Top-Tier, and should have and would have covered the repair. However, I was feeling that this other location that I had initially taken it to, was taking advantage of the high value warranty situation, and thusly taking advantage of me.So when I finally reached out to Aamco and got Jay on the other line, right away I felt like I was heard and understood. I finally felt for the first time in 5 weeks through this nightmare, that I was going to be okay; and I began to see the light shine through the dark Auto Repair Tunnel. Thank you Aamco. You got me on the road again, and playing shows to many people out there, which is what I love to do. By the way, your business nickname should be "Aangel-Co" Beep! Beep!Jason

Great place. Cheaper than the other places I got quoted at. They get started immediately and will even offer to help fix other things. My car runs beautifully now after getting it fixed by them.

Great service! Fixed my transmission and a coolant leak. Was sent a text with a picture of the problem before they did anymore work! Friendly staff. Car feels nice to drive and it was priced very well. Thank you!

These guys serviced my transmission and upon delivery of my vehicle did not even charge me the taxes and whatnot over my initial estimate. I would recommend these guys every day of the week. They certainly have my five star recommendation...

I have been with this company in Santa Rosa for a few years now and just like every other time I dropped off my car and told them what I needed and they took care of everything. I have never had a bad experience with this company nor have I ever paid them for a job and felt uncomfortable doing so They are thorough, polite informant and I feel safe when they give me my car back . Don t know much about cars so when I found out I had an issue with my transmission I was not looking forward to the journey of fixing it. I looked online for repair shops near me and AAMCO popped up. They ve been around forever. I can not express how comfortable I felt through the entire experience. Knowledgeable, Courteous, professional and patient. Explained everything to me, they repaired my transmission and stayed in touch with me through the process. I recommend AAMCO Santa Rosa for any car issues. I had a great experience here and I don't say that lightly. I had to get my transmission repaired and that's always scary! The team here took great care of my car at a reasonable price. Working with this Center and James was one of the best experiences working with a Automotive Service group. They were able to find out what my cars issue was after 2 other shops were unable too. They made the process easy and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend this location.

After spending much time getting estimates for transmission work, an oil change, radiator flush, gas filter and spark plugs replaced, these guys by far have the best prices and we're the nicest staff of all the places I called. They we're extremely helpful and patient over the phone and at the shop.I am happy with the work and impressed by the staff. In the future I won't need to get estimates because I feel safe taking my car to Aamco. These guys had the best prices, 1/3 the cost some small shops gave me and just about 1/2 the price Ford quoted, and quality work.

I did not know that they do everything and not just a transmission shop. I went there couple of weeks ago my friend referred me to them and I could not be happier. They took their time explaining to me what is going on with my car. They made sure they can get to the bottom of the problem before having me keep throwing money at it. They figured it and surprisingly with a very reasonable price, excellent customer service and great warranty I was on my way in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend them!

I used to take my car for service to the dealership because it had extended warranty. So when my warranty was up, I was thinking where do I go from here??! I decided to look up some places nearby and this one popped up. I took a chance and made an appointment with them. The same day they were able to fix the issue and to make it even better the prices were very reasonable!! They were so kind, patient, sooo knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. I especially loved all the motivational canvasses they have hanging on the wall. So now that I got my go to mechanic down. On to finding a great dentist! Thank you guys for being so welcoming and tending to my car!! I definitely highly recommend this Aamco to anyone looking for car service. Thank you again!!
