I had a great experience at this AAA shop. Susan was the best. She researched all the available info to find replacement tires of the same quality at the best price. She gave me the exact cost of the tires and the approximate time my car would be ready. I highly recommend this AAA tire and repair shop!

The folks here are very kind and professional. I came in for an unexpected repair and they were able to get me in right away. They fixed it while I waited. 10/10 would use this business again

Susan is the only women in the office. She's knowledgeable and explained my options clearly. I received exactly as promised and couldn't be more happy when purchasing tires for my kids truck.

Just do great work. Don't feel like I'm being over charged. They give good recommendations of things that need to be done in the future but you don't feel pressured. They keep you up to date on vehicle status and offer Uber home.

I came in before they opened without an appointment. And they still got my flat repair. Done in fantastic time. The service was great. The timing was great. The quality was great.

Professionally, knowledgeable, friendly, incredibly helpful, and cost-effective. Twice now, on separate occasions, they have fit me in, with two different cars on the same day that I inquired about an appointment. They do not try to sell you on fixes that can wait, but they give you a detailed print out if what should be eventually fixed. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! Brian is THE BEST!

My low tire warning light stayed on, despite adding air to it. I've had this C-Max 7 years and was told on the phone that the sensor battery dies after 8-10 years, so I intended to replace all of them. Once there, Susan said the sensor and battery was all one unit and it'd run me $640 at the dealer for 4 new ones, so they checked the problematic one and reset it, along with doing the 20k mile service.That was all well and good, but there was another non-service issue. The waiting area wall mounted TV had one of ESPN's channels blaring 30 feet from the nearest service advisor's desk, making it hard to read a Kindle or I-phone. I went to find the remote, it was at his desk and he was out on the shop floor. I asked Susan for it as she passed by and turned it off.He returned and turned it back on with the volume lowered, which was better. It was quieter outside, but no comfy chairs of course, just a hard metal one. I can't deal with those, my lower back tightens up and aches, which then gives me neck pain.I know that all dealers and auto repair places have waiting area noise problems, but there was no TV at Hansel Ford, just some guy yakking loudly on the phone.Service: Tires

An Outstanding Experience! Brandon's a true customer advocate. By far, the very best experience I've had purchasing anything. I let Brandon know what I was leaning towards in a tire and wheel package and boy did he deliver! The price was great. Continuous updates on the progress. Before and after pics. He was just as excited as I was! His enthusiasm shows that he believes in his product, service and brand name. I will go back and will ensure my family and friends pay him a visit. I left one happy camper. MCLea's runs a tight ship. Highly Recommended!!!Edit over 4 years later. Work was done at Mcleas, looks like AAA bought them out? Anyways, hope AAA has kept up the standards of McLeas. Work done at McLeas is still holding up fine. New wheels, tires & lowered an inch in rear.

Highly, highly recommended. Large store, very clean, staff super helpful and responsive. Beautiful indoor seating area with comp drinks, and nice covered outdoor area. Service excellent, pricing seemed reasonable to me. Tim at front counter and Marco in station area were excellent! I will be going as needed!

Exceptional service, value, & speed! We took my aunt s 06 Avalon in for a routine oil change today. They did a multipoint inspection, topped off her fluids & even rotated her tires!! They also discovered her air filter was ready for a change. Since they even had it in stock, we opted to have that done too. All done in well under an hour, Tim Woerner & team took great care of us we ll definitely be back!!

Edit to update my review, I legit can't say enough good about the people that work at this location. Kyle, thank you so much for being super helpful and honest. Everytime I shop around for tires I always come back to this location, best deals and they actually explain things to you, instead of trying to trick you into paying for extra. Been a customer for years and it's proven a great choice.

When my tire became flat they towed to AAA Auto Shop. My service there was stress free and the receptionist (Susan) was very friendly and helpful. Made sure I got my car back right away. If I can rate mote it would be 10 .

Hello!...my experience with AAA Auto Repair has been EXCELLENT at every level:great customer service; friendly, informative and responsive...my Mazda 3 was in for her 100,000 mile maintenance and i desperately needed two new tires and alignment...i feel very secure and safe with the care of my engine and 2 new tires...going for another 100,000!! jazzmyn Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had an issue with the cotati location violating house bill 4395, Steve from this location called me to what I thought was to make this situation right, but I was wrong he called to stand on their illegal policy, and batter a customer about how I was wrong or wanting to pay cash, and he justified the refusal of service after my car was taken apart. So much for being a AAA member since 1998. Business has died and now they are refusing Business due to being called out on law violations. This guy should have never called, he made things worse, these people need a staff overhaul from the top down. Steve Paso doesn't sound d or work like a district manager he's about staff over customers.

This formerly was McLeas, which had established quite a high degree of quality service and competitive pricing. First visit back, glad to see many of the same staff with the positive, "can do" attitude has carried over, and of course, a very smooth vehicle service (oil change) as always.

My venture with McLea's started with a quote on two front tires, for my truck. Matt was gracious enough to spend his time helping me. Tires were ordered and installed a few days later, as they arrived. They also took the time to inspect my vehicle and informed me of a couple of preventative maintenance services, that would improve my trucks performance. Throughout my entire experience, I never felt pressured whatsoever, just informed. I had my brakes bled as one of the preventive maintenance services and the alignment done there as well. Even though I already had an appointment elsewhere, to have those extra services done. Their level of customer service is above and beyond what I excepted! Their non-pressure approach, made me feel comfortable and I was pleased that I chose to take my truck there. I will be returning with my other two vehicles in near future. Shout out to Matt and the crew at McLea's! Thank you for what you've done to my thousand-dollar truck of a hooptie, you treated me as if i was dropping off a Ferrari.

AAA recommended that I take my Audi to this place to get my serpentine belt replaced. I am 6 hours away from home. They told me on Monday that they would get it done Tuesday morning. Every day I call to check and they say they cant do it until tomorrow. Today I called and they flat out told me they had other jobs worth a lot more money and they wouldn't touch my car until maybe next week. First of all that is terrible service. Second of all they wasted a week telling me that they were going to start tomorrow. Do not take your car to these clowns. They are awful, greedy, unorganized and unprofessional. Shame on them and AAA.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible. Had my car there and they moved it to the back lot but lied about it and it was impounded without notifying me. Now $650 to get out when they said it should be for free. They have no clue at all what they are doing

They take great care of my Lexus ES 350. I don't take my car anywhere else. People are friendly, help out with discounts and provide excellent service. I needed 4 new tires, rotors brakes, alignment, etc. Totally fair price. I'm very pleased with how my car is running.

I have been to McLea's a couple of times so far when I have needed tires. Bill, the service manager, always gets me a great price and the service is great. I got the tires, had them mounted and balanced, and the front end aligned in about an hour. Although they are not real close to me, the price and service make it worth the drive.

I ve been a regular at McLea s since I began driving as a teenager and have always had an amazing experience. The folks working are so friendly and helpful and great at getting me on the schedule as soon as possible. Thank you for always taking great care of me and my vehicles! Highly recommend McLea s Tire and Automotive for any and all vehicle care and needs.

After I grazed the center divide, I took my car to McLea s to determine whether it was safe to continue driving. Staff was very helpful; they listened to & understood what I needed, & made appropriate suggestions toward resolution. One employee even took the time to speak w/my husband on the phone, answering all of his questions patiently & thoroughly. Tires were replaced within an hour & work was done well. Highly recommend this honest reliable shop.

Excellent service. Every time I have come to McLea s tires I leave happy. Reese took great care of me. The 6 months same as cash really makes it easy for you to afford all the expenses a car can dish out. I will def be coming back and recommend everyone to visit and give them a chance.

Without an appointment, they determined the source of the leak on my tire, put on my spare, ordered the replacement and sent me on my way within 30 minutes. The next day, they replaced the spare with the new tire, again with out an appointment, and I was on my way within 20 minutes. Great service! Thank you for your professionalism and efficiency.
