I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at the AAA Insurance Branch on Farmers Lane in Santa Rosa. My experience with this branch was not only frustrating but also quite disheartening, especially considering my clean driving record and loyalty as a customer. The primary issue I encountered was the mishandling of my insurance policy. The branch erroneously added to my policy, a car which was totaled due to a collision happened in the prior month as an impaired elderly driver drove into my wife s lane. This error by this AAA office on Farmers Lane significantly complicated the underwriting process. This mistake alone was concerning, but what followed was even more distressing. Despite repeated attempts to seek clarification and resolve the issue, the communication from the branch was negligible. The lack of responsiveness and the apparent disinterest in correcting their error were quite unprofessional. What's more troubling is that, without any substantial clarification or communication, they abruptly canceled my insurance policy. This decision was made without considering my status as a preferred class driver, with no history of DUIs or moving violations. This abrupt cancellation not only put me in a difficult position but also jeopardized the well-being and security of my family, who have always been law-abiding and conscientious citizens. As a loyal customer who expected a certain standard of service and professionalism, this experience has been very disheartening. It's unfortunate to see such poor service from an establishment that is supposed to provide support and security to its clients. This incident has significantly eroded my trust in AAA Insurance, and I am compelled to look for insurance services elsewhere that value their customers and handle their policies with the care and accuracy they deserve.

Very helpful, polite and efficient staff. Nice and cozy office. Lots of parking space available. You get help whether you have an appointment or not. Love this branch!

Tammie is a great representative and got me an auto policy as well as a membership with AAA . She was able to get it done within the 13 minutes it took me to drive there.

On two separate appointments that we had at the DMV within AAA, the professionalism and customer service were absolutely outstanding. Nothing else can compare. Thanks for the great work you all do.

I have been a member for years now. This office is my favorite. I don't know if I'm always lucky or come in the right time, but I get attended fast and I love the staff. Crystal Javier is actually my favorite. She is what I like to call " The real one". Super nice & professional.

I went in to add someone to my insurance, and after already being quoted the price for vehicles and people on the phone, I went in person to only be told I can t add anything, and she gave me such a horrible attitude. Very upset and will never come back to this Triple A location. Worst experience ever.

I had a great experience at AAA. I went in to get insurance with my gf. In the past, we worked with Crystal Javier to get renter insurance, and we were fortunate enough to work with her again. She made the process fast and easy. She also helped my gf get a discount on her payments. As my gf would say, " she is our go-to girl."

Rebel, my daughter, and I were traveling together throughout the nation on Fourth of July Weekend, the people at AAA Insurance helped us out. We were excited to be out of the hot humid heat in Jefferson City, Missouri. AAA insurance gave us maps, gave maps for children to my daughter, Rebel. She was excited. AAA insurance helped us. We are incredibly thankful. They had a Farmer s Market outside. Fresh fruit. Exciting California Experience. Dad

I ve been in here a hand full of times for dmv related work. They have been rude, impatient, and lost if your doing anything more than renewing registration. Do what you can online and/or make an appointment at the dmv.

I felt like my agent tended to my needs personally and attentively. I saved a bunch of money when I switched from the last company I used, which I was very dissatisfied with. (I could never get in touch with them directly and when my car was stolen they didn't honor my claim at all! And i was paying comprehensive!) So ya, when my window got broken and purse stolen I had no problems with my claim. Window repaired in a flash, my purse was a Coach so the full cost of that was nowhere near covered, much less all the contents, but they did give me a couple hundred. Plus they payed the full cost of my keys and fob as well as the programming and key cut. No problems, no scrutinizing. Very happy.

Super helpful and great customer service. I had to arrange for my mother to have some documents notarized and I couldn't be happier. I called this office (I'm out of town) to schedule a notary. Angelina called me right back and scheduled my mother for the next day. I email the documents to Angelina who printed them and had them available for my mother to sign. I know AAA always goes above and beyond, but this was really extra special customer service. Thanks so much and thank you Angelina! I really appreciate the help.

I needed assistance transferring title and didn't want to wait in line at the DMV. My solution: AAA. Of course you have to be a member, but it's well worth it in time saved by people whose jobs depend on serving you. As always, my wait time was no longer than 3-5 minutes and I was taken care of quickly and professionally. It's well worth the annual membership fee to have a "mini-DMV" at your disposal whenever you have situations like this. to AAA!

Always a pleasure to come in. Wait 5 or 10 minutes compared to hours at the DMV.

I work for an insurance company and I have never met so many people that didn t know what they are talking about. They tried talking me out of getting a quote with a low deductible because it is more expensive, then started the policy with the deductibles that I did not even want. Not only that, but it was WITHOUT my permission. While getting the quote, I specifically told her that I do not want to start the insurance because I do not own the vehicle.Every time I call in, there is another problem. They are extremely disorganized. Even though the person I speak with leaves notes, so I don t run into the same problem again, I ran into the same problem 3 times like those notes never happened.I have never had such a horrible insurance experience or met so many people that don t know what certain insurance coverages are. Maybe the people I m speaking to are in call centers and not in the office, but dealing with them is horrible. Find another company, don t do AAA at all. They are a nightmare.

AAA visits are always pleasant, with clean offices & services laid out for convenience & comfort, coffee & other beverages, should you need to wait.

This was my favorite DMV-related transaction ever. I realized while driving that I was behind on my registration, pulled over and walked into the nicest AAA office I've ever seen. It was comfortable, quiet, and everyone was so polite! I had complimentary coffee while I waited, and renewing my registration was a breeze. The overall experience, including the wait, took less than 10 minutes.

Not ADA compliant/ accessible, despite the setup. Handicapped-accessible parking was mostly unoccupied, but blocked off by the incredibly long line for the Starbucks drive-thru; when I needed help with a form and said it directly tied into my limitations, I was refused any sort of reasonable accommodation. Then the lady demanded I not only pop the hood for her -- which I was not even told would be necessary beforehand -- I was also required to LIFT and HOLD it up myself somehow magically, despite multiple injuries, though she was clearly more capable than I at that moment. On top of that, their whole system was down, but instead of calling me to let me know they needed to reschedule my appointment, they let me just show up and find out when I got there, telling me they were going to have to have me 'come back tomorrow' (& totally just assuming I have nothing else scheduled for the next day) to finish the appointment anyway -- but they could do half of it now. Absolutely disgusted.

Triple AAA is an amazing resource. So much better than the DMV for things like registration that they are able to do. The check in woman was very friendly but the woman that helped us was not entirely courteous nor did she seem to want to help. She definitely did not enjoy her job. The other woman helping people seemed like a much better person but luck of the draw I guess. Overall I will go back, maybe she was having a bad day.

Great service today. I think it was Kent, but I may have his name wrong, was awesome. He came out and worked down the line answering questions and helping by giving instructions/preparing items to get faster service when getting inside. He listened to what we needed and had them at the desk when we walked in. He also was knowledgeable about new services we had questions about. We were in and out quickly and safely!

The service was excellent as usual. The big problem at this location is the long line of vehicles trying to use the drive through at a nearby Starbucks completely block the driveway into the parking areas near the AAA building. You are forced to park hundreds of feet away and cross through the line of vehicles in order to get to the front door of AAA.

Once you get there goes pretty quick they have a variety of coffee that you can have or teas why you wait. The ladies are very polite and get everything done for you right there and you walk out with no long lines like the DMV takes less than sometimes 20 minutes to a half an hour recommend them very highly

Best car insurance, etc. experience I've had in a long time. Everyone was on top of the situation and went above and beyond -- called up businesses, brainstormed a range of solutions, and in minutes, Crystal had me on my way. Much better than going to the DMV; my anxiety levels thank you

The whole AAA experience is great. The insurance rates, roadside service, but most of all, the DMV services they offer. Registering my vehicle was 20 min in and out. All of the employees are kind, courteous & professional.

On Monday, 10/5/2020 at 2:00 pm, I arrived for DMV services. I understand the long wait outside in the sun and appreciate the organized protection from Covid-19. However, the quality and professional AAA services deteriorated rapidly for me a 25 year AAA member. The person checking me in was unfocused, distracted and unprofessional. It took a long time for him to understand that I was there to change out my personalized license plates for my leased car. His comment was "I didn't know we did that." He took my cell phone number and told me to wait outside, and he would call me when to come in for services. No phone number was given to me to check on the status of my wait. My wife and I waited in the car for 1 hour. NO CALL as I watched other clients come and go. We left for home after an hour at 3:15 pm. The at home for the rest of the day and evening,, he never called.

AAA is bit of a joke! I have a typical van I use for work... because it is lettered with my name/ logo, they consider it a commercial vehicle. Not sure how that applies when in need of a tow. Anything to get out of doing your job!!!
