I was so impressed and happy coming here. I cannot say enough from beginning to end was absolute 10 star service. Gabriel is wonderful and so helpful and you can tell he truly cares about offering the best service. I also needed to be dropped off back at work and the driver also was very professional and drove very well. It was overall a pleasant experience I can see why this place has great reviews. Just good honest business I appreciate all that you do. I appreciate the management you can tell they have trained the staff well. Truly an exceptional experience. Thank you!

Super impressed with my service here. I completely forgot there was a recall on a part for my car. Not only did they complete a full B service, but they also took care of the recall without even asking on a Saturday! I worked with Tim. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way.

My service advisor David Szyskowski ( Nick) is amazing. He is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He kept me informed at every step of the service evaluation. He kept his word whenever he says he will have an answer for me - he responds when he says he does. Besides David, all the other staff are very pleasant and courteous as well. Nowadays it is hard to find dedicated staff at different businesses and this is really refreshing. It speaks volumes for the leadership especailly the service director Peter who is an amazing person. He is always willing to assist !!!My experience overall is great and I will keep going there and recommend to others as well.

Service Advisor Mo is a 10+ in terms of taking care of the customer. He is reachable, responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. Mo listens carefully to what the customer needs and wants. He (literally) goes many extra miles to ensure satisfaction - last week he accompanied me on a 25-mile test drive after the service appointment to be sure issues were resolved. They were!

My wife and I made an appointment for a repair and dropped off the car as scheduled on December 18, with a promise that it would be ready for pickup on the 21st. The 21st came and went without a call to come pick up the car. As the long Christmas weekend approached we placed multiple calls asking for status -- none were returned, leaving us unable to plan transport for the holidays.I'd call the experience a one-off hazard of doing business over the holidays, except that exactly the same thing happened on a previous time we took the car to service. No one could be bothered to return our calls as W.I. Simonson blew through the promised delivery date. I can accept that it's sometimes not possible to meet a date -- but I expect enough professionalism to communicate or at least the simple civility to reply to messages.I'm willing to pay the outfit's exorbitant premium (about 2x the cost of authorized Mercedes dealers in less exalted locations) for the convenience. I'm also willing to cough up for repairs that may not be completely necessary, erring on the side of safety (Simonson recommended repairs that the next authorized Mercedes dealer we brought the car to simply shrugged at). But I'm not willing to pay a sucker's price for service that can only be described as contemptuous.The story continues. Having decided to do no further business with W.I. Simonson we asked for a refund for an extended warranty purchased when we bought the car from them. The refund did come, after 6+ weeks -- but again it was a truly unpleasant experience: exactly one person could handle refunds and that person didn't reply to phone calls, requiring multiple attempts over an extended period to get through.We are now shopping for another Mercedes, but are looking elsewhere. It's a shame, since this company is convenient - but never again.

My service advisor Jose Ortega was very professional, informed and efficient in arranging for the necessary claims to be approved for my tote replacements as well as to suggest additional necessary replacements and wheel alignment. He was also able to complete the recall repairs during the sane time as my tire service and he kept in touch with me throughout .

Just had my car serviced at WI Simonson and it was a great experience! Antonio Aranda, Service Advisor, listened to my input and addressed each concern. I took my car in for maintenance this Wednesday and before that the left function button on the steering wheel worked fine. After the maintenance was done on Thursday, the button in the center of the function key did not work. So I went to the service store a second time Friday afternoon and then Service Advisor pressed hard on the left function button and had the mechanic look at the problem. But they didn't fix the problem and even now the whole left function button doesn't work and he lied to my face and said the button was broken in the first place.

I came early in the morning and I was told the car would be ready by noon, I got a message about 3:30pm saying it would be ready by 5pm. I clarified to Antonio that I was not available at that time for pick up.Also. He mentioned that the car needed alignment, but afterwards with all the paperwork I received an piece of paper with all the readings before and after alignment and to be honest, unless I m missing something the car did not need that.This is not the first time that I m having these types of issues with tour service employees, I m seriously considering taking the car to another place.

I had uneven tires an had hit many potholes during this rainy season. In advance of a trip, I got an appointment to see Derrick. He had my tires adjusted and filled with air. Derrick gave us a full report. He was courteous, knowledgeable and willing to listen. He was a model for how customers should be treated. He is management material.

It was fantastic, from start to finish. Great service, the white glove treatment! I brought my car in for the annual maintenance service. Everything that was being done to my vehicle was explained to me. I am very happy with the service provided. I would strongly recommend Derrick Franklin!

WI Simonson experience was interesting. We have a Classic SL500 which is in regular use, but you would never tell it from the exterior or interior. We took it in for a new battery and their inspection found some additional items that needed attention. The service was impeccable and the Service Advisor, Derrick Franklin assisted us through the process and made the experience seamless. Our family have been Mercedes people for more than 40 years. We regularly lease a Mercedes for business, but the SL is our keeper. It's red and it was purchased on Valentine's Day. Derrick took the time to provide a premium customer care experience.

I brought my SL63 AMG in on Monday to have a few items looked at. Antonio took care of me. He is a very professional and personable young man. He got the estimates to me ahead of time and through you app I was able to decide what issues needed taking care of immediately. He kept me appraised of the cars progress right up to the time I picked it up and then went through my bill and work completed to make sure I was satisfied.I really enjoy working with him.He gives Simonson a Great Name !
