So far it's the place where I plan to buy a car from even though it's ways from were I live . They have been helpful with the info regarding the car I want to purchase or lease . I still have to go , once I get the green light from the wife I'll make a call & set up an appointment .

First, it s taken 7th months to get the second key fob. Second, even with an appointment, you re just left waiting outside with little acknowledgement that someone is coming to help you. Third, the second key fob shipped to the store was broken. Finally would not recommend Toyota or this service location.

Should have read the reviews. I m so furious. I was charged $219 for them to merely run a code, nothing else you can go anywhere else and this service is free. I asked several questions and was spoken to very condescendingly. I might be a young woman but I actually know a lot about cars and was not only taken advantage of but felt really disrespected. I know what I am talking about! The price and the treatment was very upsetting. I will be contacting corporate. Go elsewhere for your service and don t get taken advantage of like me.

Nice people but I ll never come back here again. An oil change was almost $350! The Toyota service center in Marina de Rey is $200 less expensive. It also took 2.5 hours to do the oil change even though I had an appointment.

Did not have hand sanitizers available. And no one was wiping anything down in the customer waiting room, so I waited outside.

They took over 4 hours and did zero repairs. They were friendly, but it didn't make sense to keep a car that long when no repairs were done, and I had an appointment. I didn't just drive in.

I brought my 2006 Prius here to fix an electrical issue with the dashboard. They charged 219 to diagnose the car. Then attempted to charge me 3600 to fix it. After telling them I can t afford to spend that kind of money on an old car they said they would do it for 2500. I then found a better mechanic who agreed to do it for 800. What a waste of time and 200 dollars.

I ve had an issue every time I come here and I ve finally had enough. They charged me to replace windshield wipers and didn t replace anything- left my old falling apart wiper blades on the car and were happy to take my money. Luckily I noticed before I drove off the service lot. Will never come back here, can t trust these people to do a simple job or talk to their customers. Plus their whole messaging system doesn t work so good luck getting an update while your car is serviced.Culver Toyota charged me HALF of what Santa Monica was going to charge on windshield wiper replacements anyway. Do not go here.

What can I truly say, the phone service to make an appointment with them is horrible... once I was there as a walk in for an oil change I was told 4 to 5 hours waiting time but it was done in 3 the cashier is mad about working there, but my service tech was great he was super friendly and overall an OK experience

We called on a Monday to set up appointment for an oil change. We were told to come in Wednesday at 10am for our 4cly Camry. We show up at the dealership at 9:30am We were told it s gonna be 4 to 5 hour wait for the oil change. I reminded the advisor we had an appointment at 10 AM. Advisor told me an appointment does not guarantee getting done quicker it just guarantees getting it done that day, before end of day. If you make an appointment, make it later in the day this way you don t have to wait 4 to 5 hours to get a oil change, or go somewhere else and pay the $120 to someone else for a oil change.Service: Oil change

Beware of this dishonest business operation.I was swindled by their "service advisor" Joanna Morgan. I made an appointment online (which doesn't actually matter to them) and specified in writing that I was seeking to have the tint removed from my driver side window. Once I arrived I was greeted by Joanna, and verbally explained that I was here to fix the tint on the window. Joanna stated there would be a 220$ evaluation fee to assess the window as they had to take the door apart, which would be applied to fixing the problem. I asked why they need to take the door apart if all I needed fixed was the window tint. She stated this was needed for a full evaluation of the vehicle.AFTER the 220$ evaluation was completed, I received a call from Joanna that they do not have any employees on staff that fix window tint, and they have not provided this service for YEARS. She knowingly WITHHELD THIS INFORMATION until AFTER I incurred charges.As an employee of this business Joanna is a very poor representation of the business, and implies they are out to SCAM YOU. Read the other reviews, see how they keep going on about customer service and friendliness? Well of course they treat you like a prized pig with how much money they squeeze out of you!It s standard knowledge that dealerships have pricier repairs than other mechanics but if all you need is a minor service go somewhere else unless you like wasting your money.

Bert at Toyota was super awesome helping me. order a part over the phone. No issue like other dealers that I nneded to come. in and order. Part was in in one day. Free gourmet coffee while you wait and a staff that is warm. and friendly. A great Toyota location

I tried repeatedly to contact their service department and was constantly met with waits of 10mins+ just to have them answer the phone. Once they would answer, it sounded as if they sat the phone down on the table... I could hear people in the background talking. So unprofessional, it's not difficult to answer the phone and ask to please hold. Never got anyone to answer and happy I didn't. If they are this incompetent in answering phones imagine what they would've done to my Prius... A bullet has been dodged!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I got my car serviced for a recall here (fuel pump replaced). The employee I interacted with was very friendly. I dropped the car off and it was ready for pickup 6 hours later.

I came here for a oil change. I literally stood there for about 15 mins untill finally some asked for assistant. I wasn't offered a loner car . They made it seem as if i was doing them a favor. I will not be coming back here.

It's pricy. For a battery replacement, they changed $600. My daughter had the car towed there unfortunately.

They were really helpful.Had to order a part for my older Toyota. Then they put the part in. They charged what they told me they were going to charge. Honest and you can believe in them.

DO NOT BUY A TOYOTA MIRAI AND THEN EXPECT IT TO BE SERVICED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP/SERVICE DEPARTMENT.I bought a used Toyota Mirai 2016 from the dealership. The day after we drove it off the lot, the glue that they had clearly placed on the bumper to get it to stick came loose and hung down until we drove it back to the dealership. They said "it's a Toyota" and told us we could take it to a body shop. Unacceptable.Today, I went to the dealership to have a routine service as many little things were starting to fall apart on the Mirai. We had been absolutely GUARANTEED a 1yr all services warranty by the dealership (despite being badgered by a warranty-sales person until I called in a manager to get him to stop harassing us). The service department told us today that they had no record of my purchase and would not be providing any services covered by the purchase. After trying to show the service employee the record on my phone of the car purchase from the same dealership, he ignored and said "you're shooting the messenger here, man" and made up some issue with his general manager, who didn't come out to greet me or try explain away the situation. I then left, called the service department and have only been able to get the service managers voicemail.I am extremely frustrated with both the purchasing and service experience and this Toyota Dealership/Service department and will never return to buy another car from them.

The best Dealership in Los Angeles, California, they'll truly help you in anyway possible. Thanks to Luiz Caldas,Joe Magana, and Sam Mull from the service department,and countless others there they do their best to make you feel thank you so much,I can actually build a credit score now much respect do always.

Every time the service is extremely slow, took 4 hours for regular maintenance even with appointment. I brought my car today for inspection and my car was sitting in their parking lot for more than 3 hours and finally got worked on... mind you this is with appointment. I m literally speechless.
