At last, a trustworthy shop that does quality work, with the expertise to diagnose and fix older models.I have been to many an independent Mercedes garage in Los Angeles over the years. I expect quality work and attention to detail.Jeff and Louie are the best. Secret MBZ Garage is by far the best shop I have found! Honest, competent work at a fair price; what else do you need?

This is the BEST Mercedes auto service shop by far in Los Angeles, especially Santa Monica. A million times better than the overpriced W.I. Simonson too! I have taken many Mercedes to Jeff and team through the years. They excel in any year or model. They are reliable, fast, trustworthy, respectful, kind, and very thorough. Highly recommend!!

I recently went to Secret MBZ to get my brake fluid changed on my GLC350e. They did the work fast and for the quoted price which was less than the dealer quoted for this work.They ran diagnostics on the car and let me know other work that they recommend doing down the road, but did not do a heavy upsell which I really appreciated. I will go back here for other work I need on my car.Service: Brakes

I took my 2018 C43 Cabriolet to them after a very unhappy experience at Simonson Mercedes. They gave me a solid, truthful diagnosis about what service my car needed. Our friend Doug suggested this place. I have a convertible car. The top stopped working. It's such a fun car when fully functioning. It took some time but that's okay. My other mechanic wasn't able fix it. Whatever Louie says, I trust as he has one of the nicest voices, I told him he should do voice overs :) ! In all honestly I don't know who else could have fixed my car. I'm very happy to have found them.

I never trust independent shops to touch any of my MBZs but took a chance on Jeff's. Such a blessing in disguise it was. Had the pleasure of dealing with Louie from start to finish and boy am I sold! The professionalism, honesty, and care Louie took with my vehicle far exceeds any expectations I had of any dealer, let alone a shop within a 100mile radius. Louie at Jeff's Mercedes Auto Service is the best! So polite and kind. He was honest and took the time to explain what needed to be done and the costs. They don't try to pressure you into unnecessary services to increase your spending (which I have had issues with at other places...). 10/10 recommend going to them for anything and everything car related!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The team went the extra mile to resolve an electrical issue caused by a clogged water drain path that caused water to backup into the cabin. As we all know, owning out of warranty German cars is like playing Russian Roulette. It just a matter of time I m happy hey treated me right and did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the issue accurately and quickly.Service: Electrical

Jeff and Louis were great. They fixed my window switch, which is what I came in for, as well as providing a list of other services necessary to keep my car in good shape. I drive a car from 1978, so maintenance is very important! They were able to complete multiple repairs - fuel leak, oil change, muffler, brake pads - in a span of a few hours. Had a great experience with Jeff's Mercedes Auto Service! Getting my car serviced is usually a very stressful experience but this was so easy. Booked my appointment online, lots of parking available on the street, MUCH better cost compared to the Mercedes dealership and most importantly I wasn't pressured to buy anything. They also called me before preforming anything that is outside of the typical service so no surprise cost. Louie was amazing. Highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Jeff s Mercedes Auto Service is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. Everyone is courteous, efficient and goes way beyond the call of duty to take care of your car and you.When I first went to them coincidentally, I had been given an approximately $600 steering wheel repair on another vehicle and went I went to Jeff s they said it only needed steering fluid and did it at no charge.I trust them and really feel good about referring them. Even their office reflects how nice they are. They deliver and pick up and they are very fast to take care of what is needed.Lastly, they think ahead on your behalf.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Air conditioning, Oil change

If you are looking for a car specialist who is thoughtful, kind, experienced, trustworthy AND affordable, Jeff's is the BEST!!I have always been fearful about mechanics taking advantage of me. Fortunately, when my Mercedes stopped running on Sepulveda, Google directed me to Jeff's! Today, I wouldn't take my car to anyone else! I know they will fix the problem or perform quality maintenance at a VERY reasonable cost! Try them.....you'll know you've made the right decision!!Although I have moved an hour's drive away, I still take my car to Jeff's I will always be grateful to Louie and Jeff for taking good care of me and my car!Service: Engine repair

I needed a new battery and my usual mechanic in the valley couldn't get to it in a timely manner. The dealership wanted my car for 3 hours and quoted $600-800! I live in "the valley" and had business on the Westside so everything lined up perfect with my hectic schedule to have Jeff's Mercedes do the work. Very pleased!Service: BatteryService: Battery

I have an older 2010 C300 and have been going to Jeff's for the last 4-5 years for all my check-up and maintenance. Both Jeff and Louie will try to find parts at the most reasonable cost, and give you an honest/fair answer for what you really need fixed and when, which I appreciate, especially as maintenance becomes more expensive the older a car gets. Whenever there's a check engine light on, or I need to go in, they are flexible and will accommodate and have me come in. Thank you Jeff's Auto!

Fast and affordable service! Would highly recommend to anyone needing any of the standard services on the car as well as more specific fixes. They fixed my drivers seat when it stopped working within a day and a broken light on the front of the car. Louie and Jeff picked up my vehicle; serviced it and (at my request) had some body work done on it (subbed out) and it looks great. Very convenient and reasonable pricing as well. I'll be back! I came back a year later and had general mtce and overall service done. Jeff & Louie were very helpful! Both are really trustworthy guys and I felt very comfortable working with them! You get a sense that they really love what they do and value their customers! They even provided me with a complimentary Uber ride back to work after dropping off my car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service! Thanks guys!!

Louie and the guys at Jeff's Mercedes are fabulous. They are flexible with scheduling, fair in pricing, and never pressure me to get work I don't need. They remember me and my car whenever I come back. So much better than working with the dealership - I'm a customer for life.
