I bought a 15-year-old Mini Roadster and faced a tricky issue with the engine warning light. I took it to several places, but no one could pinpoint the problem. Then I brought it to this shop, and they dedicated a full two days to meticulously figuring out the issue. Their hard work and attention to detail paid off! They not only fixed my car but also made sure the engine is now running smoothly and perfectly. I want to express my heartfelt thanks for their effort. Because of them, my little car is now absolutely perfect! I adore my Mini and I'm so grateful to The Haus!

Cant speak more highly about these lads. David and team worked on my old Mini in their old shop in Culver City. Now my BMW in SM. They are extra ordinary in their work, send oil out for analysis, do things little extra. Appreciate having them as an Independent service resource. I love this place! I ve gone to far too many repair shops in the past where people either take advantage of me and overcharge me or do a poor job. I ve taken every car I ve had to this place for years and whenever I got screwed over by the dealership (only took it while under warranty ) the guys at The Haus actually KNEW the answers for what was wrong. They have been my saving grace time and time again! Definitely ask for Kevin and Ben any time you go! But no matter who you talk to, you can know you ll get amazing service and a great price :)

I highly recommend this place. I ve taken my BMW to numerous shops that could never figure out my issues, but the guys here figured it out no problem. Cesar (spelling?), Kevin, and the rest of the team are great guys and excellent workers. I appreciate the hard work they put in and the prices were great too. I ll be back (though hopefully not too soon).

I brought my m5 to The Haus this week after my factory warranty expired. Ben, David and Kevin went above and beyond than any BMW USA dealership. Their prices are very reasonable, they stayed after hours until I was able to pick up my car after work. I appreciate you gentleman and I will be referring my friends to The Haus! Happy Holidays!

When I had trouble with my old Mini Countryman, I specifically looked for a service that works with Minis. If you drive these cars, you know that they require special service and understanding. And people who work with Minis are always the best :)The guys at the HAUS shop are doing a great job very professional, always transparent with problems and prices, and supportive of their clients. I would recommend Haus to all my friends who drive Minis and BMWs.

I brought my 2006 Convertible Mini Cooper on 8/13/2020 to have my driver's side window fixed. I paid a total of $485.33 to have the techincian remove and replace the window motor. Today, the window needed work again, and while removing (or struggling to remove) the pieces that cover the window motor, we realized that this technician at The HAUS Santa Monica had used some sort of glue to put the covering piece back onto the door, (as opposed to sliding back into place on properly) This caused permanent damage to the piece. Needless to say this was a very deceitful and unprofessional job, and these guys are not cheap. Very disappointed. Find another place for your mini if you can.

Most overpriced service in Los Angeles. I ve been a BMW owner in the LA area for 10 years and never felt so taken advantage of. They charged me $1300 to change the alternator on my 2006. When I asked why I was being charged $250 more for the alternator than the listed price online, Dave told me he s got a business to run .When I came to pick up, Dave had me walk to the neighboring parking lot and find my car in the way back.Would not recommend.

Honestly, it's the best BMW and MINI shop in LA, I have 4 series and a Mini Cooper s. which is two great car but with a lot of annoying issues. David and Kevin are very professional, they will show you which part is broken and what is causing the issue happening. they won't tell you to replace the whole parts like the dealership. They save me tons of money! I would recommend all the Bimmer go check it out. also, My girlfriend visited several shops to try to get her Mini Cooper engine light off, Kevin spent overnight doing the diagnostic. after the issue was resolved, he even gave us a discount for the exceeding time that should be delivered.Services: Transmission, Auto windshield repair, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair

Take you car here! These guys rock. They are very responsive, Kevin even has the calls transferred to his phone after hours. They are reliable and trustworthy and have incredible customer service. I even gifted them a 6-pack after my car was worked on. They will be my go-to from now on.

Update:I am so grateful for Kevin, David & all the guys at the HAUS. They always go out of their way to help in the best interest of my vehicle & my safety, even when I want to keep driving it for a few more days for work or road trips because I'm always so busy, etc. They are quick, efficient & beyond anything I could ask for with every single interaction! This will be my shop for life regardless of my future car brands! They help with warrenty issues, dealing with negotiations & any other things that may come up with a smile & the knowledge to back it up. They help me get rental cars, pick up & drop off's to the shop, etc. It's always a smooth process. Thank you again!Very impressed with the service & knowledge of The Haus. My BMW X5 had some major issues that I had no idea about & Kevin talked through every thing with me, explained what I did and didn't really need, made sure to help with my insurance and even helped me get a rental car for the week. He made me feel heard & made sure I knew everything that was going on. As a young female getting work done on your car can be dawnting, but with The Haus it was at breeze, even though it was a less than ideal situation. They did mechanical, electrical, made a new key & even did some body work. And went above & beyond on all fronts. I will definitely be coming back again & highly recommend them.

I recently relocated to Santa Monica & had to get some maintenance done after my cross country journey in my Cooper S - The Haus Santa Monica has been my best service experience EVER (I have been a multiple MINI owner since 2020)!!! Kevin & David are great, and definitely know their stuff. I had a VERY cost effective visit including oil & brake work vs 4x that at the nearest dealership. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND over any dealer genius any day. Thank you for the great service & thorough inspection!

I am so happy I found this place. After the Mini Dealer closed in Santa Monica I was searching for a reputable place to get my Mini serviced. Kevin and his team was incredible. They did a complete service check and a list of much needed repairs I had put off for a while. I needed all the repairs done in one day and as promised they finished everything. I first found Kevin at The Haus to work on my 2006 530xi. I now have a 2011 Mini which was damaged while being unloaded from a trailer. Kevin looked at it and right away saw a sensor that was knocked loose as well as a problem with the lower front panel. He got the car up on a lift and had me back on the road in less than an hour! These guys know BMW's and are Mini experts. They earned my trust and my business from now on.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Truly the best mechanic I have ever worked with. They are thorough and helpful and will always give you the best deal on at repair. I have been going for years and my car runs like the day I drove it off the dealership. Kevin and his guys are world class and I cannot recommend them enough.

As an owner of a Mini riddled with a litany of issues, the Mini dealerships (and I went to 3 different dealerships) were constantly trying to get me to spend more money on repairs/replacements that weren't relevant. From the get go, there were no such vibes at The Haus. Kevin at the Santa Monica location was extremely helpful and informative. Upon completing inspection, Kevin explained exactly what the issue was and what needed to be done. My case, in particular, involved a water pump leak which Mini had recalled in the past.Kevin informed me of the warranty policy and allowed me to check with the Mini dealership if I still qualified for the warranty and a free replacement instead of just shelling out for the repair, giving me a chance to save on an expensive repair. While I did end up not qualifying for the warranty, the repair/replacement costs were more than fair relative to the exorbitant prices at the Mini dealership.Customer service was, hands down, the best I've experienced when it came to servicing cars. Kevin offered an early drop off option in case I had to be out of the house early. When the car was done, I was unable to go to the shop to pick up, to which Kevin offered a free car drop off at my apartment and took payment over the phone. Circumstances on both ends did lead to this but it goes to show how much care is put into providing top notch service to their clients. I believe it was Kevin that helped me when I brought my car in. He gave me an in-depth view of what to expect with the maintenance of a high performance vehicle of a brand that is new to me. He introduced me to his lead mechanic, Ben, and I left knowing more than the dealership had shared with me when I initially bought the car. The HAUS kept me informed of the progress throughout the maintenance and scheduled future appts at my convenience. Kevin and the folks at The Haus are terrific. They were able to diagnose a problem with my 2011 Mini's air conditioning that the service department at Santa Monica Mini completely missed. The Haus's work and pricing are great. Honest, efficient, and excellent customer service. I will definitely return my Mini to The Haus and avoid the high prices of the dealership. As a nurse who has been working crazy and unpredictable hours this past year, I appreciated that they allowed me pick up my car when it was convenient for me, which was outside of their posted business hours. All of the people I spoke to were very nice and professional, explained everything to me in terms I could understand and did not try to upsell me. Had a transmission issue with my car due to a tuned part. These guys identified that and then test drove it to make sure there weren t other issues. Nothing else came up.I know that doesn t sound that amazing but most shops would come up with an issue that they found or recommend service the car doesn t need. Not these guys. They were honest and professional. I ll definitely keep taking my car here.

I drive a hardtop Mini Cooper and I am definitely not a car person. I like my car because I can park in small, tight spaces, because it s cute and those are pretty much the reasons why I bought it. I m definitely someone that can be taken advantage of by mechanics (I know have been in the past). That s why it was so important for me to find an honest mechanic, and I finally have! Kevin and his team have always given me fair quotes and go above and beyond to explain why I need something, when I don t need something, and let me know their honest opinion. For example, when I needed a Vanos Solenoid. First of all that sounds like a fake, made up part. It s not! I shopped around and ultimately, came to The Haus. So glad I did! I ve been a loyal customer since. Thanks for taking care of me guys. Me and my Mini, and my wallet are grateful!

From the moment I walked in I received excellent customer service. Kevin the owner went above and beyond and trying to help me and was able to diagnose some thing that I ve taken to three different car dealers. He s very knowledgeable and very helpfulness. They also have a wonderful agreement with a car rental that s a fraction of the price that you would pay walking in off the street. I can t recommend this place more!Service: Brakes

The Haus performs nothing but the best service on my MINI. My car is almost 10 years old and I always feel confident it will continue running like new after routine check-ups at The Haus. The owners and mechanics provide complete transparency and always offer honest feedback on needed services and parts. I highly recommend bringing your MINI or BMW here if you live in the Los Angeles area. You will not be disappointed!PS - They also have a location in Sherman Oaks.

From my first phone call with Kevin, I could tell he's serious about solving problems. He learned as much as he could about my issues with my BMW 335is over the phone, and did everything he could to make room in The Ha�s' schedule.My actual appointment couldn't have gone smoother. The issue (i.e., warped rear tires) was diagnosed quickly and accurately, and I was impressed by Kevin's awareness and consideration of costs at all times.This truly rare gem of a mechanic shop has made one more lifetime customer.
