I recently visited Tesla for the first time, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. Kevin was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my visit. He made the entire process easy and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. His knowledge was impressive, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I highly recommend asking for Kevin if you visit this location, as he made the visit worthwhile.

Amazing staff very nice and courteous. I just purchased my first Tesla and this is my first service visit and normally other service locations have rude employees but not here they greeted me right away and listen toy needs thank you guys for having such an amazing staff

Words cannot express the level of dissatisfaction I have with John Castaneda and the service I received at Tesla Service Center in Santa Monica. If I could give zero stars I would. If you are in management, and care to find out why my experience was so poor, please feel free to reach out.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Tesla's service center. My Model S needed a quick fix, and I was pleasantly surprised by how prompt and professional the service was. A big shoutout to Nik, who provided swift and top-notch assistance. Despite some negative reviews I had seen on Google, I'm thrilled to report that my personal experience was flawless. I'm truly satisfied with the service provided and want to express my gratitude for a job well done. Five stars all the way! Thank you, Tesla!

Brought my Tesla Model Y for Hood latch sensor service as it started complaining about faulty sensor and incorrect detection of Frunk being open even though it is physically completely closed. I was traveling and on a road with family, pulled over to this service center which was the nearest. The person name Christian recommended me to go to other service station as they were light staffed and cannot take the car in. I googled online and it seems it is easy 10-15 min task to fix this issue as it is widespread in Model Y. Due to this issue the cruise control feature gets disabled and constant beep sound goes on every second which is a big distraction to a driver and a big safety concern. I am asked by service rep to drive 8 hours with this issue and schedule service near my home town. I am very disappointed with Tesla customer service and quality of car.

Walked in because my car had some noise coming from the undercarriage. The team was extremely busy but they had someone come to me and fix my car in under 30 minutes! Thanks, Tesla team! Loved the snacks and coffee!

What else can I say .Amazing!!!! I was born and raised in Los Angeles and over the years service all around has gone down and is so slow. I need to emphasize an employee there, Nick. He needs a promotion or a managing position because he is so great with customers and quick! Extremely efficient. I told him I had class at UCLA and he got everything fixed for me that I needed. Thank you Nick and Thank you tesla. I will definitely be coming back to him for any more help!

They are not responsible for issues that happen to your vehicle. I received my vehicle in December 2022 (from Tesla-Camarillo). Low air pressure happened to one of my brand new Model Y tires (after 952 miles only), and when air pressure gets too low, the tire's sidewalls flex more, and heat builds up within the tire. If the overheating gets severe, a section of the tire's rubber can separate from its carcass (the mix of fabric and steel that the tire is built on). If this happens to your vehicle suddenly, a blowout can result. See the attached photos.Tesla insurance towed my vehicle to Tesla-Santa Monica, replaced the tire (made by Continental Company), and charged me $450.88. Interesting is here! Tesla says we are not responsible for such issues. Even they didn't help me make a claim against Continental Company for a refund.

The issue with my car was resolved however the car was returned VERY dirty inside. Advisors I worked with are not helpful or knowledgeable about how the car works. Frustrating experience.

Brought my car in for a broken mirror, drove off with a flat tire (that they refused to compensate for)! Will never come back here again, here goes another $400 for a new tire that they popped :)

Nathan, Kevin & the rest of the Tesla service team were fantastic. This service center is super ideal in location because of its proximity to the 3rd Street Promenade. Even though I received a $100 Uber voucher to use while my Tesla was in repair, I didn t have to! Communication with the service team via the Tesla app was seamless. In 2 hours, my vehicle was ready for pickup. Both drop off and pickup were quick and easy. The waiting area inside had coffee & snacks (nice bonus!). Overall, the experience was great, I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with the service team, and I left feeling confident in the their abilities and expertise. Thank you Tesla team!

Had a pretty good experience here. Took my car here for repairs a day earlier than my appt, initially they hesitated to take it in but finally did when I insisted it was undrivable.The repairs were done quickly and they kept me up to date about the repairs. The loaner they lent me was great, and the end pickup experience was smooth too.

LOLOLOLOLOL. Doors not closing properly on a $100K+ vehicle and the service team puts a piece of black tape on the strike plate to soften the sounds instead of properly fixing it.Try to avoid this Tesla center if possible. They have scratched the front passenger wheel on our Tesla Model Y Performance and did not accept responsibility. Then we requested service on a brand new 2022 Tesla Model X with less than 500 miles on it because the passenger door is not shutting properly and needs to be re-aligned so it doesn't make a clanking sound when it shuts. The mobile service came out twice and ended up putting a piece of black tape on the strike plate to soften/dampen the noise.

My car is three months old and was delivered with a faulty front driver's side door speaker. The distortion vibrates the entire driver's side door and window with normal bass. The service advisor that greeted me listened to the issue and quickly agreed it was an issue and the speaker would be replaced. I got a call to pick up my car two hours later and that it was fixed. I started to drive home, but still heard the same speaker issue so I went back to this service center. Apparently, nothing was even done to fix the issue by the mechanics, no speaker replacement, no work.The manager of this service center then came out and told me this was normal and acceptable level of noise and vibration on the driver's side door as many car components are located in the driver's side door. According to Tesla's standards, this noise and vibration did not qualify to be fixed. When I told him I have friends and co workers that have Tesla's and this is not a known issue with them, he told me not to compare my Tesla with other Tesla's. He basically sent me on my way. I asked the original service tech who requested for the speaker to be fixed what just happened? He basically said he does absolutely hear the speaker distortion but his hands are tied as the manager has denied the fix to the problem. Horrible customer service for such a major brand. Quality control is not something Tesla seems concerned with after purchase. My advice, if you need to take your car to this service center, don't expect your car to be fixed. Most of us love music, I will now have to listen to a vibrating driver's side door when I play music as I was told to just live with it.I foolishly assumed because my car is brand new and under warranty that Tesla would make some sort of an attempt to fix the issue.

Maximum incompetence! Can't deliver car on time. They new the service was so terrible, wouldn't send even survey after.This was for a Full Self Driving update. The appointment took three weeks to make (they kept canceling and canceling and pushing). Finally when the 8:45 appointment occurred I was told my point person Chris, the process would take couple hours. I should be back in couple hours and the car would be ready. I was there by noon and he said the car would be not ready before 5.I left and came back with Uber at 4:45 to see that unfortunately the car was not gonna be ready because the person working on the car somehow didn't do what he was supposed to do and they were so sorry that tomorrow morning they would deliver the car to my home.Next morning when I called they said the dispatch was working on it. Finally the app notified me that the dispatch couldn't do it and I would have to pick it up.I arrived in the afternoon with Uber and requested my car. The guy there told me, they were eating lunch. I said, I don't care at this point, just give me the car and they gave me the car.At this price point, this is a disgrace. Bad service, low quality, the market will eventually catch up with this scam.Avoid if you can.

Brought my car in today for a couple different reasons:1. Undercarriage is destroyed from the car being submerged in ice cold slush water for 45-60 minutes and being dragged out.2. Rear right tire got popped and rim dented/damaged from running over pothole3. Alignment and suspension issues from potholeNot only did they do a great job and get my issues fixed, but they were extremely honest with me and helped me save money by giving me directions to the most cost effective ways to handle my car issues. They also gave me courtesy Uber credits to get breakfast since I hadn t had breakfast yet today, and sneaked in a quick inspection for free during the regular servicing time. These guys at this service station are awesome and genuinely care about giving a great customer experience. Special shout-out to Kevin for being responsible for most of the great experiences I had today. Wonderful guy and great hire by Tesla, they re lucky to have him!!

Worst service. Came twice. First time to change 2 tires that took them 4 hours to do instead of 2. Car came out all dirty. Other things they didn t do and told me to make a separate appointment. After second appointment my car came back with scratched and dirty. My white interior was black, had coffee drops and mug circles, dents from tools etc. Most problems I reported they said were software errors and will be fixed eventually. As much as love my car, Tesla has the WORST SERVICE. I have my car for 2 years and my car is in service every 4-5 months.

I recently visited the Tesla Service Center in Santa Monica and was thoroughly impressed. I had the pleasure of working with Jair, the Service Advisor, who was incredibly pleasant and attentive. Jair addressed all of my concerns without overselling, ensuring a transparent and reliable service. He also provided an accurate time window for the repairs, allowing me to properly plan my day. Overall, the Tesla Santa Monica Service Center exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Jair and his team for an outstanding service experience. 5/5 stars!

Where should I start. I bought a used Tesla and I went to pick it up at this location. I was so excited because it s a new car to me and I didn t know what to expect. But that excitement turned into a disappointment. I went into the building from the underground parking lot guided by the sign. The person in the building was rude and was not helpful. He just sat there listening to music and told me to sign 3 documents and said parking lot 33. Expecting me to know where to go from there. I saw the car and I was so excited but when I went into the car. It was dirty. They didn t even detail it. No pride in their product used or new. Cherry on top would be it came with a flat tire. The whole moment was a joke.

Nikhil , Isiah , Alex all were just wonderful !! Beyond helpful, warm and supportive Henry also was just so freaking nice and explained everything ! They helped me pull video footage and they helped me with the loaner car . I am beyond impressed!! Way to go tesla !!! Amazing team work !!!

Avoid. Just watched the manager of the establishment refuse to give the owner of a vehicle their key back because the collision repair technicians were still on holiday. He then had the gall to cite the shop had a lien on the vehicle.That's not how liens work. The owner was there willing to pay for services rendered. Give him back his vehicle.
