I had a collision during the rain that damaged the undercarriage and front bumper, I was so stressed about the repair process because I ve only heard horror stories, but this Tesla Collison Center was absolutely AMAZING. Seriously, exceptional service. They got me in really quick, and my repair was finished in 3 weeks, way earlier than scheduled. I have Tesla insurance, and the claim was handled extremely well with the collision center, and I was given updates throughout the whole process. I picked up my car and it looks like nothing happened! Super super happy that I chose this service center instead of a 3rd party.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery

Alex (left corner desk) at collision center provided excellent customer service, kind, and extremely communicative and patient with explanations and understanding special circumstances, especially with intricacies with billing through insurance. Much appreciated considering dealing with vehicle problems can be annoying in itself. Thanks Alex!

I had a great experience with Andy and his team for a collision repair of my 2022 Model Y. The work was done quickly and with great care. There was a minor issue when I picked up the car: a chip in the paint on a piece of trim. I suggested they repair it but Andy said, "Give me one hour and I will have the entire piece replaced." Looks perfect. I'm extremely impressed with these guys. I hope I don't see them again soon but great place!Service: Body & Trim

If I can give 0 stars I would. I left my car here thinking bringing it to tesla an official place would be safe. It wasn't. Picked up my car and it was not ready. The paint was not same color. The guy insisted it was till I kept saying it wasn't. He brought out service tech and was like it is not same color your right. Please tell me why this other worker insisted it was fine when it wasn't. Horrible customer service and only to find out there was another issue when I got hone with my car. Tried calling the manager for a week straight. Horrible customer service. No call back at all. Who treats a client like that. I am definitely disappointed in the all around service.

Took my Model Y here to get work done after I got in a small accident. I was scheduled to drop my car off quickly and they promptly started working on my car. I was update through the app and my car got finished in a decent timeframe!I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Super nice staff as well!!

Big thanks to Justin and Manvel for an extremely smooth experience! My Model 3 was being repaired after a minor fender bender, and these two gentlemen kept me updated at each step of the way and were patient with me when I had questions. They know their stuff and were great to deal with. Could not have asked for a better process.

You call the center a few times, no one answers, and when given the option to leave a message the automated answer is asking you to enter the phone number of the person you're trying to reach. Makes absolutely no sense, didn't get any help from this Tesla collision center. Everything is on par with their poor app, customer care service and everything Tesla when you're stranded and need help. Awful

If you have insurance covered collision damage think twice about making an appointment to go here especially if you don t live close by. You may get told (as I did today) that their rates are too high and no insurance will pay them, so you should expect to pay 35-40% of the total fees out of pocket. You may also be turned away and told they won t even take your car on the lot due to the low likelihood that you will end up hiring them to do the work. Bear in mind Tesla service centers are not big on answering the phone, so good luck getting in touch with someone before bringing your car in to figure out you are about to embark on a mission to waste half your day.
