TOTAL and complete rip off scam. I went in for a couple of recalls and an oil change. They tried to upsell me, and get literally $2000+ worth of work.They took out my $13 filter to take a pic to show me I needed a new one (no tools required to get it) and wanted to charge me $100+. for it. They wanted $600 for a $23 belt, Over $100 to fix the windshield wiper sprayer, it needed a $20 part...the list goes on and on.The oil change was overpriced, unfortunately I had already approved it. Luckily my husband knew how to fix everything, and he did all the work for less than a third of what they wanted.The worst part is the horn, which is a safety hazard. They charged me $200 just to look at it, even though it is a common problem and I knew what was wrong. I'm mad I pre-approved it, I should have just asked the cost of the part. They wanted $600 for a $200 part!I will NEVER step foot in here again.
