Arrived with my car, 11:30am June 2, 2023 > two gentleman ignored me for 15 mins ! Even after I called and asked if they where available > incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Good guy. I lucked out and got in fast. No appt. Good price.Only downside is it is a VERY tiny shop, with no parking, and at a busy intersection. so, I had to park up the block just a bit before I could get into the single spot location.Service: Smog certification

Just wasted another hour on this lousy Groupon. Culver City a week ago was broken. Still broken today. Sent to Santa Monica who refused to honor printed coupon as needed to see app . Showed him coupon on phone, refused to test. Last time I used them two years ago, operator told me candidly they don t like Groupons as they don t make as much.

Do not go here! This guy is so rude!My car failed and he comes to my window, throws the papers and me and walks away. I try to ask him some simple questions and he says what do you want? It failed.Incredibly rude guy. F this guy.

The person was sitting at the store when i arrived and asked him if he can do smog check he said if l pay cash. I said ok and then I aked him for a good price then he said he is not going to do it because he is closed. Very rude and unprofessional.

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, arrived late, don't answer questions and it took 30 min not 15 min :( don't go there
