I have been a Sears customer all my life and continue to trust great customer service. The technicians fixed my washing machine quickly and timely manner. They did an excellent job getting my washer back up and running. I will continue to trust my appliances and repair from Sears.(Carlos R. and Micheal technicians 5 star service)

After wasting $149 during a service call that failed to detect why our Kenmore clothes dryer wasn t drying clothes, I requested a second tech visit resulting in a manager telling him to charge me $315 today for a $25 (coil) heating element that took less than 5 minutes to install. Please reconsider this as I feel a partial refund is due.

Juan is an excellent repair person, and whenever I see that he is coming to work on my appliances, I have no doubt that the work will be done well and that he will communicate anything I need to know in a very understandable way.
