I brought my brand new 2023 Mustang, with about 2100 miles on it, to this dealership on September 22nd due to a problem. The issue was a rattling noise coming from the interior of the vehicle, specifically under the steering wheel, when driving on bumpy or rough roads. Unfortunately, they didn't provide a rental car because they claimed it wasn't a safety concern.After a week, they informed me that the problem had been resolved. However, when I got my car back, I immediately noticed that the issue had not been fixed. I returned my car to the dealership, and they've been working on it since that day, stating that they're still trying to resolve the problem. It's been over a month, and I haven't had my car due to this frustrating issue, all while making monthly payments of over $900 without the benefit of a rental car. This is truly disappointing.

Made an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time. They told me they d have my car done in a couple days. Was there for a week and they didn t even do any work on it. The team doesn t understand how to manage a backlog. Troy the Manager doesn t seem to care about service. Desk people are nice.

Warning, warning, warning - Twice have made appointments a month in advance for minor issues both times the vehicle was there for a week and nothing was done either time. Drove 300 miles each way, each time (1200 miles total to have NOTHING done. Never again DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!

My Ford Escape transmission was replaced, and just 7 months later, it started to fail. The answer that I got was: "It is a Ford, not a Lamborghini."Save you time and money and don't buy a Ford.If you already have one, search another place for service.This place has bad customer service. The waiting time is too long. To provide me with a better service, they required me to change my previous rating.Not recommended.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Customer service is the worst from what I thought was one of the best manufacturers in the US. Kimberly promises to call back, and she never does with updates on my car. I had problems with my transmission so they claim they changed the old one with a brand new one but one month later I had problems AGAIN. Took my car in, its been a week and the mechanich still does not know what the problem is. Meanwhile, I am stuck with no transportation because FORD will only provide this service for 10 days. It's ridiculous save your time and don't buy a car from FORD.

I didn t get a service here; but Roberto helped me with above and beyond support via phone when he really didn t have to. Thank you Roberto! (Wish Mazda dealers are half as nice as this place!)

They always do an amazing job!UpdateThey do amazing body work. However, this last visit, I noticed they had done damage to the inside of my vehicle and took no responsibility nor offered a solution.Update #2After filling out a survey, they did offer to repair the panel on the inside of the door that the workers had scratched. However, I feel like the quality is going down. New dents and scratches on my doors that weren't there before and a white film over everything. I just feel like the workers don't care about your property. They stand on your car and kick the door open, leave dents and scratches. This was my go to place for 5 years but I'm switching locations. It's not worth the drive anymore. Why would I pay to have my car repaired, only to receive new damage...?

These guys are better than the other Ford dealers I ve dealt with (Kearny Mesa in SD, Marina Airport)
