I ve been going to Santa Monica Audi service for years- primarily because of the above and beyond service I receive (consistently) from Tim Bennett. Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays- thanks, Tim, for your continuous excellent service and transparency. This place is awesome! Great service, and I mean what car dealership calls you on your birthday! Tim and Chris are stellar in the service department. Love them!!!

Tim is the man. Been dealing with him for years and he is the greatest. Ask for him if you take your car there.

As we pulled in the service area PL no one approached us to help. Just one service writer in the customer lounge not very friendly or helpful. Never felt welcomed.Never got the issue resolved.
