Was shopping for an Audi s5 PP+. I was I guess you can say helped by Willie and Kevin. I told them I wanted them to check rates through Audi and Wells Fargo. They told me Audi offered 6.99% and that I should take that bc it s a great rate and I won t find better. Challenge accepted.. I ran my own credit and found three banks and one credit union with better rates, by a lot. Even with Audi financial making the first months payment free they re still more expensive. Make sure you always get your own rate first from banks you trust before trusting shady salespeople who try to lock you into deals that only benefit them. They told me cool, bring that confirmation in and we can make it happen. So I started to talk price.. the car was listed at $2781 over market on car gurus and even more over market on KBB. They priced it at $46,998. I told them I was looking at a Prestige elsewhere that had 14,000 less miles, WAY more options and was literally $8 less before negotiating and came out $1400 less after negotiating on it. I asked them to work with me on price, they declined. Told me the car just came in and they re not cutting deals on it. With the amount of scratches and curb rash (see photos) on this car and you re not willing to work a deal? I ve never met sales people less interested in making a sale happen. When someone reaches out and says I want this car and I have the money for it and you do everything possible to screw up closing that deal you should probably consider another career.

Excellent Audi purchase transaction with Joey and Claude.The paper work was done before the Q8 was detailed.Joey was a great help to get us into the car we wanted. Claude was the best, made sure we were pleased with the purchase. Claude even called me on my Birthday just to wish me a Happy Birthday.All the best to the Santa Monica Audi crew.

Audi does not pressure like other car dealerships. It's more inviting and relaxed (IMO). I have bought from BH Audi in the past and had an overall good experience after a couple of rough moments. My experience was pretty seamless at SM Audi as well. It always starts with the initial point of contact, the sales person. That can make or break your experience. I worked with Wilfredo Orozco ( Willie). He was knowledgeable, communicative and understanding of what it was we were wanting. The process took a couple of weeks to find the right vehicle. Along the way, he communicated without any pressure tactics. Of course there were a couple of issues, but they were addressed and there is still a couple that I know SM Audi will address and correct. It's the nature of the car business. I will be circling back with SM Audi today and will follow up here to give an update. At this time I am giving them 4 stars overall. Willie I would give 5 stars. I hope to return to this page to give it a completed 5 stars. Stay tuned!I'm back after circling back to SM Audi to take care of a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. John, Used Car Manager and Marvin, Service took care of me in rapid fashion. All done. Tada! From 4 to 5 Stars!

Angela in sales was a complete pleasure to work with. Upon arrival, you are greeted by the front desk staff and the wait was minimal. I was able to find the car I wanted and Angela walked me through the process, got documents in order and sent me to finance I a timely manner. I had to go to work that afternoon. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable at this location. However, I definitely recommend Angela in finance for her professionalism and pleasant attitude. Julia in finance was pleasure to work with and provided assistance in choosing the proper maintenance package for me. The technologists, George and Steve were great in explaining the features of the car as well. Lastly, my tire pressure light came on and they quickly checked the pressure in all 4 and reset the monitor. I didn t catch the guys name but he wore glasses, a red hoodie that said thank god it s Friday on the back and was fast but thorough in his explanation of the correct pressure to set the tires at. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

Santa Monica Audi is the worst rudest dealership in the country. I would leave -2 stars if possible.I ve never experienced such rudeness from service department or from a dealer where I purchased my car. This is the second time the service department was rude.I stopped at SMA to let them know I did not need a loaner car that I HAD requested because I was sick and wanted to drop the car the night before. AND WOULD NOT BE NEEDING A LOANER. that they offered on line when I made my appointmentMy service rep. Snapped I don t have a car for you ! I told him to stick it and called Beverly Hills Audi. They said come on down. They did my service that afternoon Ubered me home and picked me up the next day and were as pleasant as pie. I ve spoken to three of my friends who drive Audi and they agreed! Santa Monica Audi is the worst.and a ripoff my one friend said. I will also let everyone know Santa Monica is not a nice place to do business. If you re looking for an Audi Beverly Hills has the BEST service departmentwon t be purchasing my next Audi from them. Especially with Beverly Hills Audi so happy to have my business! I ll be getting my new car from them.

Joey Engel and Joshua were very helpful. I test drove with Joey and explored many options. He is very knowledgeable and patient with my multiple questions. I met him 4 months before my prior lease expired and he helped me narrow down the exact car. During the lag time, he checked in (text) every once in awhile and I could call with questions. Then he found the car and got it from another state. He helped me set up the new car and again was super knowledgeable. I never felt pushed or misled.Joshua was also super supportive and kept working with me to get terms I wanted and helped me make smart financial decisions.I appreciate their support and expertise.

Horrible experience, so bad we actually swore off buying Audis and went to the Tesla store in Century City and bought a Tesla same day. We actually got in a terrible car accident in our Audi and walked away safely so it made us want to buy another, but couldn t justify spending $70K+ with people that literally could not care less about our business!We had booked an appointment to test drive the new hybrid / electric SUVs and upon arrival, we were introduced to Money and a few other folks. It was a super slow process, none of the cars had been charged, and halfway through checking the cars, he left us and started talking to two women. We found another salesperson to give us keys to test drive but still couldn t even test the electric feeling & capabilities. Money and his colleagues were all very rude, despite us being very patient through the whole process and we ended up walking out.This was a year or so ago, and like I said we bought a Tesla, but then I ended up going to Rusnak Audi in Pasadena to buy an Audi. I lived in Santa Monica and drove to Pasadena twice to buy my car and avoid Audi SM at all costs if that says anything.

Great easy experience with this dealership and our sales rep, Reza. There are the inevitable delays when getting your car from the dealer and having to go through finance, but such is this case 99% of the time. Made it an overall easy experience and drove away with the car we wanted at a super fair payment. Give Reza and Santa Monica Audi a shot.

I have leased and purchased several Audis at many dealerships over the past 7 years. Audi Santa Monica is hands down the Best! Matthew G sat down with my wife and I a few months back and we told him exactly what we were looking for. He found the exact S5 coupe we were looking for. Matt made the entire process an absolute pleasure. He was honest, patient, and transparent from start to finish. Matt and Audi Santa Monica operate on a much more personal level than any other dealership and it is absolutely refreshing. If you are looking for a gently used car and you re tired of feeling like the dealership and their staff are trying to make as much money from you as possible, then do yourself a favor and go to Audi Santa Monica and ask for Elena, I honestly felt as if I was being taken care of by someone who genuinely cared about me. Elena treated me like I was a long time friend and she went above and beyond to ensure I got the best vehicle and payment plan possible. Also along with Elena her Manager John also did everything within his power to make sure I got the very best, car and finance options I could ve possibly of hoped for. They both truly were a joy to deal with and I will look forward to seeing and dealing with them both in the future. Thankyou Elena and Thankyou John you are a real asset to Audi SM and I couldn t be happier with the vehicle you provided me.

Very poor service. Repeatedly does not return calls or follow up as promised. Purchasing parts and getting any information or reliable communication is painful. They sell parts despite those parts not being available. I had to go there in person to find out why the part I had ordered had been sitting with them for two weeks without being shipped to me (in reality they couldn't get the part, and had just marked it delivered without communicating that to me or refunding the amount until I went there in person). Customers seem like as an inconvenience to this dealer. Pasadena is a much longer drive, but the hassle with Santa Monica Audi is not worth it.

I was assisted and received very well by the Audi staff. They helped me find the car I was looking for at exactly the price I asked for. They are super helpful, they answered all the questions I had for them and above all they took the time to calmly show me all the options that they thought were, 'a good fit'. Super pleasant experience and the car I bought used is all-round excellent, both in condition and performance.

Bought a used Audi from them and they were not honest about the damage to the leather on all of the seats, communication about the buying process (out of state purchase) was extremely lacking and I had to chase them for clarity on what was happening. The car was also dirty on the inside which is not what you expect when buying from an Audi dealership. I was told it was cleaned before delivery but I literally was cleaning out trash and food stains on the seats. Horrible. I m really disappointed in how the car looks in person and felt they weren t really honest with me about the damages and just wanted to make the sale. Not an honest dealership at all.

Came in to trade in our Audi A3 and upgrade for a Q4 Etron and we were so well taken care of by Elena R! She was so respectful of our time and communicated beforehand to find the exact car we wanted, price range and how to accommodate our trade in. When we came in to make it all happen, it was the most seamless car purchase experience we ve ever had. She found us an amazing deal and stuck true to her word without any surprise numbers we didn t expect which was so well appreciated and refreshing. Jae in finance was also a pleasure to deal with and quickly got us on our way. If you re looking for an Audi in LA, cannot recommend Santa Monica Audi enough and working with Elena and Jae. Our previous car was purchased at the Beverly Hills location but we far preferred our experience at Santa Monica.

The first red flag that we didn t notice when purchasing a car happened when the salesperson presented us with the awards their dealership was given. Buying a car here proved to be the most frustrating process I ve ever had at a dealership. When I have time to relive the trauma I ll add more parts of the story to this review. Long story short, buyer beware and good luck with the finance guy selling you all sorts of nebulous care and warranty extensions. Keep your original paperwork, not a copy, because they may try to slow you down by requiring it.

Edit: I reached out to John at the dealership after the comment below and no response. Would do 0 stars if possible.Definitely a dealership that just wants your money. My trade in was valued at less than 70% of KBB. There is no emphasis on customer service. It's just buy a car now. Marie the sales manager is a fan of high pressure sales tactics. I wrote her an email regarding my negative experience and she didn't even bother with a response. Definitely won't go back even for a service.

This is where to buy your Audi. If my friends were to ask me where to go, I would say talk to Dana. Just bought a q5 and there were no hoops, Dana and the team were easy to communicate with and at no time was there pressure or an awkward sales feeling just helpful service and great support. From finance to the thorough tech walkthrough, great team all around.

Set up a test drive for the SQ8 with Money at 2 pm on 12/30. When we showed up, he was busy with someone else and passed us off to another staff member. They told us to reschedule since they were short-staffed, even though we had an appointment. Not sure why Money double-booked us. Waste of time, and it's making us think twice about coming back to this Audi store, especially after a previous bad service experience.

I purchased a car in June and signed up for the Audi Care Protection Package. I have been working with your finance department to get this canceled since July, they promised it would take 6 weeks. 3 months later, I am still being charged and your Finance Department (Cheikh) ignore all calls and emails. I have even cc'd your General Manager (Chris) and he ignores me too. I rarely write reviews, but since your finance and sales department, are unresponsive, I am forced to come here in hope someone will finally complete a very simple task, communicate, and treat your customers like human beings. I will happily remove this review once this is complete.

A great overall experience! I purchased an Audi E-tron GT from them and had it delivered to Reno, Nevada. Elena was easy to work with, had great communication, and went out of her way to ensure a smooth process. I purchased the car remotely and the car was shown via video chat, and all the terms and paperwork was clear, and they delivered exactly like they said they would. I worked with Elena, Julia, and John. Highly recommend if your looking to purchase a car from Santa Monica Audi!

I purchased a used Audi here end of March 2023. I recently found out from my local Audi dealer that the car had underwent prior body work and this was not disclosed to me in any way before purchasing.Now I'm trying to contact Santa Monica Audi (place of sale) but they are ignoring me and won't rectify the issue.DONT BUY HERE! Very deceiving staff and poor customer service and management!
