If there was the ability to give a business 6 stars... but you could only do it once... I would use that 6th star here. This place is everything you want in a shop - expertise, good communication and honesty.If you have a high end European car there is always a tiny bit of trepidation when going outside of the dealer's garage you wonder if the technician is *really* knowledgable and up to the task. Well, pulling into a lot filled with Lamborghini, Ferrari and Double R's should set your mind at ease. Poke around a bit and you might notice the picture of Otto next to Ferry Porsche behind the counter.Beyond being a solid shop, each time I have been here there were quick hits on my list of fixes where I was only charged parts... or not at all. HONEST guys.If you're on the West side or even in Pasedina... you won't regret bringing your baby here. Oh man, How to even start! Daniel is top notch! He went over the little things I brought my vehicle in for and then some. Prices were definitely better then most independent shops that can service Rolls Royce. Newer things started to show up as I hadn't driven the car quite often in the past 2 years and for 4 separate occasions I've called other shops to get pricing and he's always come underneath them without even knowing what I've been quote previously. If you ended up at his shop page by searching services for your vehicle. I would not hesitate to reach out, you won't be disappointed!

I took my Mercedes R350 in for service to correct the timing and replace the cam adjusters which took care of the problem I was having. Daniel is excellent with his diagnosis over the phone! Before I went to 1 Mercedes Dealer, Fletcher Jones of Ontario and wasted over a month with them. They couldn't diagnose the issue I was having. Their techs are elementary level. I had gotten referred by a friend to check out Otto's and I can say there the best!!! I come across in a long time. Now I will bring my Rolls Royce and Bentley here.

Daniel @ Ottos is my "Porsche whisperer". He rebuilt the engine of my 911 and it runs better than it did when bought it new. I can't go anywhere else. He instinctively knows what is wrong (contrary to the dealer) from experience and if there is the rare mistake, he eats it and is a man of his word. His prices are not cheap, but very fair considering he actually fixes what is wrong. The only issue I have is that his shop is very popular (I'm making it worse but he deserves the praise) and it can be hard to get in. That's what you get when you work hard, are honest and very talented.

The best of the bestDanny ( the owner ) is a Factory trained mechanic that can work on any luxury car for a fraction of the cost from any luxury dealer .Highly recommend this place .

Daniel really knows how to fix high end cars. I have been taking my cars to him for the past 7 years and have always been a very happy satisfied Costomer.
