Terrible awful experience here. First they brought me a rental Maserati that smelled so badly of cigarette smoke I couldn t even breathe. I had to take it myself to Enterprise to get a different car. Then they kept my car for nearly two weeks and when I came back to get it they didn t even complete one of the two things I needed done in the first place. They ordered a new cover for my speaker that was dented and when I picked up the car the old part was still on there. I told Pedro the service advisor this and he claimed it was the new part. I told him it surely was not and then he checked and guess what the part was in fact never changed. I also requested that my rims be fixed. I paid for the expensive insurance that covers fixing the rims if you scrape them on a curb. Please see the photos of the terrible work that was done on the rims. This is not professional and Pedro and the service manager Joe should have checked that the work was done properly and at the very least completed before giving me back my car. This terrible service ultimately caused me to be late for my movers. Maserati had ample time to complete this service request and completely failed.

Unlike most dealer service departments Santa Monica Maserati has their act together. I have had only 5 star service over the years with every visit. I have had Ken as our service agent for several years who handles every aspect of the service in a professional and courteous manner.

Kevin K. was extremely helpful and I'm really grateful for the time and assistance Kevin and his team provided me! It has been quite a tough 2-month process to find the right SUV to buy (esp. within my budget), but Kevin and team was quite pleasant and made it happen! Kevin even came in on his day off! I couldn't be happier with the deal and superior customer service I received from Maserati of Santa Monica! Thanks so much again and more power to you guys!

My Husband Avilo Oliva bought a Certified Pre-Owned Maserati GT from Maserati of Santa Monica in May 2023. We decided to buy this car vs another cheaper one that was on sale by a VW dealer based on salesperson's (Elena Redkin) feedback that car was in pristine condition and "you can never trust what non- Maserati dealers do to cars before they sell them". We live in Idaho and had the car delivered to our home a week or so later to find out a list of issues:1) Car was involved in accident with both front fenders repaired; never disclosed by dealer but took a total of 5 minutes for my Maserati dealer in Idaho to confirm that.2) Steering column making noise when turning the wheel.3) Front wheel had a small bent (same incident?) and wheels were totally out of balance4) Driver mat and upholstery on driver side totally ripped apart5) Central back leather panel in between the seats came with 3 "penny-size" holes6) Exterior carbon side-view mirrors were chipped and losing layers7) Car manual was missingWe already spent $2300 on the certified pre-owned GT to bring it back to the condition a certified pre owned car should had been since the beginning. Maserati in Italy just inquired me who the dealer was given the situation.We have complained now for 3 months to all Managers in the dealership, including GM Eric Martin who doesn t even respond to my husband emails.If you want to buy a Maserati, take your business elsewhere. Maserati of Santa Monica is the worst dealer we had to deal with in our lives.

My experience in purchasing my car at Maserati in Santa Monica was outstanding. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They go out of their way to make you comfortable, providing excellent customer service. Elena is kind, patient and didn't hesitate to answer all of our questions. Paul helped with the paperwork and was very very patient too. They both accommodated us by staying late to make my dream car mine and they make a great team. I would definitely recommend Maserati of Santa Monica and will be doing business here in the future. Thank you all.

I was there picking up a car and they made me wait for 1 hour they told me that it will take 10 minutes and did not even tell me that there is a problem with the car even if I ask in every 10 minutes they did not tell me that it will take longer they just told me that it is coming now every time ask also they did not offer me a seat I was standing there for about an hour they are really rude and unprofessional

Deception at its finest I will never go back to this dealership for service ever again my car was getting serviced and I left to go have lunch while at lunch I received a text with a link that when you opened it it gave you some of the details on pricing and summary with my diagnosis and cost for a fuel pump so after I got the link I called pedro to go over my how much it would be for my regular service like oil change spark plugs etc he said okay I will call you for a price afterwards I checked the link it showed me a price that I agreed to later when everything was done I got a text with the same link showing me my total which was 1,000 more than I agreed to so when I tried to go back and check the link which that would show the price that I agreed to it was no longer accessible. I will be filing a complaint and possibly calling a lawyer.

I had blown a tire on a trip to SoCal and need help to get back to NorCal. Contacted Casey at service and they had the tire for my GTS (no one else seemed too) they got me in and on my way in less than an 1 hour. Appreciate their professionalism and dealing with the situation

Drove from San Diego to buy a Maserati at this dealership. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The Salesperson was Frank Cook who I highly recommend. Super honest and a nice guy, too. Overall, the dealership staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They offered me a great deal! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Maserati or Alfa Romeo. And many thanks to Steven Jay Marcotte, the Sales Manager. Not a high-pressure store. Keep it classy, guys!

Very efficient, friendly dealership right from initial contact to getting my dream car delivered on the same day to my home. When he delivered the car Jose spent a lot of time explaining the operation and all aspects of the operating systems. Alex (sales) Eric (manager), Nic (finance)and Jose (delivery and technician) were very courteous and always had time with us in the showroom and a quality operation in Santa Monica.

Please, for the sake of your own sanity purchase/service your Maserati at another dealer. Took three drafts of a sales contract to get it right, then dealing with their service department is a nightmare. They never return voice mails to the service department and website to schedule appointments is unreliable. They broke a battery cable and have so far refused to take responsibility for stranding me in another city. They clearly do not care about customer service and lack any leadership to set a standard commensurate with the price of their products.

Worst place to take your car for service. They tried to charge me $1200 dollars to look at my car why my door lock wasn t working and front radar light that was on. Even tho my car has full factory warranty.

I was very satisfied with my recent car purchase at Maserati of Santa Monica. The Sales Rep I worked with, Kevin Krumpak, was extremely helpful and accommodating during our many discussions, and he even came into the office on his day off to help me consummate the purchase and walk me through the technical aspects of the new car. I can highly recommend him and the Santa Monica Dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

This is definitely one of the more pleasant dealerships out there. The staff is so respectful and they genuinely care about your needs. A big shout out to Ken Moore, he heads the servicing department, he s got to be the most polite and courteous gentlemen I ve met. I had an issue with my GT battery and it s no secret that any repairs need to be scheduled in and take up to a coupe of days before it can be attended to. I was all out of sorts as I had to get to a work mtg. I had already lost time in getting the roadside asst to deliver my car to the dealership. He could obviously see how stressed I was, instead of brushing things aside he actually made the effort moved things around & expedited my request to accommodate me and within an hour or so I was on my way! He clearly imbibes the customer always comes first philosophy and was extremely grateful! Thanks Ken.

Very good experience at this dealership, it was great working with Michael, the opposite of a pushy car salesman: he worked with me to get me a good deal without the usual bs, he took the time to show me different options and models, and provided an excellent customer service/follow up even after the sale. In addition he's a great guy to chat with.This is the kind of service you expect when getting into a luxury car dealership, but this is still rare.After a couple of weeks going to different high end car dealerships to find my perfect car this was definitely by far the best experience.Ask for Michael, you won't be disappointed.

Within the past month I can say I've been to several Maserati dealerships around and made several enquiries. Santa Monica made it happen.One of the best experiences I've had when purchasing a new vehicle. I sent an email enquiry which ended up being a sale a day later. William Ponty was a great salesperson to work with. The manager is an absolutely great person as well as the rest of the team there.

Overall, I had a great experience purchasing a new 2022 Alpha Romeo Stelvio. The location has a beautiful interior, and the sales representatives we're knowledgeable, attentive, and (most importantly) not to pushy. They let the cars speak for themselves, which they certainly do a test drive was all I needed to come my decision.

Worse service department ever to say the least. Has changed my whole perspective on maserati as a company completely. Every time my mom has taken her maserati ghibli here they have kept the car for over a month and not fixed Anything. They charged to repair to fix the ABS breaking system, we paid over $1000, told us to come get the vehicle because it was ready and hadn t repaired anything. They later acknowledged that they did not complete the repair and asked us to bring it back for them to repair it. After already having had it sitting in their facility for weeks. This is not the first time they ve had the vehicle sitting there for months without doing anything, remind you we pay monthly for the car just to not be able to drive it because this dealership decides to baby sit the cars or whatever they are doing with people s vehicles because they definitely aren t fixing them. Anyway fast forward, today we received a call that the car was finally ready and to come pick it up. The service rep was Sylvia, who is also very unprofessional and takes no accountability. Prior to arriving we made sure to let them know we were going to be picking it up so please have it ready to go(yes, we have to let them know that even though they did call us and say it was ready for pick-up). She didn t take the call however the receptionist assured us that they would let her know and the car was ready. My mother arrived close to 2 hours later only to discover that yet again, the issues were not resolved. Called Sylvia and asked why after all this time have the issues not been fixed and why she called and said it was ready if it in fact was not. Her response was I don t know I just took the service guys word for it I didn t check myself. Ridiculous ! Pathetic to say the least. One would expect better from a company of this caliber. Even beyond the caliber of the company, one would expect better customer service and consideration from ANY company whatsoever. Do not waste your time with this dealership. I don t even suggest wasting your time with these cars to be honest. The majority of the issues our car has had, aside from the ABS system as mentioned above, were all covered by maserati because the issues were no fault of my own and just the result of a faulty manufacturing job. Save yourself the headache and inconvenience!

Took our vehicle in for the first time and must say the level of customer service was great. My service advisor Pedro was efficient, knowledgeable, and very much accommodating. Been too numerous service departments including the one under previous ownership and I must say significant change has taken place. Pedro and the rest of the staff that I encountered certainly surpassed what I was expecting.

The best experiences car shopping for me I ever had. I called to Ross and made a deal with him over the phone and next day went to pick up Maserati Ghibli Modena without even test drive the car. It's great for me because I hate going back and forth with sales people or managers. Anyway, I usually don't have time to provide feedback but this case I make time for it and that explains it all about my experience with this dealership.

By far the worst service I ve experienced. The first time I went in I do have to say the woman whom I worked with provided satisfactory service when I dropped off the car, pick up of the vehicle was disappointing. Not only did I stand in their office and not ONE of the arrogant men said one word to me. One even had the audacity to mock me asking if I even knew what a GTS stands for.I have them the benefit of the doubt and called for service about a month later and was dealing with a receptionist who clearly didn t know what he was talking about and should refrain from answering questions if unsure. I was transferred to Pedro who was so rude to me saying he would call me back within 24 hours and didn t - I called within 24 hours and he wasn t available and I was understanding but I mean have courtesy to call back especially when I m saying I have no headlights and need assistance asap. Called 3 days later and of course Pedro wasn t available and said he would call in 20 minutes and we ll never did. Called in day 4 some female receptionist answered trying to cover for Pedro and copped an attitude so I asked for a manager who after 10 min on hold never came to the line. Extremely arrogant staff I will never recommend or step foot in there service dept.

I had a great experience at this dealership. The sales person was extremely helpful and was not pushy. The sales manager had a very pleasant personality and we were able to strike a deal without the typical back and forth that occurs at most dealerships. I highly recommend them.
