Bad customer service. I had an issue with the interior and exterior "protective coating". They didn't apply it correctly on the exterior, and they splashed it all over the interior and didn't clean it up. I was promised a refund by the sales manager, Dino, and it's been 3 months with no refund. I sent an email 4 days ago and they haven't responded. Typical deal hungry, service neglecting dealership. Would not recommend!!

Massive price gauging and lying about what s wrong with the car, quoted me $15,000 for work my car doesn t need. Went in for a simple coolant leak. Now all of the sudden they are saying 3 of my cylinders are misfiring as well. Car drove in perfectly fine. Car still there after over 2 weeks.

Jaguar Land Rover service department 5 STARS!! Thanks to Mario our service representative any issues we had with our Range Rover Sport he always took care of us. And the guys in the repairs shop my hats off for excellent job done!! If I can can give 10 STAR!! Mario is the one who deserves it he such a wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable service representative!! If you own a Jaguar or Land Rover this is the place to go.

Service department is great. Actual dealership is bait and switch. I was tricked into signing up for key insurance even when I asked not to. Make sure you look at your paperwork before leaving as Santa Monica Land Rover is not to be trusted. I love my car but will never get a car again from these thiefs. Service is great so get your car serviced in Santa Moncia just don t buy in Santa Monica.

I would recommend anyone requiring Range Rover service or work to visit the service location on S La Brea instead of this location. We had an evoque here a while ago and it took weeks to get back, the communication was horrendous and the experience poorly managed. They ended up covering the costs of some of the repairs as the service was so atrocious. A few months ago we had to take our Range Rover sport here to have an issue looked at after an accident. Our body shop managed the experience thankfully but they too had a hard time getting the car back in a timely manner and done correctly. After just having our car serviced at the S La Brea location I felt compelled to let people know that there are other options, a night and day experience. A little bit further if you live on the westside like myself but they will have your car in and out and communicate properly so worth the extra 15 min drive.

This review is for service advisor, John Bevardos.He helped me with a rather difficult repair. Land Rover was infested by rats in the engine compartment in Malibu. Thanks to John, the wire harness was repaired and the insulation in the back of the engine has been replaced. Excellent customer service!

Best car buying experience I ve ever had. Recently purchased a 23 Defender 110 from Max at SM LR and couldn t speak more highly of the overall ease and professionalism of the process. I d been shopping around multiple dealers trying to find the right 23 or order a 24, and no other dealers would give me a straight answer, instead they all tried up selling me on a spec I didn t want. Max and his team not only gave me the honest run down on how difficult and long it takes to order a Defender but had just received almost the exact spec 23 model I was looking for. The buying process couldn t have been easier and quicker. Literally only took maybe an hour in total. (I ve spent all day trying to buy cars at other dealers in the past).Highly recommend SM LR for all your Land Rover needs.

This service center for landrover Jaguar is the best hands down!John Bevardos is my service advisor ~ he knows what he s doing, my car has been taken care of so well when it s at the service on centinela and the return time is so fast~it s back to me in a couple of days It s always a perfect job. Lets be honest car issues suck to deal with, but since I found Mario at the Land Rover service department, car issues are no longer an issue, Mario is always there when I need it, if its a service, brakes or another flat tire, a quick text message and he take care of it asap, I don't even live in the area, but willing to drive from Studio City because of Mario's reliability and honesty.If you need you Range Rover fix (lets be honest we all do)Check Land Rover santa Monica. and ask for Mario,Batman has Alfred, I have Mario!Thank you guys!

I never owned a vehicle where I had to go to the dealership to be serviced. My first experience was amazing and awesome !The people were so kind to me as being an African-American male !They treated me very upstanding, and appreciative to have and owned a vehicle where I had to go to the dealership to be serviced. Reliable service team!! My '22 E-Pace, needed door trims replaced, and software update. The trims had been ordered in advance and were a quick installed. During the software update it was discovered the battery did not produced the proper amperage to power the update. It was replaced and the update pushed through!!Mario Garcia, my service advisor, provided professional attention and prompt personable follow-ups.Services: Auto battery replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Auto body & trim replacement

Had paid for extended warranty and they made every excuse to say not covered where should have been and charged a lot there after . Not sure why buy extended warranty if their service department doesnt honor their own warranty

Armando, whom is at the Santa Monica location now, has been my service go to person for many years. He has always consistently, taken very good care of any car issues I may have. He is very friendly and attentive to detail! I had a terrible experience. Jaguar Land Rover Santa Monica is guilty of price gouging. They charged me $1,300 for a service and I later found out that European Auto Service would have charged me $179 for the same work. They quoted me $3,800 for front and rear brakes, I ended up paying $625. They quoted me over $6,000 to replace a water pump and exhaust pipes and I ended up paying $2,400. They are robbing thier customers, I highly recommend getting your work done elsewhere unless your work is covered under warranty. I will never trust them again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We needed some work done to our LR2 and Mario is our go to Service Person. He is always professional and provides an informed detail of what is needed. A loaner car was set up while they did the work and we are very pleased with the performance since the repairs were completed. I would go here again in a heartbeat if we needed any work done because of the positive experience we have had there.

I have been servicing my Range Rover Sport with LRSM and cannot be more happy with their service. Not only did the Service Manager (Rebecca) and Service Advisor (Mario) go above and beyond to coordinate repairs needed between 2 shops, but they also performed the repairs needed at a valued cost that was more than fair that no other dealer or independent shop could even offer. I am extremely grateful for their help and assistance and cannot thank them enough.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance
