Great service! Gary for was very professional and friendly. He knew they had a busy schedule, so he advised me to call the following week and they were able to fit me in. Our family was recommended by Joy Automotive, a very trustworthy local mechanic. I was nervous to go elsewhere but when I called about a broken mirror, they told me the best place to get serviced was Herman s. I spoke to Gary in person who helped me out with my issue with a very reasonable and affordable quote. It felt like a family owned business and they were quick to fix my car. They are closed weekends which I admire meaning they care about their employees and want them to enjoy their own time with family. We had another issue with our vehicle that they fixed out of the goodness of their hearts which is very unheard of in 2022! There is no place better to take your business if you want the job done right by trustworthy professionals who have your best interest and treat you like family. Thank you Herman s Auto Body for everything!

Not so good. Estimator was thorough & personable. When I called about 5 weeks later to set a time to bring the car in & ask a question about the estimate Caesar bruskly told me he doesn t have time to look for an estimate that far back & I would have bring the car by & start over.My experience at Anthony s body & paint was excellent by contrast

Beyond 5-star! Honest, relaxed, on time, excellent quality work, estimate matches final bill. Brought my car in Friday afternoon with gouge in passenger door. Gary walked out, took notes, described the repair, gave me a rough estimate of time and cost. The written estimate was in my email before I got home. Brought my car in following Monday, 8 am. Picked it up Thursday at 3 pm, on the early side of Gary s estimate. Cost was exactly as estimated. Could not possibly be better or easier to deal with. Good on you guys! I had a problem with my window trim (or so I thought). I took it to Herman's Auto Body for review. Gary listened to my concerns, was timely in sending me a quote for the parts I requested, followed up, and answered all of my questions in a direct and honest manner - ultimately helping me solve the mystery of the water-filled door. I have confidence in Herman's Auto Body ability to diagnose issues and would recommend them to others.Service: Body & Trim

Herman's Auto Body did a fantastic job on fixing my Mazda rear bumper and sensor. Gary especially knows what happened in detail, but he was one of the best to solve my case and went above and beyond. Unfortunately, visiting here often is not a good sign, but whenever I do have a problem, I will go ahead and do business with Herman's.

These guys are awesome! Best prices in the area, honest with the work that needs to be done and they do an amazing job. They fixed my Subaru and it looks like no damage ever happened. Gary was great to work with.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. It is always terrible to have to get your car repaired, but Herman's made the experience as pleasant as possible. A few specific things I really appreciated: they provided me with an itemized estimate (which told me the exact cost of labor and parts - note that I double checked the cost of all the parts and their quotes were not inflated one iota), they kept to the exact schedule they promised me, when I didn't end up needing one of the parts they thought I might need my final bill was below the original estimate (I can imagine not all body shops would be so honest in terms of not charging for that extra part that turned out to be unnecessary), and last my car was returned to me spotless. Great company, and thanks again!

These guys were amazing! Had a serious fender bender and needed our whole headlight and bumper replaced on a very tight turn around. They handled everything with insurance, did an amazing job AND cleaned the whole car!!!Everyone we talked to recommended these guys and they were right.Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I was hit by another car and I was able to drop my car off at Herman's the next day. They had the car ready in a week and a half and they even polished the car and looks better than it ever did! I would recommend Herman's to anyone.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I brought my new Lexus there for bodywork, they did an an exceptional job exact matching paint, and best of all they had my car in and out in four days. I consider this my go to body shop When needed, it s a no-brainer

Hermans was fantastic, they perfectly repaired the damage to my vehicles body for a fair price and even washed my car for me when they we're done. Highly recommend!

Herman's auto body has repaired two of my cars and they do fantastic work and are most importantly honest to tg heir word. Straight shooters who do great work. Hard to come by these days.

WOW WOW WOW Really the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop! Before I gave them my car I specifically told them that the car is brand new and I am very anal about my cars. So lets start from the beginning first I dropped of my car july 29, 2013 and they said it would be ready within 7-10 days. I said ok and walked out by the way my car only has 315 miles on it just a heads up. They call me on August 5th or 6th telling me that my car will be ready tom but the check engine sign is on so we have to fix that first. I said ok and I went on August 7th to pick up my car first they ruined my brand new key with scratches and some kind of liquid. Second they put the stickers on the door crooked. Third they did something to the clutch or engine of the car bc now every time I drive it smells like burning rubber. So check this out Tony informs me that he will order the part and will call me to come back to fix it. They dont call me but i call them myself n he says the part is in. I went in on monday August 12th for them to replace the sticker that they put on crooked. I left the car in the morning n they said they will drop it off when they are done. After how many hours they bring the car back and guess what the sticker is crooked again. So he says pls bring the car tom morning and we will replace it again I said I cant so they decided to pick up the car the next morning to replace the sticker AGAIN. They took the car to fiat so they can put it on originally and they also said they will check the smell and clutch. I get a call later that day saying the car is not ready yet bc the sticker is taking longer than normal to put on. They bring the car back around 6pm and guess what the sticker is crooked AGAIN. Finally the next morning they came took the car and fixed the sticker. Now lets go on to the next business at hand my key that cost $400 new they drove it or something bc the key was scratched up and had some weird liquid stuck on it. They said they will replace it and they put another used one on it as if that made a diff and to top it all off they scratched my wheel when they took the car to put the sticker on it. SO NOT ONLY DID THEY GET $1500 FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO FIX MY CAR BUT THEY DAMAGED ANOTHER $1500 ON MY CAR. DO NOT GO HERE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! WATCH OUT BEFORE GIVING YOUR CAR TO THEM!!!!!
