One of the new standalone dealers, I expected better service from this dealership. I came in to try and get a warranty service done under the bumper to bumper warranty, and they denied it and had the audacity to try and claim that my car had been in an accident or body work done. I had prior good experience so I kept coming back here but not anymore. If you have any need of warranty work, just go straight to Genesis corporate instead of dealing with them here. They tried to say that my car was hit by something when it wasn t and I asked them to show me how or where.

Alex and Shwan Nasseri just gave us the best car buying experience ever !! I was also not a local buyer and I was apprehensive at first but from the moment I got in touch with them, they were very responsive and amazing to work with. Once we were able to have constructive calls on models, colors, pricing, it was time to go to the showroom. This was my first time to stand-alone Genesis showroom and from the moment we got off the car to the moment we took delivery, it was truly a five star experience. They took a lot of time to explain everything and treated us very well. Thanks Alex and Shwan for making us super happy with not only the car but also making this car buying experience a memorable one.
