I love these guys. They are kind, professional, timely, honest. They have helped me with so many issues I've had with my van and often do small things at no cost since I am a returning customer. They have high ceilings and are able to work on large vehicles like my van. Their prices are fair and they do great work. They are always honest and up front about what is needed and how long it will take. They are always accommodating and communicative. I read nothing but good reviews so I brought my car for 95k check for Audi A4 2009.It was my fault that I didn t wait for the estimate and just told them to go ahead and repair.I don t know anything about car but I knew I could change wiper blade by myself.. but I had to bring in anyway and thinking it shouldn t be that much. I was wrong..Surprisingly to change wiper it was $90.( parts $74.99 and labor $15)I called Audi dealer and part was $77 with free installation sighI called the owner and was told it got broken and they had to go get original Audi parts..Here is the summary of my charge. Please wait for estimate and decide if it s reasonable enough for you.Oil filter, Synthetic Oil, oil drain plug, bolt, dowel, air filter, spark plug, cabin air filter brake fluid, wiper - $344.15.Labor - $344.15(FYI - oil and filter service $30, check light $37.50, air cleaner $60, cabin air filter $90, brake fluid $90, spark plug $120, wiper $15) Total was $824.93.Owner seemed nice and nice enough to tell me he would give me money back.I ve been asking around and I am not convinced this place was that reasonable..

I'm not someone who usually write reviews. I showed up for a regular brake change and they gave me such a good price i ended up also getting other maintenance things done. Theyre prices are very competitive and they even ended up washing and detailing the engine. They definitly went above and beyond my experience with any other shop. Highly recommend this place

David, thank you for the excellent service you provided for me today by replacing the thermostat, on my dream car, 2013 Mini. I feel much safer and confident driving my car. An abundance of gratitude to you for your honesty and saving me a lot of $$$. I appreciate you and your mechanic crew I highly recommend this automotive shop for all foreign and domestic cars.

My car was overdue to be serviced and I decided to give EPS Automotive a try, since it was conveniently located near my work building. Boy am I glad I did. They accept walk-ins, and appointments. David, the Manager of the shop is a straight shooter. There s no BS up selling, or pressure involved that you get from some of these other auto shops in the area. He showed me exactly what he recommended I might need to replace on my car (worn out brake shoes/pads, worn tire treads, etc ) with in-depth detail that allowed me to decide yes or no with ease. They definitely don t have your typical expensive Santa Monica price tags for their services, and their customer service is top-notch. I went to pick up my car and noticed that they washed my car and cleaned the interior. Was not expecting that. They showed me that they go above and beyond for their customers. What an amazing experience. David and his whole crew are extremely professional, patient, caring and customer-centered. This is the old "405" location which was great...but EPS is even better. You can trust them..they did an amazing job on my 95 Jag XJS. Thanks, David!

Tried to get my leveling system fixed for 4 months in 3 different states - to no avail. Dustin diagnosed the issue within minutes. Crystal worked with Lippert (under warranty) to get the parts sent, received and Dustin replaced it in 2 weeks. We have a rare Porsche 993. Have used many other shops. This David did a phenomenal job. We've used his service several times now. Honest, reliable and excellent quality. Highly recommend.

Pedro and Alfonso are really honest and great professional. Price was just Right. My Van broke down and they took care of it. I really recommend this place. As a single woman who knows nothing about cars, mechanics can easily take advantage and add unnecessary thighs to the bill. That is why I keep coming back to this place. David, who runs the place are so helpful and genuine and I feel 100% comfortable turning in my car here. I have a BMW128i.

I've always had trouble finding a mechanic that I can trust, that's not an issue here. Without doubt the best service I've ever received to get my car done. I would definitely recommend EPS Automotive Service to anyone looking for car service! The employees are incredibly helpful and the prices are some of the best I've found (especially on the West side)! Also they brought my car back cleaned and vacuumed :)!

I have been bringing my 2006 Audi TT to David Engelberg for years, beginning when I worked close to his previous place of business, German Car Service. Despite working in Glendale and living in Burbank, I continue to make the trek to David on the Westside because I trust him and his mechanics to service my car properly. I never feel that I am being upsold or swindled. If David recommends repairs, I know they are necessary to keep my car running well.

I came to EPS because a friend recommended it and said to ask for David. She was absolutely right. David and everyone who works there went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. The prices are extremely competitive, and I've shopped around.

Fantastic mechanics who have truly gone above and beyond! The auxillary battery of my 2008 prius died when I was getting spark plugs changed. When the battery wouldn't hold the charge after a jump, Fausto and Pedro stayed 2 HOURS past closing, trying multiple things to get the battery working so I could drive home that night. They didn't charge a single cent extra. Next day I brought in my own battery, but it was too big to fit in the tray. Fausto offered 2 ways of modifying the tray to make it fit, and asked me what I'd prefer (again at no additional cost despite extra work for him). The entire time, they were incredibly friendly, patient and courteous. Fausto even took the time to explain and show me what they were doing.The customer service of this place is unreal. I'd give 6/5 stars if I could!

Great shop with friendly and knowledgeable techs. I love this place because of their German car tech David that has maintained my tricky VW Vanagon flawlessly, which isn't easy to say for the unique vehicle, which my other preferred mechanic refuses to work on.

Omg..I love this place. The owner and Fausto are so very professional. They close at 5pm but if for some reason I need them a little after closing hours they wait for me.
