Caliber Collision on Pico in Santa Monica, were courteous, professional and returned my car much earlier than promised without compromising the quality of the work. I was pleasantly surprised and I gladly recommend this shop.

This place did a great job repairing my car. The job was completed before the date promised and returned cleaner than when I brought it in. All the employees are super friendly and willing to take the time to answer all questions and concerns. Hopefully I never have to come back here but if I do, I know my car will be in good hands. I had an appointment on Jan. 15 to receive an estimate on car repairs and chose Caliber because they are a Farmer's verified company and had good reviews. Hike took the time to share his analysis of what needed to be done and estimated that it would take 2 wks to complete. Ten days pass and Hike fails to submit the analysis to Farmer's to get the process started. I finally call, and Hike says that "we" forgot to take photos of the car when I brought it in - necessary for the estimate. He forgets to take photos of my car during an inspection, and fails to notify me to bring in the car for photos that he forgot to take until I call back 10 days later to ask why they've never been submitted. With this kind of negligence, I wouldn't trust them to fix anything.

This shop was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Jack was super responsive and communicative. The car came back impeccably fixed, washed and buffed--it looked new! Even touched up a few scratches. And the buffing to make the new paint match the old was perfect. A pleasure to deal with, and Jack was a gem. Will highly recommend!.

The staff at Caliber was so nice and helpful! Jack really took his time in explaining the process to me and kept me updated with my cars progress. When I went in to pick up my car, Nancy was very friendly and gave a great breakdown of the price and what I was paying for. Before leaving, Jack went over the repairs and showed me everything they fixed. My car looks great! No one likes getting in an accident but this shops amazing customer service really made it so much less stressful! 10/10 would recommend to friends and familyServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My entire family has been clients of Caliber for more than 10 years, and the service was always exceptional. Last week I had an issue of a different sort my car was vandalized, and spray painted with racial slurs overnight at my house. I have lived in Los Angeles my entire life and have never experienced anything so disgusting and horrible. The thought of driving my car made me sick to my stomach so I had it towed to Caliber. As I explained the situation to Nancy I just broke down. Her kindness and sympathy was very touching. She tried to comfort me as I cried and gave me a a desk to sit at to collect myself so I could call my insurance company. I was a mess. Jack and Sean were at my car within minutes rubbing away, and thankfully were able to remove the paint. Each one of them expressed genuine empathy, and I even got nice hugs. Even now I am still trying to grapple with the situation. It is truly sad that there are still people filled with such hatred. Luckily these three wonderful souls who went above and beyond reminded me that there is still good in the world, and I will never take my car anywhere else! I am extremely happy with the service that I got. Everyone was very friendly. It was very easy to book an appointment. I can t express how painless the process was for me. Keep driving past this Caliber Collision location. Unfortunately, they returned my car damaged and gave me the run around for months. Good customer service and satisfaction is not their concern. It reminded me that the automobile industry is shady even if I am playing by the rules aka using my insurance s preferred provider and being a respectful and diligent customer. I hope my review will protect a least one potential customer from getting their car returned damaged by this body shop.Service: Body & Trim

Everyone was extremely courteous which I find to be rare nowadays. Body work met my expectations, communication via text was provided each step along the way, and completion was ahead of schedule. I went here to for some work on my car and I wanted to share my experience. I was served by Hayk. He was very knowledgable and took time to explain to me what the service would cost and what was included. He made sure that it was done in the fastest time possible and that was so nice to see a business that respects the customers time. It was overall a great experience and if you need auto work I definitely recommend coming to Caliber collision and asking for Hayk. I highly recommend Caliber Collision! Troy and John were very professional, and able to repair my car after an accident. They provided me with frequent updates on the car, and worked hard to get the car back to me quickly. Now, my car looks even better than it did before my accident! When the repairs were completed, they were able to drop my car off to me at my house, and return my rental car for me. And an added bonus- my car came back very clean and professionally detailed. Vazgen was amazing. I have never had a good experience with a collision shop or even the dealership. UNTIL NOW! They fixed my car, even cleaned the lights up for me and kept me in the loop the entire time. I never worried and my car looks better than when I bought it! They are amazing! Highly recommend. I hope I never get hit again, but if so, I won t take it anywhere else. Like I said, it was actually a good experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After a mild fender bender, I shopped around the West Side and got a few estimates. Caliber Collision gave me the best rates, so I chose them. They were friendly, transparent with the process, kept me updated, and did a great job all around. I will continue using them for repairs for as long as I m in this area.
