Went to Woodley Tire due to a tire going flat. They were very helpful and courteous. The employee who promptly repaired the tire did a super job. I was very impressed and would definitely go there again for other tire related assistance.

Every time I come here for service the staff here is friendly and helpful. About six months ago I stopped by to check if I needed service (rotation or alignment). The staff said not yet, but my tires were low so he filled them up for me. Today I m here for a tire rotation which is free because I bought my tires here.

Excellent tire shop.. efficient quality service. They never try to pressure an upsell which I appreciate as a less than knowledgeable customer. I felt very comfortable as I was walked through my options.Accurate turnaround estimates for orders and installation time.PLEASE NOTE THEY ARE CLOSED LAST SATURDAY / MONDAY EVERY MONTH

fast service. honest.i had a very slow leak in a tire on my SUV and originally went to samo wheel next door. however they don t service tires and recommended these guys.was originally quoted a two hour wait but they were able to get it done within an hour.impressed. will be back if i get another flat.

Was recommended by my neighbor that these guys are the authority on aligning classic cars and a few other things. I was having some brake problems that stumped me and Joe was able to guide me in the right direction. Just got my car back from an alignment as well and it's driving real straight.

As a longtime resident of Santa Monica, I must admit to being late to the party in discovering this gem of a tire and wheel repair shop. I had researched Byron Woodley s website and online reviews, while searching tire service on my own car.My first opportunity to experience Byron Woodley Tire s legendary service, however, came with having the tire and wheel on a friend s car repaired. I was confident in the shop s ability to get the job done professionally, but had the added pleasure of getting to know the delightful staff in the process.So, when it came time to replace the worn out rear brakes on my vintage classic, I returned to Byron Woodley Tire, where I knew the car would be serviced expertly and I would be treated with the utmost courtesy.

I got a flat tire on my way to work and had to find a near by tire shop to replace my spare tire. Byron Woodley Tire was close by and also saw that it had very good reviews on Google so I trusted that I was going to good shop.Once I arrived, they changed the back tire and I was ready to leave. Price was $120 for one tire. I did not mind paying the price because it was urgent and I had to get to work.However, once driving it on a freeway at speeds of over 60 mi/hr, my car felt shaky/bouncy and did not drive the same as before. So, I brought it back the next morning and the person I talked to was very dismissive about the problem and stated that this issue was likely already there before the tire was changed ....even though I explained that this was not an issue beforehand. He stated that they did not do anything to the back tire to have caused the bounce when I drive. He stated that they did not lift the car and barely did anything to the car to cause damage. He said that they can balance the wheels but stated balancing the front tires had nothing to do with their work. Balancing would be $20 each tire.Dismissing the concern about the change in the car and responding in a more defensive manner was very disappointing. Their poor customer service has dissuaded me to come back to this tire shop. I wish I would have driven an extra mile to go to a different tire shop. I will not be recommending this tire shop.If you are desperate or don't care about customer service, then they definitely have tires here and can likely do the work. But for me, customer service is the most important aspect about a business and Byron Woolley Tire definitely needs to do better about customer service.

Was my go to spot since in the 90's. Moved away for a bit and forced to try other tire spots. Didn't appreciate how incredible Byron Woodley is. Usually the best pricing on anything, and genuinely kind mindset from the owners staff.It's a rare, true mom 'n pop tire shop. I tell everyone to just go to Byron Woodley.

Solid guys, and good install team. I've used the for Tire Rack installed products on a couple of our cars. All work was done professionally and properly. A note: for those who complain about calling them - they're great at getting work done, but they're not a customer relations team. Be realistic.

I can't say enough about this tire shop - in the four times I have needed their services over the years they have always been thorough & honest. An incredible place where they truly care - they have a customer here for life.

GREAT customer service!!! I was so impressed. I have an Audi S3 that I love and honestly don't trust a lot of people to take good care of it. I got a nail in my tire and Byron Woodley patched it up nicely. I wouldn't normally post a review after such a simple service, but I was so impressed by the honesty and respect that I received. Gary was so friendly, respectful, professional and understanding when it came to taking great care of my S3. I highly recommend this place! I'll be taking my S3 here for all my tire needs:)

As if having a flat tire isn't bad enough, I found out my tire wasn't just flat, it had been slashed (dunn, dunn, dunnnnnnnn!) The tow truck driver (Westside Tow, also 5 stars!) didn't recommend the place I was planning on taking the car and I'm so glad the place he DID recommend was Byron Woodley Tire. Even though they were busy, they finished my car just a few hours later. Price was great and they even put on the new windshield wipers I'd purchased months ago from Costco but couldn't figure out how to install. Definitely 5 stars for these guys and I'll for sure be taking my car back :)

The staff was helpful, friendly, fair and efficient. I could not have hoped for better service and professionalism. I had a blow-out while visiting the area and they got me in immediately, replaced my tire, did some additional maintenance and had me out of there within an hour. Pricing was more than fair, and all steps were explained to me. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Wish I lived here

I can t say enough good things about Byron Woodley Tires. Gary is the best. You will never be talked into anything you don t need. A while back, I took my car in to get 4 new tires. Gary told me I didn t need four tires, I only needed two and wouldn t have needed those if the dealership I had been taking my car to for service had been regularly rotating my tires. Another time, I went there and was told that I d be needing brakes soon. I went back about 6 months later to have them install the brakes. I was told I didn t need brakes. I said I was here about 6 mos ago and you told me I did. He said, Well, I don t know what I was taking about because you certainly don t need brakes! I had completely forgotten that my regular mechanic had installed brakes a couple months before I went back to BW! How many businesses do you know that would be that honest?? And they don t ever charge you for the small stuff! It would not be in your best interest to go anywhere else for tires!

These people are amazing! You cannot make an appointment it's first come first serve however they also sell used tires which for me was 100% better than what I actually had on my phone they were pleasant from the beginning took about an hour to get my car done all four tires I would highly recommend they are awesome!

This place is amazing.I've been using them for years and they continue to amaze me with the 'we're not in this to rip people off' attitude.I called around Santa Monica for new tires for my Volvo. Woodley was $250 cheaper than the other places AND they told me there was a rebate on the tires for $60 and I'd get a credit card for that amount. NO other place even mentioned it (meaning-they keep that for themselves). So I saved $300+ over the next lowest place.And it's all done in an hour. Love.

Never never take your car to these guys!!! Very deceitful, very untrustworthy!I bought 2 new tires 6 months ago. Yesterday I brought car in because 1 of the new tires was low. They said $30 for repair of a tire with a nail in it. When I asked about new tires having a warranty, they just said $30 bucks. I told them that 6 months ago they charged me $10 for nail in tire, they argued saying it was never $10, but just give them $20.I had a sealed package containing a new bible inside on floor on front passenger side. I discovered no package when I got home and I made no stops coming home. Since it was late, I called the next morning & they said no one had seen it.I also realized they gave me no receipt for new tire repair. It is my fault for not insisting they give me one.Very untrustworthy! I was not looking for deceitfulness as I had done business with them several times before with no problems!Never Again!!!

Called ahead and even though I showed up later than I had hoped, they took me and even stayed a few minutes beyond closing to help. Didn't find anything wrong with my tire so no charge after removing the tire to check it and adding a bit of air and a note to come back if I run into the issue again. Great folks. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience here yesterday!! I called in to ask if they had my tire size and the gentleman on the phone said: Yes it would take about 45 mins.BTW at BMW they said it would cost upwards of $600 ....Anyway I got both tires put on for $80 and less than 15 mins.Very honest and good working guys her!Thanks again!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE JERKS!I bought tires from them twice and took my car in there consistently for tire rotations as they recommended. About six months ago they did an alignment for me. Today when I went in for my six month rotation they told me the back tires were 80% worn due to a bad alignment! When I said they had done the alignment they got extremely rude. Very very rude! They keep no records at all in their computer regarding the work they have done on your car! I will never go back and I hope you don't either.
