This place is extremely discriminatory andpredatory if they can get away with it, they will and don t make them upset because they will follow you to your car to try and intimidate you but if you stand your ground they act like they are being attacked even tho they followed you a block away from their shop. They do not like anyone that doesn t look like them or look like they can get a lot of money out of. They are literally scared when they are are approached.

They completed (and charged me for) a repair that didn't fix my problem. And then they refused to make it right. Be VERY careful to read all of their negative reviews before trusting them with your vehicle.

Mr.Basillio and Mr. Mario are diffenetly my to go guys in the west side for all my car needs. These 2 car guru dudes are master mechanics that tackle any car job I give them big or small. Always polite and courtious they are masters of there craft.

First time I had used Bruno's. Went based on reviews; they are legit I found Mario to be honest, on time, and his estimate was exactly what I paid. I will return without hesitation.

since my mechanic retired...i've been looking for another local place to take my car. i brought my car to bruno's for just an oil and oil filter change. without my asking....mario also checked out my tire pressure and refilled the ones that needed more air and the brakes. i know it's not a major repair, but it was done quickly which i appreciated. the person who mentioned that he was rude, must have been rude to him first. i don't know what their problem is, but he was extremely professional and pleasant. the price was VERY low compared to other places i've checked online. i'll be back when if/when i need something else to be done to my car.Service: Oil change

Mario did great work for me! Very affordable and gave me a discount for being a first time customer. I got my rear right bumper dented in and he was able to pop it out with ease. Few scratches he also buffed and used touch up paint...good as new. Will definitely be going back! They're also open on Sunday's which is a huge plus.

Called to get a quote for brake pads change. They started asking questions about the vehicle besides year and model, like engine size. They hang up on me while I was looking up the info and told me to call later because they are with a customer. When I called later and gave them the info (after being on hold) and asked for the quote, they hang up on me again with "I can't give you a quote, I am with a customer". I did not even have a chance to ask them when would be a better time to call, which seemed very rude.It sounds that this business does not have anyone available to pick up the phone and give quotes. Giving 1-star on the experience of getting a quote.Service: Auto brake repair

Beware took over 3weeks to fix bumper and in one day fell off Mario blamed me and did not fix his mistake he is rude full of pride. He even said that it s okay he did not fix it since it s the insurance money not mine.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Mario is the best! I had an emergency situation with my gas tank cover and pulled in around 6pm on a Friday evening.It turned out to be an easy quick fix, but his customer service and knowledge was second to none. Definitely will be coming back here!

Bruno's auto service was great for us. We were passing through the area, and only had the day to get our AC fixed before heading into the desert. Even though they didn't have any appointments available, Mario was kind enough to fit us in that same day and take care of the problem in a prompt manner. Great customer service! I've been going here to get my cars fixed for years! They can just about work on any car, but its highly suggested to make an appointment, by phone have ur car diagnosed before hand. Brunos is pretty honest n respectful to woman, he doesn't cheat you, like most of the shops on Lincoln Blvd. Mario is the Manager and he is a nice person inside n out. You be honest with him he'll be host with you and fixes ur car with telling u if there is any problems. He will work with you!

I recommend bringing your car to Bruno's for anything. Mario was extremely efficient and kept me up to date on what was wrong with my car and provided me with prices for everything before doing the work. They were very friendly and even saved all of my old parts to show me what the problem was and why it needed replacing. Extremely honest and reliable.

I came in to the shop on a Saturday mid day with car troubles. At the time, the 4 or 5 other mechanics I called were either closed or wouldn't have my car fixed until Monday. Mario quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me a very fair quote and had the car back to me within a few hours. Thanks again!

Bruno s auto service was a one stop shop! Got my tire plugged and Pedro did it with efficiency and ease. He even showed me a few tricks to check if it happens again! Mario and Pedro were both very nice guys and helped me out a lot. I know where my local garage is now, thanks again and see you next time!

My BMW constantly breaks down, its going towards it's end of life, making me a frequent customer here. I can say with confidence that they are probably the best mechanics you can find in West LA.Mario, if you read these, I'll be towing my car in Monday morning LOL

If I could give zero stars I would. Mario is very rude, and unprofessional and had to pull their arm to provide documentation that they replaced brakes that were under warranty. Suspicious business practices, highly recommend you go elsewhere.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Started taking my car here a few years ago. Never went back to the Honda dealer since.Mario is profesional, a fast worker, never tried to over charge, and is half the cost of a dealership repair for most needs.

This place is horrible please use a different mechanic! They completely robbed me and didn't even give me a real receipt (which I'm reporting to authorities) and they wanted to charge extra if I paid by credit. I spent $2900 to fix my Audi and it still has the check engine light on and I have the same problem I took it in for. Also they removed the Audi symbol off the engine and said they couldn't find it and have not replaced it. I've contacted the mechanic who fixed it Basillio who states he is the owner and he doesn't even return my calls even though he said it had a one-year warranty. Please Beware...go somewhere else these people are not trustworthy. Zero stars.

I always bring my car here when I have problems. The guys are great and well knowledgeable. Calling ahead is recommended but they'll still help you if you drop in randomly.

Owner have first told me price for the break repair out of nothing, when I have asked to split it by items, he was not able to get initial to price and told that now price even higher just because. I wouldn't recommend this place anyone
