Not too long ago I was in a fender bender. The back of my car was damaged and thankfully Anthony s Body Shop was amazing on all accounts. They communicated extremely well, keep me updated on the situation and got me my car back looking like new asap. Eric was the gentleman that helped me out and he would continuously call me to update me on the situation and if I had any questions or concerns I could always call him directly and he would immediately or as soon as he was available he would get back to me. My car looked like new in no time and 1+ months later my car works perfectly and the backup camaras work great! Definitely would recommend going here and talking to Eric. Thank you.

I've been to this place twice now and both times I found the service to be professional & honest which is too rare for body shops. I was selling a previous car and wanted to clean up a few minor scratches and Ali advised me honestly which ones probably wouldn't be re-couped in the sale and weren't worth my while fixing. I found the service to be fast, efficient & trustworthy. I recommend this place. Wish more body shops had this approach.

I was driving down the street with traffic and a woman waiting in the left lane pulled out without signaling causing me to hit her. It was declared not my fault. What used to be my lte dad's car (sentimental) the hood smashed in over the headlamp and their car barely got scratched. These guys repaired it with original parts and looks better than before! They matched the paint and everything perfectly. It's like it never happened. Highly recommend

AMAZING! Came in on an emergency with my front splitter hanging off my car. The staff here took care of me like family and gave me the best pricing and service. I felt so comfortable here and they had me back on the road in no time! Cannot recommend enough.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Anthony s is a great option if you need body repair work. Stan took awesome care of me and even rushed a little on Friday when I needed my car to go down to OC for a wedding. They quoted me the best price for what I needed and I checked with 3-4 other body shops in Santa Monica. It s a cute little warm family-feeling operation :)Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My car drives/puuls on its own to the right right after I left the bodyshop. And they dare to say it is not them by email. My Tesla was at their shop for 40 days and the repair was about $ 20.000 for the insurance. I am briging my Tesla back asap and dispute the deductible. If they continue (try) arguing i will deposit as many complain as I can including with Tesla, BBB, california Bureau of automobile, my insurance etc.... UNBELIEVABLE . I will continue this and post as many review as I can.

This is the second time I've used Anthony's Auto Body and I would highly recommend them for any auto body work. This time we waited to order the parts before scheduling my car in. Once I left my car with, it took them less a week to complete. The body work was great; paint matched perfectly and the customer service is great. They're also reasonable on pricing (no price gouging) compared to other auto body shops in the LA area. Definitely would recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After a minor accident, I was strung along by the body shop preferred by the insurance company of the person who hit me. Months of back and forth, I finally decided to try elsewhere. The nearby Honda dealership recommended Anthony s and I m SO glad they did! Adam helped me out RIGHT AWAY I was stunned they could be ready that quickly for me! My car was ready the next day, too. Incredibly quick service with great quality work. Everyone there was very nice to chat with, particularly Adam who genuinely wanted to put my minor car damage behind me. I wish I had some semblance of a positive review to write about Anthony s and their staff. I brought my car in January - 10 months ago, to fix the drivers side of my car. I got the car back looking great, but my trunk came back completely out of commission. I have a 2018 Mazda CX-5 that was in perfect condition. I called the shop, they tell me to bring it in. They couldn t figure it out. They call a Mazda electrical specialist. We set up an appointment for another day, but before they do so, they think it s a great idea to have three huge men put allTheir strength into forcing my trunk to open, tear some stuff apart, then they need the same guys to literally hang from my SUV trunk to close it. Isn t that a huge huge clue to stop messing with it? Three times I leave my car there 8-5 with zero resolve. The last time I pick my car up, a guy walks up to me laughing . With my whole cars lift gate shock in his hand, haha we found the problem! They first busted the shock, and so much wasted time later, they simply broke the piece off of my car!What do I do next? I call every Mazda place to try to get the part they broke off. The part they first broke: then snapped off is on back order with no ETA estimate even though I have nothing good to say about anyone there, I still wanted to give them benefit of the doubt for the sake of getting my car fixed. Still no parts. Trunk has been shut and not working for 10 months. My new car for my family is basically useless. They ve offered me zero resolve as the parts they broke are simply not available in the US or available for purchase overseas.

This is the only place I go for repairs on my Tesla Model 3. Ali always takes care of me and my car is usually done faster than anticipated. My cases are almost always done through insurance. Love their quality of work and service.

I stopped by yesterday morning to get a quote on painting a spot that had been damaged on my vehicle. The team quickly told me that painting may not be necessary and they might have an alternative solution that would save me some money. They wet sanded and buffed out the trouble area on my vehicle and after 20 minutes they brought me to see the area looked as good as new. They earned my future business as a repeat customer when they told me the service would be complementary and even gave me a small container of touch up paint to use on the rest of my vehicle as necessary. Anthony s Paint and Body Shop is the one place I trust wholeheartedly that all things will be taken care of with attention to detail. I worked with Eric who was so patient (with all my questions), informative and also made it extremely convenient to drop off/ pick up and go through the entire process of fixing my entire hood, light, bumper and rim. I highly recommend. Service and quality was wonderful!

Ali and his team were amazing start to finish. They gave me an accurate and reasonable estimate on some body work due to a fender bender, and also an estimate to fix some scratches to my car's back bumper, which I did not want to replace. The quality of work warranted a before/after. I did not think it was possible the touch up of the bumper could look so good. In addition to the above, the customer service provided by Ali and Lulu throughout the process was perfect. Trustworthy shop! I came in because I scrapped my car turning into my narrow garage. I thought I was going to need a costly paint job. I had white paint scrapped against the side of my black car. They were able to get the white paint off with a solution vs. a new paint job. I will never bring my car anywhere else because of their honesty and customer service.

I am so grateful for the professional advice and service I received from Ali at Anthony s Body Shop. Extremely pleasant experience when I had an issue with my car and needed super quick turnaround. Ali listened and immediately helped me on the spot so I was able to get in and out within 15 minutes! Yave and the team here are awesome. I was in an accident and needed body work done on my Tesla model 3 through insurance. They took good care of me and did great work. Turnaround time was faster than expected and always super friendly. These guys will be my go-to from now on!

Anthony's was awesome, I worked with Yave and Ali and they were fantastic. I needed a repair on my Tesla Model 3 rocker panel/side skirt. Yave walked me through the assessment and the proposed repair, and let me know in advance what additional repairs might be needed once they got a better look. The estimate was very reasonable, and lower than others we received for the same work. Yave called with regular updates as the repair progressed. No additional repairs were needed, they finished a day earlier than estimated, and the final quote was lower than the initial estimate. The car looks as good as new! Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and clear, and the results they delivered are remarkable. Would highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

They did a good job to fix the car where the accident happened but communications is very bad.Gave me the wrong timing to pick up the car, then postponed it, then went to pick it up to find out a dent not fixed on the door frame! Another day to fix it.And they re supposed to know better than me! But guess what ! I noticed it!They didn t even move a finger to heal any other damages in the car (small scratches on the front bumper) which I m ok with, but I think a small Bodyshop could ve helped out with that, but I was in a hurry to fix it, and didn t wanna shop around.Called to tell me the wheel lock is not there and I have to pay extras to break it and buy a new set.Jut for your information to expect what you may encounter.It s my first accident and I m not sure if other Bodyshops do the same but I would look for another place if I can.

WARNIG!!! Anthony s Repair shop in Santa Monica are DISHONEST and will charge you HUGE fees without telling you about it up front. I took my vehicle that had been greatly damaged to Anthony s to be fixed. Due to various circumstances, my car ended up staying there for quite a bit of time. When we were able to work out the situation with my insurance company and received the final invoice from Anthony s There was a line item for storage of my vehicle for $130 a day. No one ever mentioned a storage fee either to me personally or in any paperwork. When I asked them about it they said they have a sign in the property of the garage that states their policy. Which I never saw and was never pointed out to me. This cost me a ridiculous amount of money. I will never use this company and I do not recommend that you do either.

BEWARE!!! After an accident we did the mistake to have a random tow truck passing by to take the vehicle for repairs there by for free. Of course it did seem shady at first and we found out why. They never gave us an estimate for repairs but kept on pushing and pushing for insurance information. After 3 days of not giving us any repair info, we decided to take car elsewhere. They said they will not "release the vehicle" before we pay them the charges (?!?!?). They decided to keep the vehicle as hostage before we pay them for..... taking it in I guess. We hit rock bottom with them scammers. After a very heated word exchange and getting to a point of getting police and lawyers involved, they changed their mind and gave us the vehicle back "at no cost". ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN HAVE YOUR LIVES!!! CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY IF YOU EVER HAPPEN TO GET TO THESE GUYS BEFORE THEY HOSTAGE YOUR CAR!!!

My mom took her car to this place for an estimate to fix the fender of her Honda. After going back and forth with the "technician" they finally told her that they have to replace the whole panel, yes replace the panel!, and the cost will be $4500. In other words, the cost of replacing 4 panels will equal to the price of the car itself.Then my mom mentions that she doesn't want to replace it and she will just let the lease contract runs and pays the bank the penalty or cost of repair. The guy suddenly says "let me check with another technician and see if they can do it without replacing the panel". Another technician comes and says, surprise surprise, that he can do without replacing the panel. You would think that the cost would be substantially less right? No! The guy said that the cost is maybe $1500 less. That's right! $3000 for fixing these minor damages you see in the photo.All and all, my mom walked out and I'm going to take her car to a friend with dealership to fix it for $300. Sure, they can charge whatever they want, but the customers also have the right to know that they run an untrustworthy business. so, be aware and do your homework before going to them.

I recently had a minor car accident, someone hit me and my car was towed and repaired by Anthony's Body Shop. They were very helpful and patient as I awaited the final say from the insurance co. Stan in particular did his best to expedite the process, I received my car back looking good as new; I am pleased with the work they've done.

Stan is not the man here! I understand when you're dealing with multiple insurance companies & attorneys, you run into issues... but when I'm continually calling YOU for updates and when YOU fail to mention the most important matters, you aren't really doing your job (deductible payments, missed damage not addressed after sitting over 2 weeks before repair)! If it wasn't for the great repair work the guys did, and Ali himself stepping in, this rating would be lower.

After a minor auto accident, I made a mistake of not phoning my ins. co. on the spot. The AAA came, took me and my car, plus the other persons's card to a body shop of his choice. Big mistake. When I tried to correct everything they postponed releasing the cars saying they only accept cash. My ins. co. is one of the largest in the US with a sterling reputation. The only person who could authorize the release was nowhere to be found. ( how convenient to charge more)They cars have been there for 6 days. Poor business practices.
