Excellent service! Frankie was amazing and very graciously took my car last minute for a flat tire. I originally went in for a one popped tire. I was happy they had an offer for by 3 get one free, because I ended up needing to replace all four tires. Very impressed with their 6 year warranty and free tire rotation and tire balance every 5000 miles. I usually purchased my tires from Costco but I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to American Tire Depot.

First time going here to get new tires for my car and I was given an amazing deal! The manager Frankie was awesome and so patient with answering every question I had! The staff here are fast and efficient, I was able to get my car back quicker than I had anticipated. Thank you again. I will definitely come back here!

Heard about this place from my boss as he overheard me trying to book an appointment with Audi to repair a tire. Which of course they wouldn t repair only replace. He informed me they repair tires for free. I got an appointment the same day and was in and out in an hour! Will definitely refer to anyone and also would buy new tires there when needed. Very nice staff!

Today I came in for an oil change and check on my breaks. Dealer told me I needed breaks that they were metal to metal and Frankie checked for me and told me I still had 50% life left on them and told me that other fluids needed attention, so I got it service and he got me out under 2hrs!From now on I will no longer would be taking my car back to the dealer. Thank you Frankie and your mechanic guys. You guys are amazing!!

Went here to get my tire fixed after discovering a nail in it. They fixed it perfectly and didn t charge me a thing. They also were kind enough to check the rest of my tires air pressure, and filled the ones that needed it. Will definetly be coming back here for any car issues. The service was fast and i loved the staff. Would 100% recommend!

The location on Lincoln, Blvd in LA was so helpful with replacing all 4 tires on my SUV today. They also did an alignment & my car feels so much better to drive now. They helped me pick the right kind of tire for the weight of my car & the type of driving I do, that was also in my budget. The job was completed in half the time they suggested, which was great. The staff were friendly & fun. Overall a great experience. I will definitely come back for all my tire needs in the future! Thank you so much guys

I ve been coming to this American Tire Depot location for years now. Fredy and his team are the best. They re honest, helpful, and no matter how busy it gets there, they have patience with all. Best neighborhood place for tires, oil changes, brakes, and any maintenance they do. I always recommend them to everyone.

Brandon was very helpful with ordering the tires I needed. He helped me when my dashboard gauge wasn t working. The next day I had a screw in my tire and it was flat. Thank goodness I bought the warranty on the tires! I dropped off the tire and he called me soon after to tell me it was fixed.

Tesla can t install those wheel caps but they can! Very good service and better than Tesla!

Top notch service Experience. Diagnosed my tire / wheel rim problem and helped me find a replacement rim. Then fitted my good tire to it. Seamless service. Highly Recommended.

I had a nail in my tire and American Tire fixed it on the spot for no charge. I have been coming here for years. They always do a great job for a reasonable price.

We had a flat tire while we had a trip to LA. They had jacked our car up for more than 2 hours while we have been waiting for changing the tire, but they came back to us with an issue! Not having the tire with the right size. Thing that they can easily make us aware of from the first place! Not after 2 hours waiting!

The Check Tire Pressure light came on while traveling. Pulled into this shop. They aired up the tires and got me on my way. Exceptional customer service. All team members obviously work well together and their attention to customer support is outstanding.

I had an emergency. One tire was going flat. I have my own Tire people, but, they are way across town. This happened late in the day and I didn't want the spare on while driving in the rain from Santa Monica to San Dimas. So I had to make an Executive decision, I had gone to Pep Boys first but they were way too busy.Here is the thing, I have an excellent Certified Toyota Mechanic that I trust with my life, especially behind the wheel. He doesn't charge Dealership prices and we've been personal friends for 35 plus years.So, they did 2 new front tires, because I asked for that. I have, for a very long time, only had to pay Wholesale for my tires. I feel very fortunate and I did not complain about the price I was charged. After, they told me both right and left axle and boot need to be replaced and that they charge $1100.00, for that. They figured I'm dumb, not informed, or clued in. So I politely told them " I will let my Mechanic know", I couldn't believe their mark up. I know the parts are only $80.00 to $90.00 dollars, then there is grease....and of course, the labor, but you do the math on this one!! So, stating the obvious they under estimate a person's intelligence. Needless to say, I will not be back to them not even for an emergency. I am in no way a cheap skate they mistake kindness for weakness. And, I am not a victim. I just will never return there.

Brought my car there after having replaced several tires there. They did not find the warranty and charged me again. I had slow leaks which needed air every 5 days. They claim my rim is bent and it could leak, and I figured at worst the tire with the bent rim would require the same frequency of air. . They replaced 2 tires and charged me $800.The tire was completely flat the next morning. I called and asked why the tire would accelerate leaking after being replaced. They had no answer, refused to answer and hung up. Frankie was rude and uncaring. Now unspent $700 and the car is worse than when I brought it in.Every time ingonthere they have some different excuse.Do not trust them. Do not go there for tires or service. Worst service ever.I took the car elsewhere and they revealed that American Tire Depot made 2 improper patches to another tire, and completely missed the fact that my rear brakes were non-functioning. Horrible safety issue they totally missed

Not the service I expected, after replacing my tire sensors which said to be needed I was advise to drive for 5 minutes and it would clear. It did not, went back the next day instead they said to scheduled an appointment. I did for the following week, went in and they said they were backed up and would be able to look at my car. I went where my tires were bought and they said sensors are good, so it's a programming error by the shop replaced. Now I am getting the run around called headquarters twice, they said they would reach out to store and follow up. Still waiting, my advice GET A SECOND OPININON. Before purchasing ANYTHING HERE! NEVER RETURNING. THANKS FOR GIVING MORE GRIEV THAN PEACE OF MIND!

My name is Joel and i recently had the pleasure of taking my vehicle to American Tire depot in santa monica. Ben greeted me and was very helpful. He communicated well and provided excellent customer service. He gave me a call and informed me of all the work that was going to be done (oil change, single tire replacement, and alignment). I felt like I new exactly was I was getting into which is why I will come back in the future to replace my other tires. Thanks again Ben

Booked an appointment for a tire repair. Brought the car in 10 minutes before scheduled time and was told it would be 3 hours before they could even see the car. Then they recommended I come back the next day as a walk in. I asked what the purpose of the appointment was and they basically said it does nothing. Took it 2 blocks up the street to Firestone and they took it in immediately.

Nice guys, pretty good service (left my steering wheel greasy though) - the lobby needs WORK, a bit shabby & nothing works (TVs / Vending Machine) - but all in all, not bad for the convenience of the shop being in the neighborhood!

Brandon took care of us up front with a smile and explained every option clearly and appropriately. Told us 1.5 hours and it was exactly that. Quality tire replaced with top quality service. Two thumbs up.

Terrible customer service, no consideration, not helpful, and charge you based on what they feel. I highly recommend not coming here and I have been dealing with cars for many years. Manager named Freddy doesn't care and with you you are right but there's nothing you can do.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I find them trustworthy and wanting to keep the cost manageable. They also have Disney+ which made my 90 minute wait time fly by as I enjoyed Endgame.
