This whole team worked fast and did excellent work hanging my reefer trailer door back up so I could safely make my delivery in Massachusetts. OMG OMG. These people were so wonderful. Someone stole my refer diesel and the refer would not start because of air in the lines. I came across this shop and they had me back on the road in a less than 30 mins. Everyone in the Office and shop were super friendly and helpful. If I could give them 10 stars I would. God bless you guys

I have been using Transport Refrigeration and Diesel for years and have always had an amazing experience. Chad, the owner, is very knowledgeable and friendly and Paula is gracious, accommodating, and professional. Very friendly folks here. I had a problem with my refer until. It was good timing for me as there wasn't anyone getting work done when I got there.They took care of me. Gave a good idea how long the repair would take as well.Everyone there was really good.

We needed our work van fixed right away and they accommodated us. Great service and great people. We will definitely do business with them again.

Within one hour of diagnosting the reefer unit i am renting, was told my micro processor was not working. Mechanic even said he was 100% sure. Part cost 1,900 plus installation. Immediately i wanted a second opinion. Drove 300 miles to my mechanic, he fix it and it only cost me 206 dollars... I hate shops that play the guessing game...

I called after hours, minimum charge 750$.I asked if they can negotiate, the guy was so rude, said don t call us and hung up.

3 rd class service they have no idea how to speak customers the guy have no manners . They need to learn how to talk with customers first . Very poor service so bad

Never ever go hereThese ppl are robbersSay that it took 2500 us dollarsBut my mechanic fixed the reefer in 400 canadian dollarsThey charge you 200 just for touching the reefer
