Service people were well qualified. Answered questions with experience and knowledge. Scheduled oil change and fluid inspections. Fair amount changes recommended and completed. Took 7 hours to accomplish work. Took an additional 7 hours to complete 2 tire replacement and alignment. This work historically took 2 hours with my previous service provider. The inconvenience of not having vehicle for large part of a day is questionable. The quality of the service other than time to complete was first rate. Would highly recommend Rizzoli Automotive. Thanks for Great Job.

The staff here, are amazing ! They were very patient, informative and very helpful. Way better than going to my VW dealer and their prices are so much more affordable than the actual dealer. I would highly recommend coming to this place to get your car worked on !

I've used Rizzoli's for quite some time. However, I won't be using them going forward. I've always found their work great and prices reasonable, but this week was not what I expected.I took my car in for an Airbag Service light and their initial estimate was about $160. After diagnosing it as a cut wire under the driver's seat, the new estimate became nearly $600.I questioned them bout the price disparity and was told that this was a very labor intensive job (removing 4 bolts and lifting out the seat). They didn't replace a wiring harness or anything like that, they simply fixed the cut wire.I cannot justify prices like this for what I perceive to be a very simple and quick repair. As I said, going forward I will take my business elsewhere.

I make an appointment on line. They confirm the day before. I drop the car off and receive a call before end of day. Pay a fair price for good service. I don't know what more somebody would need.

I brought my car in for regular maintenance and also because of a squeaking noise when I brake. Rizzoli's found the problem (it had to do with the brake actuator) but did research and found that there was a Lexus Technical Service Bulletin about this. They called to tell me this, and explained that this looked like it should be a covered warranty repair, but that I would have to take it to a dealer to get it fixed and covered by the warranty. This advice from Rizzoli's saved me over $2,000, because the problem was indeed covered under the warranty!

I was driving into Santa Maria to visit my pops. On the way into SM I got a couple of service lights. So I decided to give Rizzolis a chance. The service was great! The shop looks clean and it seems that they use all the best and newest equipment and software! This is my first time using Rizzoli, but it won t be the last. We were so impressed when we walked up as to how clean the shop was as well as the office! The guys in the office were so pleasant. I got a called to go over what needed to be done on my 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman, I already new I would need plugs based on mileage, I brought it in for an oil change and service required. I didn t feel up sold because I was a woman. I was looking for somewhere to take my Land Rover to be looked at after smelling a burning smell and this place was recommended. I ve taken my car to two other places (one out of state that said they worked on land rovers and having me drop it off and then not after I called at the end of the day to check on it they told me they were waiting on Land Rover go get back with them and I could come get it and they would call me when they got in touch with them and never called me leaving me no time to have my car fixed before I had to drive across the country) and then another local place that couldn t work on it.I am so happy with the service I received.From calling to schedule an appointment, to dropping my car off, to picking it up, Phil was so nice every time I had to interact with him and I m so happy the problem was solved so fast and affordable. I wish I would have known about this place sooner but now I Am right up the road from the Grover Beach location & will be using them again. I gave 5 stars because they have great customer service, are very knowledgeable and thorough & had my car done in a timely manner. Brandon even offered me an Uber ride since the gentleman picking me up had 15 min.left on his lunch break;) I absolutely love that they do a full inspection & text plus emailed me a report including pictures of anything wrong, for example: I need my filter replaced & have a small crack on my windshield. They took the time to send me pics. Excellent. I will be using them in the near future.Service: Oil change

My experience with Rizzoli's in Santa Maria, Ca.has been absolutely satisfying. Both Phil and Randy are knowledgeable, patient, and professional. The services provided regarding my vehicle are second to none! I leave Rizzoli's feeling wholly confident that I will experience peak performance from my automobile. The atmosphere is cordial. Your not treated as a customer, but a family member. Rizzoli's Automotive is a very experienced Auto Repair shop that takes very good care of their customers. They provided a very thorough safety/vehicle inspection on my Ford Edge and gave me a printout of all services performed during this inspection. This printout let me know exactly what services need correcting on my vehicle and what the recommended intervals between services should be. Upon arrival to pick up my car, they went over my inspection and offered to make the follow-up appointment to correct my vehicles issues. My car was clean ready and waiting for me. Very experienced shop and very polite. I will recommend Rizzoli's to everyone I know.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

My car was having electrical issues and called to make sure they could help me, I was told yes but advised I d have to leave my car overnight before they could get to it the next day. I was ok with that because at that point it was urgent. I then had my car towed there at night and then the next afternoon got a call and text letting me know they diagnosed it and it had multiple codes but did not write any in the summary for me to look over. I was advised to take my car elsewhere like a dealership because only they would have the tools to diagnose it properly and fix the issues. Got charged ~$80 for a service I don t know occurred with no proof of codes and then another tow to get it out of there. Need my car for work so also added a rental car to my spendings on this fiasco. Now I know to just go to the dealership in the future if I m just going to be throwing money at it. Awesome customer service/front desk though, super friendly and quick.

I had a great experience with Rizzoli's! I accidentally overfilled my oil and they were able to get me in that morning for an oil change. Helpful, friendly and professional staff. Was told they could diagnose and service my oil change issues. Charged for the oil change and then say take it to the dealer, you have a leak. They leave the leaked oil on the engine! A flammable substance. No treatment, no diagnostic, no investigation. Do not trust your car, life or family with these people. And when I asked or inquired about the safety of the vehicle they said "I don't know, your probably ok, go to the dealer!" I was belittled for questioning by the entire technical and sales staff. Do not use this arrogant and elitist auto shop. I had a transmission rebuild and a couple major issues repaired and I am completely satisfied with Rizzoli's professionalism and service. I also love that they used new parts (OEM) and have a 3 year (36,000 mile) warranty included. We've been using Rizzoli's for a number of years now but a lot more since Covid! The service has been excellent. They do everything we ask for and then some. Also we are in our 70s so we need to be extra vigilant due to Covid. They have helped us stay safe with their no contact service! Our vehicles are well serviced and running well, including smog tests! We are happy with their service and their staff! thank you, Rizzoli's Automotive!
