Poor management checking employees work and lack of respect to property and dealing with issues that come about lack of care to my personal car items were just thrown back in trunk like trash

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service. The work on my vehicle was satisfactory but the staff was not helpful. I felt ignored and put on the back burner. I had to constantly call or go to the dealership to get any updates. Very little communication and no one ever seemed to have any answers. When I expressed any frustration because of the 4 completion dates I was given and my car was still not done all I got was a blank stare and shrugged shoulders. Would not come back again.

I was side swiped on the 101 Freeway. They rebuilt the whole passenger side of my Toyota Sienna. Looks like new. They are friendly! Lifetime warranty on workmanship. I would use them again. I would refer them to others. Great experience.
