Brian and staff were great. They do an amazing job on whatever your car needs. Very friendly. The shop is so clean and neat.They even cleaned and washed my car.What also was amazing is that they checked other parts of my car not only the part they were working on.I highly recommend them for honesty integrity and workmanship. They take pride in their work. As you can see I'm very pleased with my second visit as I was with the first.

I was looking for a local mechanic and found Brian and his shop searching Google. While I just started using him, I have already taken multiple cars and repeat business to him. He's very knowledgeable and doesn't try to upsell for services or parts you don't need. When I needed shocks and struts for my car, he presented me three options of value, mid-range, and higher end choices for me to pick from. I like the local shop feel and would recommend for anyone looking for the same.

Here is an update:So, I could write a novel on how awesome Brian Bunch is. Let me say this I would trust him to do anything on my vehicle. I only have 3K miles on my new truck and he has been superb and knows what he is doing. I just recently had a lift kit and wheels installed by him. Further, not only does he do his job above and beyond, he actually treats the vehicle as if it were his own. This would never have gotten done at another shop because I forgot to get the wheel lug nuts, but Brian got them ordered and put on the same day!!! I do not know many, if any automotive repair shops do that. Brian also helped me from making mistakes based on his workmanship, experience, and knowledge. If you need something fixed on your car or truck or probably even a motorcycle, he is the person to take it to. Even Amazon recommends OC Autoworx and Brian Bunch, so you can t go wrong no matter what because in order to be recommended by Amazon, you have to pass some stringent tests and guidelines. Thank you OC Autoworx, you rock!!!!!Okay, I could write all day about how professional, friendly, quick, knowledgeable, smart, creative, outstanding, perfect, reliable you get my point? These guys know what they are doing without a doubt. Brian Bunch rocks to no end .He did an amazing and awesome job installing my light bar on my brand new truck. For the price I paid for my truck, I was very hesitant, but Brian made it happen. I could go on for hours but I have some off road driving to do. Go here for whatever you need and you will not regret it. Also, Richard is awesome and the owner very professional, friendly, courteous etc. etc. etc. They are installing my bull bar, lift kit, wheels, etc. as soon as I get the time. I am so glad I found this place and even AMAZON recommends them so that should tell you something. Do not pay any attention to any negative reviews either. GO HERE!

I really like Brian and his shop. You can always tell a good shop by how clean it is and his shop is definitely the cleanest I ve seen. I had Brian replace all of my suspension on my Firebird and he did it for $1500 less than what another shop was trying to charge me. The suspension now feels great and doesn t squeak anymore. Later on, I also had a horrendously annoying squeaking sound coming from the rear of my car and he was able to narrow down that it was my exhaust bracket that was making the noise. He fixed it and I am so happy he worked and worked until he found the noise. Brian is also not the type to upsell you. I asked him if anything was going to need to be replaced on my car and he told me what would eventually need to be replaced but nothing I should worry about in the near future. I d also like to add how fast he works. He won t just take your car and let it sit for days before even getting started working on it. Thank you Brian and I highly recommend his shop to anyone who is asking whether you should go to him. The answer is yes. He is super nice and he will have you taken care of. I brought my Prius in because I was having trouble getting it started. This was back a while a go. Brian looked at the car and told me that it had two batteries. One big one and one small regular car battery. He said I needed to replace the small regular car style battery. Once I had that battery replaced, I had no problem starting it again. Another place I had taken it too told me it would cost around $2100 to replace the battery. Brian was honest and it only cost me $110. My car still runs great. Thanks Brian

Definitely the best experience we ve ever had with an auto mechanic! We are retired and have used countless mechanics over the years, but have never encountered one like Brian at My Autoworx. We were visiting family in California when we started hearing a grinding sound under the car. After 2 unsuccessful trips to the Toyota dealer, we found Brian. We were treated like family, and Brian spent a LOT of time trying to diagnose the problem. We had him replace our brake pads, which he did at a fair price and used high quality parts. But at the end of the day he suggested we go back to the dealer since the problem was unclear and likely rare. He was right, and the problem turned out to be very unique. We appreciate Brian and the way he handled our issue. If we lived in California, he would definitely be our go-to mechanic!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I contacted them about replacing the front struts on my truck and Brian could not have been more helpful. Not only did he quite me a reasonable price, but he got me in the following day to fix my problem. I made an 8 am appointment and got in right away. I also got an oil change and my alignment done. We are from out of town and our car stalled due to overheating. Our insurance tried to tow us to another repair shop which denied service due to the type of car we have. Brian took our car in at the last minute and was professional, communication with us was awesome and above all he didn t yank us around, he gave it to us straight. We knew exactly what was being done, the possibility with different pricing if problems were to arise and kept us updated the whole time. He could have taken full advantage of us due to our timely situation being that we needed to get back to Nevada soon and that driving 400 plus mikes the car needed to be 100% safe and dependable. Really wish we had a dependable place abs person like this where we live. Highly recommended if you want honest and people first service!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our experience at My Autoworx was amazing! Brian took us in last minute to service brakes, rotors, and a hole in our tire, and the customer service and insight was some of the best we ve ever received. Definitely call Brian if you ever need work done to your car!

Brian was fantastic! Called him with a safety issue on my Jeep, and he took it and fixed it right away! Wonderful customer service and we ll definitely be back for our other cars. Highly recommended.

Fantastic shop run by a great guy. Always the first place I go to for anything automotive that I can't get done. Always super reasonable prices and Brian always comes through with the work about as fine as you can ask, whether its customization work or maintenance. I've had him do body work, lighting, and exhaust work and haven't had a single issue.Can't recommend Brian and My Autoworx enough.

So I am not a mechanic but I've had my car from the beginning when it barely had 11 miles on it. So if the car gets weird or drives differently I can tell. The car was driving weird and popping up the CEL on my dash intermittently and due to where we work it's pretty hard to get to the dealership.I decided to eat the cost and just get a diagnostics check before I could go to the dealer on the weekend as the car still has a year left on the five year warranty.Brian is very knowledgeable and made sure I knew what I was doing and told me what he was going to do to check out my car.Paying for peace of mind from a mechanic that is very friendly and won't rip you off was worth it. He listened to me about what I thought was wrong with my car and then told me my options.I didn't get scammed or forced into anything. Will definitely come back for oil changes in the future as well.

Make the drive no matter where you are in Orange County. Brian is the "real deal!" He honest, dependable, reasonable, and professional. Twice now he has helped me improve the looks of my new Sahara and you can bet he'll be my "go to" with all my future upgrades. It is so refreshing to know I can give him work and not get a run around and surprises after the job has begun.Last job I had seat adjustments installed to give my rear seat passengers some angle to the straight up and down that all wranglers seem to have. I brought the kit which in the end was worthless. Brian used his own parts, took probably twice the time he anticipated, did what I couldn't do, and stayed with the original quote. Now that's class!

Brian not only does great work, but goes above and beyond in order to accommodate the needs of his customers. He's stayed late so I could pick up my car after hours, done extra repairs without charge, and found time for my rusty Bronco even on busy days. I always recommend his shop to my friends!

Stop looking for a good and quality shop, you have found it with My autoworx. These guys are great! They are professional, thorough and you know you are getting honest work done. Brian is terrific. Im 64 and have worked with dozens of mechanics. Hated all of them till I met Brian. He's fair, doesn't BS and does great work at a great price. I trust him, and that's the best compliment I can give to anyone.
