I've been relying on Rick for over 11 years and he'd come through for me every time I have an issue with one of my mac products. I'm still using his services even though I've now living 400 miles away. The total system back-up he offers gives me a certain peace of mind knowing that I have a thorough and reliable total system back-up that runs 24/7.

I feel so lucky to have Mac Services in our area. Rick has been helping get past perceived impossible barriers on my computer for many years. Really, without him I doubt I could manage the stress of computer problems. I can't say enough good things about him, but I will say when I needed a new lap top he took the old one and brought me a new one with all my data transferred ready to go in 2 days! It was like magic! I'd be lost without him!

Rick was incredibly friendly and generously insightful to me as a first time caller. He even made recommendations in my best interest such as to call Apple to check about my warranty status! I am extremely happy with his support and service and look forward to working with him in the future if Apple does not solve it. Rick is a people-first business person who truly cares about you and your Mac issues!!

Long story short: Rick got my crashed hard drive replaced with a quickness, and my iMac is running better than ever. I m a small business owner (handmade, online storefront), and tech SNAFUs are a real kick to the shins especially when you re under tight shipping deadlines like I am. I was so grateful to find this local wizard after the big box geeks told me they wouldn t repair my vintage computer (an archaic crone of a machine at 5 years old), and neither would Apple. We dropped the computer off with Rick and had it back in our studio the next morning. Cost of the repair was much less than I expected, and I appreciate his honest assessment of the situation and the work involved to remedy it. Big thanks!

Rick Wilson has been my go to Mac guy for fifteen years. He has always been able to help me and I've learned a lot from him as well so I'm more self sufficient now. I also have followed his advice on replacing equipment and his advice has always been good; he doesn't push you to buy something you don't need or isn't appropriate for you. When you buy products from him, he loads your files onto the new computer and gets everything ready for a seamless transition.

New to the area and wanting to support local small business, I just finished up a wonderful conversation with Rick regarding the repair of the keyboard of my 13 MacBook Pro. After diagnosing my problem, and ascertaining the correct age of my laptop (nearly ten years old!) his sound ( and free!) advice was not to invest in a repair. I will call him again when I need help and take every opportunity to recommend him to whomever needs Mac services.

Rick Wilson is always very prompt in answering my requests for help with problems or questions regarding my MacBook Pro. He has also become knowledgeable about Adobe Lightroom, the program I use for photo editing and storage. This is a Very Big Deal, because most of my issues stem from this program as it relates to my computer usage.I would, and do, recommend Rick for Apple problems or questions.

Got a Mac? You need to know Rick. Even though our graphic design studio practices preventative maintenance and performs routine data backups, things can go wrong. When our computers or network start misbehaving, I m on the phone to Rick. MacServices has saved us from what could have been lengthy down-times. And the best part, he comes to our office. Rick is my go-to Mac guy.

Rick was very prompt in responding to my request for help! He was efficient with the transfer of data from an 8+ year old macbook pro to a new imac. In addition to transferring existing data he focused on making sure that all email accounts, icloud storage and backup systems were up and running correctly when he delivered and set up my new computer. Rick is a true Mac Professional!

Recently did the Big Sur updated my 2017 mac. It worked for 2 days then it would not let me in with my password. Tried multiple things to remedy the problem but nothing work. Rick was great to work with he was able to pin point the problem fast and he is reasonably priced. He also got me in the day I called.

Rick is willing to service the entire county. We even ordered a new iMac today, but was warned a lot of my old software won't work on the new OS system. Rick will come and transfer all of my old stuff onto the new. I do keep my photos and files on Apple's iCloud as they automatically transfer from iPhone and iPad to my iMac desktop.

My iMac (1� years old) never worked well. There were many vexing problems that seemed insurmountable. Among other things it was slow and I recently lost e-mail for a week. Spent hours with Spectrum and Apple Support. Both couldn t help me my issue was not with their service, it was not their responsibility. I called MacServices. The next day Rick came to my house and spent an intense hour combating the problem. He had never seen the issues I had presented. He restored my email. The next day I had trouble with Microsoft Office in transferring to new computer. Finding the password from original purchase 1� years ago took an hour on the phone. Mission accomplished.

I am in Oaxaca, Mexico to study Spanish and suddenly my email auto-reply is not working. Digital West had just changed systems and I couldn't make it work. I emailed Rick and like the magician he is, he advised me, he phoned me, he logged on to my computer, and fixed everything. Quickly. Perfectly! LOVE his computer abilities!!!!!!!

I feel that Rick was very professional and honest in dealing with my hard drive problem. He gave me more options than other technical groups I had recently consulted and repaired the problem.
