This gas station is very misleading boarding on unethical. They post gas prices on SM pkwy which is ten cents lower than at the tank. The same is true at the car wash. They show in large font one car wash price and then in small print a much higher price. Most gas stations in the area run 30-50 cents for gas compared to this station. Plus the reviews stating they do a mediocre job is very true. You can hire car washing companies to come to your home for around the same price. I refuse to do business with this station.

The owner of this car wash consistently upcharges for no reason. You ask for an offline wash that is shown on his pricing board to be 30.00...., magically becomes 45.00 on the receipt. Then if caught, he tries to convince you they will do something special. This only happens when the Persian owner is taking the money. All other times, no problem.

Beware! This car wash has a captive audience here in RSM. They do below standard work! If you don t buy their special of the day you get the very basic cleaning. After tip I had spent 45.00 for absolutely nothing!!! And then. When I called and asked what they planned to do the manager all but called me liar, how do we know it was our problem??? Well because I m a customer and I have a complaint!Never ever will I lower myself to go to this car wash again! Too bad I know a lot of the people working there are working hard for their pay Managenent is ruining it for them!

Pump doesn't work with cards. It makes you go inside and out a specific price. And with such fluctuation with gas prices I usually just fill her up. I was the only car outside and I could not see the number, the service mad begins to explain to me how I can recieve the number as if I've never gotten gas. Rude service not worth the walk inside.

Do not get your vehicle washed here. You would be better off running it through your sprinklers at home and letting it air dry while you drive. The front end service is great....the employees that wash the vehicle take no pride in their work and the vehicle always come out of the wash station still dirty. When your vehicle get to the drying station....it sets for a half hour before being wiped down...Why should they care about company pride...we've paid already.

I wouldn t even give this gas station a single star. It is hideous. Every single time I come here for gas, the pumps for regular gas are not working. I get 5-6 gallons. The attendant always says well try getting the 91 . I don t want the expensive gas. I want the 87 octane. Today. No different. Managed a very slooow 6 gallons. Will never buy gas here again. I ll drive a greater distance to get better service.

You are forced to give at least one star they do not deserve that! I have in order to post my complaint! The worker drying my car at the chevron station after my car was washed, stepped on the seat to get to the roof and broke the plastic! The incident happen on 04-03-2018 at approximately 5:30 pm. I went back the next day after work and spoke to the manager. Amira (If that is his real name) was rude and argued with me. As a manager would not look at his security camera's. I want them to pay for the damage they are liable for and fixed my car. Poor customer service . I should not have to fight this. I have a picture but it is not uploading it.

Rude supervisor tried to up sell on car wash when I decided for standard price he had rude snarky comments as a reply. Not enough workers water spots on car they didn t even try to re wet to remove them had car sitting in sunI ll never return to this location, gladly drive to MV Laz Paz car wash terrible service and worse supervisor I rarely write reviews this guy deserves it.

Pumps ALWAYS broken. Pumps about 1 gallon every 5 minutes (That's not an exaggeration btw) - The people that work inside are complete a-holes. The young guy in the morning gives attitude and says "Looks like things are working on our end". News flash, they aren't...And I had the old guy behind the counter sit and count quarters for 2 minutes before ringing up my 1 beverage. Idiots. There is another Chevron just down the road, take your business there.

$29.00 car wash and they did not even vacuum. Windshield has smears and bug residue left on it. Its worth a bit of a drive for the price to get what you pay for

Went to fill up gas. Pump didn't work. Rolled up to the next pump. Also didn't work.FIX THE PUMPS YOU BUMS

The worst. The pump was on for like 3 entire minutes and only gave me a single gallon. I thought the display was broken but nope, it s just a barely functional pump. If you value your time, go elsewhere.
