Caliber Collision has repaired a few of our vehicles. We have always been very pleased with their work and customer service. Ryan and Chris were able to keep us informed during the process and even detailed the car to make it look brand new:)

Brought my 2017 chevy volt that was rear ended to get fixed here at Caliber Collison. Customer service was impeccable as Daniel kept me well informed on the progress of my Volt. I received multiple calls and texts that kept me up to date on where they were at. Daniel is extremely friendly and helpful. I felt in great hands with him as my service agent.The work was well done. All the dents and scratches were fixed as if they were never there. Upon picking up my car I noticed they had given it a new wash and the tires were Shiney; a very nice touch! I am very pleased with the work and recommend anyone to bring their vehicle in for repair.

Outstanding service from start to finish!!Amazingly smooth throughout!! Not hectic, well organized, very low stress in office which I very much appreciated. Got a ride from Caliber to Enterprise Car Rental-top notch service!!

I have taken my car to Caliber Collision on 2 different occasions. Once was on my own and the other time was an insurance claim. Both times they did a great job at repairing my car. The people there were very helpful and courteous. Any problems the came up after the repairs were handled to my satisfaction. I have no complaints about them fixing myCar. Highly recommend

Updated Review -They did an amazing Job on my Tundra and everything looks perfect. This is the shop to go to if you want the job done the right way. I am so happy with how the kept me informed throughout the whole processes. Great placeCurrently have my Toyota Tundra being fixed over here. Ashley has been super helpful and her communication has been great for where we are at in the process. 5 stars as of now and I will update my review once I receive my truck.

I just picked up my 2007 Honda CRV purchased in 2006 when my oldest was 6-9 months old and turns 18 in one month. I was impressed with the work on the hood of the car that was smashed in due to the fender bender I was in 2 weeks ago. This car may be old and have 200+k miles on it but there's nearly 2 decades of history as it has kept us safe and protected from infancy to adulthood! The only accident in this car and she looks almost brand new. Daniel took care of me at every step - from the moment I called to make an appointment, to dropping the car off, and picking it up. The cherry on top: readjusted the right side of the bumper that I damaged against a pole in backing out of a parking space and scrapes on the side of the passenger door in backing out of the garage. Unsolicited and at no cost!! Though they are cosmetic adjustments, I truly appreciate the effort and time he took in taking care of it and giving me solid advice as to repair or not. It is that integrity and honesty that I value in a business and its employees that will keep me coming back. Though given the nature of the collision business, insurance and points on one's driving record, I hope to never return again. Or at least not soon ;-)

There are few businesses who offer the level of customer service I experienced at Caliber Collison RSM. They were so nice, and efficient, through the process. Kept me informed, finished the job early, and asked me to leave the rental car with them, and they would have enterprise collect the car from their place. Daniel is the best!!!I hope you don't need a body shop, but if you do, Caliber Collision is the place to go.

I would certainly recommend RSM Caliber Collision to anybody. The workmanship is impeccable and the customer service is fantastic. It is the only place we would take our cars to be repaired.

I typically always use Caliber for car repairs, but I was especially impressed by this location. Not only did they get our repair done a week ahead of schedule, but Ashley was great at keeping us updated throughout the process. She even came in on a Saturday so we could get our car back before going out of town for the holidays. Thank you Ashley and all of the technicians at RSM Caliber!

Did a great job of repairing my vehicle on time as promised. Staff were extremely helpful and communicated every step of the process and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. Would definitely bring my vehicle here again if needed for repair.

I was driving behind a big work truck on the toll road when I think it either ran over something or something flew out of the back of it anyway, whatever the object was, it hit my windshield so hard and made a huge crack! It was so loud! I thought oh man! This is the last thing I need today! But it wasn t until I got home that I saw that whatever had flown into my car had also majorly scratched and dented my hood and right side panel. I called my insurance (bummer!) but they recommended Caliber Collision in RSM and man I am so happy they did! Caliber did such an awesome job with the repairs, my car looks even better than it did before the flying object hit me! Alan R. was awesome, informative, and very accommodating. Really, all the staff at Caliber were so nice and it seems like they all love their jobs there (it looks like they are all friends) and it shows through their teamwork. I have already told so many people that if they ever need automotive work done, Caliber Collision in RSM is the spot! I would highly recommend!

Was frustrated at first due to being redirected to a preferred provider after investing time in a non preferred retailer. However, after experiencing the service and exceptional customer service provided by Daniel, I understood why Insurance carrier preferred this retailer. Made everything easy and was even able to fix separate damage done out of pocket at a reasonable rate.Would highly recommend Caliber Collision and even more so, Daniel.Service: Body & Trim

I dropped my vehicle off at Caliber Collision in RSM and Daniel Horton was my assigned estimator/service agent. Daniel was thorough with his explanation of what he believed needed to be repaired, provided a very close preliminary estimate and prepared me for any potential variables. Daniel communicated thoroughly with me throughout the process of repairs and had my vehicle completed on time. It was even washed and vacuumed on out!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Sarah and her team are amazing. They got me in for an estimate in a day and then got my repairs done in a week. So glad I came to Caliber and if I need work done again I will definitely come back! Definitely recommend!

This is about my third time using Caliber not only my first for my Nissan and thankfully always never my fault - knock on wood - Daniel H was excellent to work with - he is so caring and took excellent care of me from start to finish . My car was Re- Ended and Daniel ordered the parts before me dropping my car off then only had to order the parts that Couldn t be seen under the bumper - saved days for the repair job . I even got my car back 3 days earlier then expected. Thank you Daniel and everyone at Caliber for taking great care of my car and making her look beautiful!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my vehicle repaired here after a rear end collision, and the service was great from beginning to end! Communication was great throughout the process, and they helped make what was a stressful situation as stress free as possible. The repair work was top notch and went well above my picky standards. The back end of the 2018 Ford Fiesta was hit by a (hit and run and driver) right side only but the damage extended further into the body witch required additional repairs bur thank goodness no one was injured. This Caliber Collision center in Rancho Santa Margarita was great at communicating with me, communicating with the insurance company, they gave me an expected completion date, and it was done on time. Daniel was my service advisor and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciated the way Daniel kept me informed and updated about the process and the progress of my repairs. There was some work completion delay due to my vehicle's manufacturing company having a delay in receiving and forwarding the parts needed. Once the parts were received the work on my car was quickly completed. I was happy with the results and would use Caliber again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very disappointed; company took pictures and never called me. I called and left a message with the receptionist for Sarah West Pham after several days. Sarah never called me! I had to call her back 3 days later for her to tell me she would work with the guy's insurance company that hit me. Very annoyed that she didn't tell me that right away. My husband has had good service at this location twice before. But I won't go back!!!
