Decent work Walmart style. Always busy, appointments recommended, but it didn't help much. You still have to wait inline. So, appointment for what?. Price is fair along with other shops.

Quick and easy tire rotation could have moved a little faster but the guys stop and talk alot instead of getting the job done quick and efficient. None the less still a fast job.

They stated that my vehicle wasn't able to be serviced with an oil change.I went to Jiffy Lube, and my vehicle was serviced.They were able to give me an oil change.

0700 for auto and tire doesn't necessarily mean 0700. I understand some of the crew is not showing up. Customer service was great though and actually my car got the oil change quicker then I thought. 5 stars to the auto employees 3 stars to the store for not hiring reliable people and getting equipment for the shop. Will go again because of the service writer.

Ordered tires on line, set up time and day. Busy when I showed up but was attended to by the one service adviser. He was hustling. I was out with my new tires within the time frame set. Great value no pressure upgrade sales.

The worst customer service. Actually, I don t think I can say that, as there was literally no customer service. The first time I got my oil changed here, the wait wasn t very long, but when they called me to let me know that my car was ready, nobody helped me for a good 30 minutes. Not even joking, I timed it. No one was there for me to talk to, or pay for the service and I just had to wait there for someone to help.The second time I tried to go get service, I drove up and no one ever acknowledged that I was there or tried to help. I waited 15-20 minutes before deciding to leave.Services: Tires, Oil change

I read the bad reviews and was nervous, but when I called ahead, they said they had the battery I needed for my car, and only one car was currently ahead of me, so the wait might be short. As it was, the very friendly service was matched by them finishing in half the time they estimated, getting me in and out in 30 min, and calling me to let me know when they were done. Consumer Reports liked their battery and its price and warranty, so I am sold! I would definitely go there again. Thanks, Michele!

Good tire prices. Bad service. Made me wait 25 minutes just to tell me I had to pick up tires at customer service. I had a 3 pm appointment and they had no clue of it. Seems like they were trying to finish for the day and did not want to replace my tires. The attitude I got from the employee made me feel unsafe of allowing them to change my tires with that attitude of carelessness. Didnt want them to do a half a@* job, so i left.

I came to replace my front two tires and they left the lug nuts loose on the right front tire. I ended up with 2 lug nuts and one half broken. I came back to let them know because my tire was about to fly off and they told me to go to a tire shop and have them replaced and they would take care of the bill. I came back with the bill and they did not want to reimburse for the full bill. They were only reimbursing me for $47 that didn t cover the labor I had to pay to replace them and time I had to take off. Worst customer service.

I know all the reviews say it's horrible unnecessarily time consuming services, but let me tell you. It really is horrible time consuming services with even worse customer service. I thought maybe the reviewers just came on a bad day but that is not the case they really don't care. The mechanics drag their feet and because I'm a woman when I asked specific questions in regards to the status of my service, I was met with condescending answers and an hr long runaround to HONOR my road hazard warranty (which was valid). So in short unless you absolutely have no other choice, there's a Good Year across the street that might actually be more helpful.

I've never written a review before, but I just had a really great experience at a Walmart (which never happens... at least for me). It all started with Vinh from the Auto Center. I appreciate him for sharing his knowledge and recommendations for caring for my car. To all the employees I ran into this Saturday morning, they were very helpful and friendly. But I can't get over how awesome the Auto Center team was.

Terrible experience. I called ahead several times to make sure my tires were there. Got hung up on three times. Dropped off my set of wheels to get tires mounted on, told the guy there no rush, take his time, do it right. I get a call back within an hour saying wheels are ready for pick up. I asked if I can leave there over night because its late and pouring rain, I was told no can do. Drove down to pick them up, waited in the rain for them to roll them out the shop and onto my truck. Get home unload them, just to realize one tire is mounted incorrectly (tread pattern opposite way). Huge Waste of time. Safety hazard, they cant mount tires correctly.

I went in and purchased two tires, I was told I would need the other two soon. I went back in weeks later for the other two to be replaced. The manager helped me and said yes I needed them. When I went to pick up the attendant was nice enough to tell me that my "old" tires were still in great condition. He even tried to call me to confirm I wanted to switch them out.

the person who gets the information from the cars is too slow. very inefficient. and after he made me wait 46 minutes he tells me that they don't have a filter for my car... how angry I felt...

DEMANDED to UP sell my wife.Employee told my wife her car had to have synthetic oil as "THE COMPUTER" said so! or he could not change her oil, you could almost hear the dramatic music in the background.I am a CA STATE Certified Industrial Mechanic, I assured my wife her 13 year old car did not need the most expensive oil. This was the second time the very same employee tried to take advantage of the females of my family. The last time he told my daughter her 16 year old car HAD to use the full synthetic oil.I would give one star but I tend NOT to pay attention to i star reviews, so I gave 2.

Got my car battery changed here. Took over two hours. I asked if they could call my phone when it was ready and they never did. I had to ask three different people if it was ready after waiting nearby. Finally I was able to leave. Avoid at all costs unless you are the only person here.

Horrible customer service! My girlfriend went today to get two tires changed. They discriminated against her because she's short, a women and she looks younger than her age. I'm filing a discrimination complaint with Walmart corporate ethics.

Went for a oil change and couple weeks later the oil light was flashing after scratching my head for a bit found out they had put way to much oil in. Will not be going back. The potential damage of having to much oil could ruin your engine to a point of a serious and costly repair. Would not recommend ever.

Never liked using my time to rate or review something but this place is good in service for your car but bad in customer service, the Asian guy has a rude way of speaking. Not friendly at all but the lady with blonde hair and tarttoos was helpful, professional, and friendly

Only leaving one star because I can't leave less. The guys were very condescending and rude. Martin refused to even look at my car. Don't waste your time, use the Goodyear across the street.

ABOUT TIRES WALMART HAS WHATEVER SIZE YOU NEED THE PROBLEM IS THE AUTO CARE CENTER HAS NOT GOOD MANAGEMENT. I ARRIVED 45 MINUTES BEFORE 7 AND THEY DIDN'T ACCEPTED MY VAN TO REPLACE MY TIRES SO I BOUGHT THEM THERE IN WALMART AND PAY ANOTHER SHOP TO GET MY TIRES INSTALLED.

Very rude. Awful service. Bought a brand new battery 3 days ago... battery was dead this morning...I walk up and the guy says you need to take this to a mechanic. I was absolutely shocked at the lack of customer service. I'll drive to La Habra Wal-Mart thanks.

Come here to do my oil change . Fast and friendly. U can wait in a waiting area or shop at Wal-Mart. You'll get a text message when ur car is done.

I wish I could give less than one star, their service horrible, I won't come back I lived in Santa Fe spring for a while that's why I like to go to Walmart even though I don't live there anymore I keep on going, now I don't like this place anymore because the auto center sucks the. People who work there are so unprofessional specially the the philipino guy and the Hispanic guy that work Wednesday mornings bad Custer services so disappointed.
