My chassie mount wing is a staple to my build, absolutely love it!Called on a Saturday with the slight chance they might be open on the weekend (fyi their not) regarding a minor question. Forgot to try again on Monday but they saw a missed call an called me back!Amazing products! Great people! Fantastic customer service!

Seat brackets for s13. I found it a bit disturbing how they do not accept any incoming e mails regarding your order status. Yet they will text message you sales ads on the regular. Product itself is mediocre, 8 week build time is fine....however I still had to finish the product. The sliders did not clear part of the seat bracket, I had to remove some material from the bracket to get the sliders to work.

HORRIBLE. I waited 12 weeks for a simple fan shroud, which they asked me to cancel the order is the way I took it. Horrible customer service. They don't answer the phone, don't return emails, gave hilariously awful excuses as to why the shroud wasn't done. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN or promote anyone to buy from this place.

I have never had an issue with the quality of their parts but the shipping and receiving side is making me source parts elsewhere. Expect one response a week from customer service and your item to ship late. I still have not received my shipping info even after I paid the extra amount for the one they had in stock ready to ship . At this point I have paid more for one that was ready to go and it hasn t shipped after the original one was suppose to already be here.

I recently purchased an R32 Skyline rear seat delete kit. When the kit arrived, it didn't have instructions in the box. I reached out through Instagram and Matt Meza was the CS rep. that helped me out. Matt not only emailed me a set of instructions, but he also sent videos through Instagram of him walking through the instructions with audio to tell me things to look out for and help with the install.As someone who works in Supply Chain and deals with CS reps. daily, I can say Matt went well above and beyond in helping me get through the install. The kit fits great, and I was very impressed with the help he provided and will recommend Street Faction moving forward.

Let me preface this by saying that I was really excited to order from Street Faction.I ordered some seat brackets for my E46 which took about 3 weeks to ship which I was fine with coming from a manufacturing/performance racing background.Upon arrival I was surprised to see that there were no basic instructions included. I get it, seat brackets aren't complicated however the E46 design is a bit more complex than an S chassis for example and some basic instructions would be handy.I also noticed after looking the parts over that one of the brackets that gets extra bracing had been welded too hot causing the bead to penetrate the backside. This was ground down with a very aggressive flap disc or grinding wheel and has left visible gouges in the surface finish that you can see through the powder coat which are about 1"x2-3".When I went to install the seat I wanted it to be in the most aggressively leaned back angle, this is when I noticed that A) the slots in the bracket weren't made long enough to accommodate this and B) the plasma cutter had left some very sharp burrs where the cut had been started/finished. Long story short I had to go over these areas with a die grinder to correct them which of course ruins the power coat in these areas.All in all the product is not terrible but for the price point I wish that the fit and finish was nicer and that I didn't have to modify it to actually function. If I would've been told prior that there was a chance I had to I wouldn't be as frustrated.

I had some issues with shipping and was given the run around with someone who no longer is employed there. Shipping took longer than expected and I originally paid for the faster shipping but Thanks to Thao, she made sure I was taken cared of and satisfied! Product came in and is great! I appreciate the customer service she gave me!

I ordered a front bash bar from them, then totaled my car within a few months, I sent an email saying what happened and without me having to ask they sent me a promo code for %30 off a new bash bar. I ordered a rear bash bar tonight and sent a message saying that I will also be ordering a heel plate soon and I was greeted with a response of them telling me they would wait until I placed the order for the heel plate and send it in the same package as the bash bar to cut the shipping.. Most businesses just look out for themselves and making money, not SFE, it's customer satisfaction first with these guys and nothing less is received. The parts are so quality assured and beautifully done to a perfect finish. If street faction made all parts for an S13 I would have my entire car from head to toe in their parts. Endless amounts of gratitude and appreciation to these guys. Cannot say thank you enough

Bought a front and rear bash bar for my s13. fitment was great, I've never had an issue with any of my bars and Matt and Thaos customer service and communication has been awesome from day one. Will definitely buy more stuff for my cars

Awesome quality parts and super helpful I ordered door cards for my 180SX and they sent them to me in Japan when they got here the were for a LHD also the shipper had damaged them, I shot them an email and they were willing to exchange for undamaged proper ones! Will continue to purchase from them!

Extremely great customer service. Bought a part from them and sold my car not long after and asked if i can return the item after 30 days of purchasing when their policy said returns are only allowed within 30 days of purchasing

Had a fitment issue on one of my S.F. seat brackets, emailed S.F. and they sent me a new one. Other than slow response time through email, they have the best customer service. Great Company!

There's nowhere else I would go for fabrication and welding needs. Street Faction took good care of me and was able to make a completely custom turbo manifold for my Nissan 240SX. The manifold looked so good when I got it that I was hesitant to install it without showing it off first, the welds are incredible!!!I highly recommend going to Street Faction for your fabrication and metal related needs, you won't be disappointed.

Havent even been here yet but seeing as all these really nice s-chassis pull out from here i'd expect top notch quality.This is bringing a special car culture to my neighborhood since i live right around the corner.Pleased to see such beautiful cars roll often.Some of the 240s I've seen from here look better than the ones I see in pictures
