If you are looking for good quality parts and very knowledgeable people NAPA is the place to be for all of your automotive needs. They offer AAA discounts and if you own your own business they also give Fleet discounts and they give Veterans discounts, just ask the customer service representative. NAPA Knows How!!

The worse place I have shopped at for parts. I know the employees aren't auto techs, but they couldn't deliver on their commitment. I took a original part for a sample. The employee said I can order it for you, from another company. I'll have it here tomorrow at noon and I will call you to pick it up. He said I might need a down payment to place the order let me check. He also said let me check if I can get you a10% off the purchase. He ask the employee beside him, Infront of me. His coworker said I could leave a down payment or pay it in full. He didn't ask about any 10% discount for the $172 part. I told the employee if you want me to pay it in full I need a guarantee that it will be here at noon. He stated it will be here and not to worry another one of our stores also has the part. I didn't receive any phone calls to pick up the part. I drove there at 6:30pm. They didn't know how to find the part in there store. Then they tell me it hadn't arrived. That noon at their location could be 7pm-9pm. They then said they'd give me a call when it arrived. They call me that night. I will never shop there again. Good luck to anyone else who does decide to make purchases at this auto parts company.

Watch for specials. Had chevron techon on sale for 5.49 each with YOUR AAA card. Cheapest I could find, 14.95 on Amazon, 9.49 at Walmart. So it pays to pay attention. Sometimes you need to shop to save. Amazon does not have the best deals like they used to. Great and friendly staff. Ordered online off the website, said items would be there the next day which I was fine with. Surprise! It was there the same day I ordered. If you've never used techron in your vehicle, you need to! I use it in all my vehicles and boat. Cleans your fuel injectors and plugs. You will notice the difference...

Was having car problem. The guy looked at my motor. He immediately identified issue. Needed a dealer part. He help me figure a temporary repair with JB Weld putty which held fine until part arrived. Excellent service!

Rubin here was so helpful and true to his word. Here I walked in took maybe 3 steps and heard can I help you? There were only two employees present. So nice to see real customer service. When I go to the AutoZone store I see 5 employees with no customers and no offer to help even though I am standing at the counter.

Great service, nice employees, great customer service, explain everything in order you can understand what you need and why, feels like FAMILY business, but just 4 stars because at the customers parking are crowded with company trucks , almost no parking for customers and the remaining parkings are too tide because some of the trucks were bad parked , I had to make my self flat to go out of my car,

John helped me out a great deal. After taking 30 minutes out of his busy day to research he found the correct part for my truck. The other guys....auto zone and O'reilly just said "I don't know that's what the computer shows"

I usually use my local napa on slauson but for a must have part they guided me to their sister napa spot and I must say just as friendly as my local napa thank you to both napa crews

I came in with a battery dilemma Sunday afternoon, and two gentlemen helped me out. I wish I caught their names, but they were fantastic. I always love coming to this Napa.

Staff is friendly but comes at a price that as a customer you have to pay.... it seems that all of their parts are overly priced check out prices comparison with other auto parts and to my surprise same item but a whole lot cheaper NAPA is a lot more expensive. Warning: shop elsewhere and save money...
