When a guy walking by the counter identifies my head as a cr500, without breaking stride, I knew I was in the right place. Daniel answered my many moronic questions patiently. They had everything to complete the job on site; piston,bearings and gaskets. Price was extremely fair. I dropped the head off Monday afternoon and the bike was fired up by Saturday night.A pleasure to do business with.Yes, that's a street legal, e-start cr500 sitting in my entryway. Fastest way to the market I could find

Second time there. Super service both times. Unrelated to my honing and cylinder repair Nick help me figure out why my power valves were sticky. He disassembled them on the spot and did the best he could to get them to work smoother. Very pleased I will definitely be returning when my next piston gets sloppy.

Great work is done here. Only problem is covid has crippled this place. Turn arounds are too long to wait. Quoted 8 weeks for a resleeve. Had to find another shop this time around but im willing to give them another shot next time.

The business I worked for purchased sleeves from LA Sleeve, their products are great and we have never had an issue with any of the LA Sleeve products we have purchased over the last 15+ years.
