Thank you Gregg's Auto Body!!! In the last year I've had two occasions I needed auto body services. I was so happy with the staff and the work done to my vehicle the first incident that when I found myself needing body repair a second time I immediately called on Gregg'sAuto Body once again. They were friendly and worked with my schedule to get my vehicle back to me in time to make my trip out of state. Hopefully I won't find myself needing body repairs again but if I do, you can be sure I'll be calling Gregg's!

Someone accidentally scratched my bumper, but it was bad enough that it needed to be replaced. Picked them based on reviews (also part of the insurance network) and I was very happy with the entire process. Eric did the estimate and Jeff took care of everything else (customer facing), both were extremely helpful, very kind and explained things well. Any time I had questions, it was easy to get ahold of them and they were compassionate towards the situation. I felt their prices were fair and not inflated like some places tend to be. The entire process was painless, informative, easy and straightforward. I will def use them in the future for anybody work and have already recommended them to family and friends.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Insurance repairs...twice within a 6 month span. Efficient, professional service on first instance, there was no doubt where I was returning the second time. Worked seamlessly with my insurance and car rental...one stop shop saving me time. If I need similar work in the future, Greg's will be getting my business!

I had such a wonderful experience here at Greg's! Loved the frequent communication (via text) that they had with me throughout the entire process. I was recently rear ended and needed body work on my rear bumper. I was recommended by my insurance to Greg s. They where very professional, they always answer your calls and send you text message alerts to keep you updated on your cars progress. It took a few weeks to finish the repair but my car was ready right when they said it would be. This place is worth the price!Service: Body & Trim

Great auto body shop. I was rear-ended a couple months back and selected them off a list of shops after reading reviews on all of them, and I can safely say I am very happy with my decision. They were great from beginning to end, they are very straight forward. After my initial estimate I was called back the day after I left it and given a new estimate because there was more damage noticed once the bumper was taken off and waited until I approved the new changes and left me in total control of the situation. Carla is the individual I was in communication with and answered any questions I had in a very quick and professional manner. After picking it up, I noticed my trunk wouldn't open, called them up and they told me to bring it back and quickly went to work fixing the issue until it was resolved. They told me that if any issues arose to call them up and bring it back, but fortunately it has been smooth sailing since.

Excellent job on both customer service and the repair on my car! Had an issue with the tires, took it back & with in 1 hour the tires were fixed! Definitely recommending this place to my family & friends!
