Edward the owner is amazing! He is friendly and professional and works closely with you to accomplish exactly what you want. I had my brand new Range Rover blacked out and it looks impeccable. His pricing is fair and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. Concept Auto Design Inc is the best body shop in Los Angeles. The owner Edward is amazing and so knowledgeable. Took my GMC to him after an accident and he did a wonderful job repairing it and the paint job looks phenomenal. Highly recommend this shop. Took my Range Rover and BMW here for paintwork and was very happy both times. Fair pricing and great work. Institutional quality paint both. I have referred to Ed by my service manager at Land Rover Encino. After I contacted Ed & spoke to him I knew that I would trust him with auto work with my car. He had repaired the damaged door & also painted my car to my liking. Love his work his character n highly recommend. Brought my BMW to Edward to have some paint work done on the rear bumper after an unfortunate incident in a parking lot, not only did the team at concept auto design do an amazing job on color matching the paint, they had it back to me in a short amount of time.Would definitely recommend! Took my truck to get the tailgate repaired. They also took care of minor dings on the body and adjusted my hood. They did great work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

One of the best customers service the owner is a great person you need to meet him for anything you need about body shop I recommend
