Great service multiple times the last couple months with the guys at Brothers!I went in the first time to discuss some A/C repairs for my S2000 after reading reviews for many shops around the area. Charlie went through all the scenarios of the work that would likely be involved, as well as costs.Not only did the guys take care of my initial repairs, but found one other small issue and handled that, too.I returned a second time for tire mount and balance because I had such a good first experience that you want to keep supporting businesses like this.Great shops can be hard to find, and I chose Brothers based on other great reviews they had. The staff remembered me my second visit, and the conversations we had previously, so it was like visiting a few friends the second time around.Can't recommend these guys highly enough! Charile and the crew at Brothers Auto really took care of me and my 2017 Toyota Sequoia 4x4. I live in Hawaii and flew over to purchase the Sequoia on the mainland. Before I had it shipped over to Hawaii, I had Brothers Auto install a new lift kit, wheels and tires. I brought Charile and the crew the Sequoia and a trunk full of suspension parts, wheels and tires. The finished product was really amazing. When I first saw the new look, I must have had a big smile on my face since I was very stoked! Now the vehicle rides even better and is smoother and more comfortable than before. I live out of state but was helping my daughter find a local mechanic after she received a very high repair estimate from a dealer. The dealer said she needed a new gasket on the timing chain cover, rear brakes, and a transmission fluid service. I decided to contact Brother's Auto based on the excellent reviews I had seen. I emailed them with my questions and what the dealer had recommended for services. They responded back very quickly and said they would be very happy to take a no-charge look. My daughter brought the car in and they said she really didn't need any of those items serviced at this time and just recommended adding oil treatment for now. While it was in there they cleaned up the battery terminals and did a few other minor things and charged her next to nothing for all this compared to dealer prices! I e-mailed back and forth with the manager, Charlie, a few times and spoke to him on the phone. I cannot begin to tell you how prompt and professional his communications were. Frankly, I've never experienced a level of service like this at any place I've had my cars worked on. I'm disappointed that I don't live nearby so that I could bring my cars to Brother's as well.Long story short; if you are treated like I was, you will be blown away by the level of service and professionalism at Brother's Auto. They seem to know the right way to earn customer loyalty and she will be back for all future service needs!Services: Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Had my sister come here thinking that the mechanic was a professional. The guy insulted my knowledge on cars to my sister then continued to tell me he doesn't have the tools to perform the work that is needed on her car. He replaced a brand new serpentine belt that I had already replaced, he replaced a belt tensioner which I already tested and was informed it was in safe condition still, then proceeded to tell me because he couldn't find the part number of the belt, that I purchased directly from KIA, so he replaced it. This mechanic is very unprofessional and at the end of the day he cost me $60 for a belt from Kia and charged my little sister $400 for services that weren't necessary at all. I tried to understand this mechanics point of view but I realized he is just taking advantage of the situation of a younger girl coming to his shop. He charged $225 dollars in labor for what would take any decent mechanic an hour of labor. Quick cash grab place AVOID THIS SHOP.The issue was not fixed and when I told the mechanic it is 100% an engine related issue he informed me he does not have the right tools to do the work needed for the car. The car indeed did have an engine related issue and is now being worked on by a real professional shop.

I can't say enough good things about Brothers Automotive!My previous experiences with mechanics have been terrible. I always felt taken advantage of, belittled and overall confused with services performed on my car. I used to dread oil changes, ignored check engine lights just to avoid a terrible experience. They did an excellent job on my car! It runs like it's brand new again. Charlie was very honest with what was needed and what could wait and the prices were great! We re so thankful to have found Charlie and Brothers Automotive! We ve been servicing our 2008 Lexus IS 250 here for 2 years now and Charlie goes above and beyond to help us out every time. Their honesty and trustworthiness is what made us regulars at their shop. Pricing is reasonable and they never force us to get work done on the car that isn t necessary. Mr. Charlie is one of the BEST and KIND person I ve met! I went there last week because my tire warning light was up the second time in just a few months. Mr.Charlie took a look for me and there was a nail in my tire. He offered and his workers help me to patch my tire for Free!!He also gave me a free Tshirt of their auto shop, now I m one of their workers haha!He is so kind, generous, and helpful! I can't thank these guys enough. Charlie and Chris were there every step of the way. When the tow truck dropped it off they made sure she was taken cared for. They took in my 1966 Cadillac Coupe Deville and she was in need of maintenance. These guys took photos of all work being done the whole way threw and were very knowledgeable and honest. Brothers was recommended to me by a very good friend. I have a 2001 Chevy S10 extended cab truck with 104000 miles on it. It is in very good shape. I have been having oil leaks for some time now. I took it to Brothers and saw Charlie. I immediately felt at ease as Charlie is very business like but at the same time quite friendly. I left my truck there to be inspected and within a few hours I had a message from Charlie that the inspection was finished. He explained where the leaks were coming from and came up with a solution for me to try out. He also toppedoff all of my fluid levels and fixed a door strip for me that had fallen off. He gave me some excellent suggestions which I will follow. I left there totally impressed and would recommend Brothers to all my friends A1 service for sure.Services: Body & Trim, Engine repair

I highly recommend Brothers Automotive for your automotive repairs. My 2006 Chevy Avalanche had an electrical problem that kept draining my battery overnight. Charlie took care of it in less than two hours. Turns out it was my seat cover that would press against my power seat button. Charlie did not charge me for it since it was a simple fix. One of the best experiences I have ever had. I had damaged my car backing up from a parking stall. The bottom was torn by those parking blocks. I took it to Brothers. Charlie said that since it was just a couple screws that it would be no charge. Are you kidding?? What a great honest man! I was taken aback! My 2000 Camry with 100k miles had definitely lost a step or two. The engine felt "loose", performance was down and I had a significant oil leak. After a full inspection, Charlie recommended that I replace my timing belt. This service included tensioners, water pump, cam seals, and a cooling system flush.Post service: The engine once again feels "tight", throttle is crisp and my performance has returned. I reached out to Charlie and Brothers Automotive based on word of mouth from a city page on FB. I had originally made an appointment with a dealership but the price they quoted me wasn t sitting well with me. I skipped the dealership and went with Brother s. Right off the bat Charlie was interested in earning my business for life. You could tell his business is based off of good service and referrals. He has to work hard for customers unlike dealerships. I told him what I needed and what the dealership had mentioned and he looked at everything. Walked out with less than $100 dollar bill. Couldn t be more pleased. I will be back.
