It has been a great experience dealing with Big Rig collision center. From the very beginning Jose has made the process smooth and easy. I love his transparency and how experienced he is in this field. That makes everything less stressful and that is huge. We appreciate his business and we definitely recommend him for any big rig needs or collision repairs. Thank you Jose and to your Big Rig collision team for taking care of us.

This place is the BEST!!! I have a 2004 minivan and they made my van look better than the day I purchased it brand new. Everyone is very friendly and they got the work done so fast. I highly recommend them.

Great experience at Big Rig Collision Center. Jose was very honest and reasonable with hos estimate. He provided additional information that no one else did and walked us through the process of the repair. Highly recommend.

Needed some work done and did not want to go through my insurance. Jose and Big Rig did an excellent job, provided me with a reasonable and FAIR quote, and were always prompt when communicating. Jose runs a family business, and treats his employees as such. I would not recommend any other repair shop in the area other than Big Rig Collision Center. Will definitely be back.

My husband had previously used Big rig collision and when I was hit by another car he decided this was the place he wanted to use for that repair. I can say when I picked up my R350 it looked great I would even say it looked better than before. I am very grateful for Jose he is very kind and helpful. 2019: So I came back a couple years later to get a full service paint job on both the car and motorcycle. These guys take great pride in their work and customer service. They kept me updated with changes along the way and accommodated requests I had. Their attention to detail is second to none. They are a creative team where each member contributes creative ideas for the overall customized look. I'll be going back for other body work and painting needs as necessary. They are trustworthy, sensitive to customer's budget, and all about producing a product that they are proud of.2017: OUTSTANDING doesn't even begin to describe the quality and customer service. They care about their work and how the customers will feel once the work is completed. Always aiming to please. 100 STARS all the way! Can't wait to get back there for next service! A+

10/10 experience. Took my car for some body work and a full paint job and needless to say the end result was absolutely stunning! I didn't even recognize the car when I pulled into the lot. The quality of the work is amazing and so is the service. They answered all my questions, & eased all my concerns. A visit to a body shop, any body shop, is probably not going to be the most pleasant of experiences. Visiting a shop most likely means your vehicle was involved in accident, and something like this is certainly not going to put you in the best of moods.However, Danny and Jose and his team at Big Rig Collision helped to make the entire "ordeal" as easy and as painless as possible for me.I initially showed without an appointment. I showed up because I wanted to MAKE an appointment, for an estimate. Danny was able to give me an estimate on the spot. While I was there, he gave me a small tour, which included pointing out his 70-year-old father who was working in the shop at the time! Danny, literally, "grew up" around cars and body shops!From what I've since learned, matching a vehicle's color is not an exact science. It's not as if you can pick out that exact color from the paint store down the street. Instead, matching a color involves starting with a similar base and mixing colors until you have a match.This was Number One on my small list of worries. It turns out I was worried for nothing. Danny and his team were able to match the color PERFECTLY. They did a GREAT JOB with my car! There is no sign it was ever involved in an accident. It looks FANTASTIC!While they were working on it, they kept me up-to-date on the car's progress. In all, they DID have my car for about ten days... but looking at the finished product makes it all worthwhile. Getting the job done correctly, the first time, is what's most important. (And in Danny's defense, he was gone on vacation for most of that time, meaning his shop was short-staffed while he was gone.)I don't have a problem in recommending Big Rig Collision. I'm very happy with my entire experience with them. I hope they are still around if I ever need their services again. - Edward Collins

This place is a hidden jewel for not just big rig collision repair but great service for classic cars too! Jose and Danny were great to work with the whole staff is gray too! Highly recommended.

A perfect 10/10 Service. I brought my 2016 Nissan Sentra in with terrible paint damage from front to rear. My experience was fast, comfortable, REASONABLY PRICED, and way better quality than I had expected. They blew me away. Jose will make you feel like family and hell treat your vehicle as such. When I picked up my car I couldn't even tell that there was paint damage before. I am always one who values and is willing to spend for better quality. Jose is such an amazing help! I went in for a side mirror repair and he gave me his honest opinion and helped me save so much money and time! I m usually so anxious about car stuff but Jose made me feel so comfortable. Had some front end damage to my 2016 Freightliner Cascadia. Found Big Rig Collision Center on goggle maps. They had good reviews so decided to give these guys a shot. This is the place to go if you have damage to your truck. Jose Lopez does not disappoint and I strongly recommend stopping by or giving him a call when in need. Thanks for all the help Big Rig Collision Center for getting me back on the road looking good!

I didn't know what to expect here, but when I saw the reviews I had to call them. Jose was very professional and expressed the importance of quality work that leaves each customer satisfied. After talking with him I just felt so comfortable taking my car there. When I arrived early the next morning, I was immediately greeted with positivity and kindness. The staff at Big Rig Collision was so friendly and knowledgeable, it made the anxiety of my frustrating situation not seem so bad after all. I actually felt safe knowing my car was in good hands. And when I received my car back, it was like brand new!! I'm thankful that when life throws you a curve ball, there are places like this to really help you through it. THANK YOU!!!

5 out of 5Brought my Freightliner Semi here for repairs after my fuel tank was demolished by a hit & run driver.....This team was smooth to communicate with.....They returned my calls the same day (which is so important)And, stayed focused despite us being in a Pandemic.Give this place a call, just talk to them and fell them out..... and you will leave satisfied.Service: Body & Trim

I was here at Big Rig Collision center and received excellent service! Everyone was very helpful and communicated what the path to getting our car fixed was. They estimated the process time perfectly and provided a clear walk down of the work done. The quality of work is great and the car looks like new. I would highly recommended this to anyone looking to get their rig serviced. If there was a sixth star, I would give it.Ask for Danny or Joe in the office! I rarely bother to review a business, but the service I received at Big Rig Collision Center was so exceptional that I felt a need to share it with others. I had my front bumper cracked by a piece of tread on the freeway and my insurance sent me to a shop withing 2 miles of Big Rig Collison Center which provided horrible customer service and lead me to look elsewhere. Jose fit me in for inspection on the day I called in and did an excellent job of communicating with my insurance company. After doing the full estimate for the damages I ended up purchasing a new vehicle and canceling the work(sorry Jose). I was still provided with excellent service even though I chose not to go through with the work. There is a reason this place has so many 5 star reviews!Service: Body & Trim

Jose and Danny have repaired two of my vehicles in the last couple of years and done a fantastic job. They are fair and honest people and a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond my expactations and made sure that I was more than satisfied with the work done. Jose!! He did a terrific job on my car! I wanted to wait a few weeks to write my review to see how my car was running and everything is working better than before. You can not tell my car was in a bad accident. The only downside I had during my experience is that it took a little longer than expected but as soon as Jose realized the job was going to take longer, he payed for a rental car until they finished mine. So sweet! Thank you Jose and to your team for doing your best on my car!!

I don t know where to start. The owner of this place is named Jose (Big Rig Collision Center) he has been the most understanding, patient, honest, hard working-profesional gentlemen I have ever known. My commercial truck had no hope, but he made it happen (don t know how) I wish all companies where like this. My vehicle was terribly rear-ended. They helped fixed my car internally and externally. This was the first time I have gone to their shop and outstanding service. Jose, was communicative and understanding. He answered my phone calls all the time and always answered my questions. His communication was also easy because he answered through text messages too. I felt comfortable and peace of mind that he had my car at the shop. He did his 100% best to get the necessary parts for my vehicle. Helpful with the towing too. I brought my car into Big Rig Collision Center after I was in an accident and destroyed most of the front of my car. They had amazing service and walked me through everything that would be needed to fix the car. They provided a very clear estimate which was very nice. Then, only a couple weeks later, I come back to a brand-new looking car! It looks a million times better than before and I couldn't be happier with it. Thanks!

After being turned away from 6 shops and 3 months of searching for a shop that would do the repairs on my Tahoe after getting into a accident jose and his team took me in no problem got my truck fixed and looking like new. Jose was beyond wonderful. He worked with me on a very tight time frame as I was leaving the country. I left the vehicle with him and returned from my trip to see a completely finished, professional job completed. His workers were professional, courteous, and willing to accommodate my crazy schedule. I am beyond happy with all the amazing help Jose did for me and for my car when I needed them the most! They took ownership of my vehicle and were so very helpful and kind through the whole process of me leaving my vehicle to be repaired, they provided so amazing customer service they care!! It s a beautiful feeling of peace knowing they cared and were there to help me! I got my car back and it looked BRAND NEW!!!! drove amazing!!!! I was so amazed to see the work they did but God Knew they were the Ones who were going to be able to fix my car in a timely manner with loving and motivated workers! If anyone needs to choose a repair collision center I recommend Big Rig Collision Center! I am so sure 100 percent they will not let you down and you will be amazed in the work they do for you and how we are valued by them!
