Such a positive experience with Joaquin, Mike, and their service department. Bought a car I really like from them last week, then a minor mechanical issue came up and they took care of it with no hassle. I found them to be honest, trustworthy, professional and nice. Would recommend them without any hesitation.

I purchased a Toyota Sienna from Santa Cruz Motors and was truly amazed by the service they provided me. Michael and Jorge went above and beyond to accommodate me with my purchase. The vehicle I purchased was pristine and in immaculate condition. I explained to them that I would drive the vehicle home which was 567 miles away. I had not seen the vehicle personally but they sent me pictures of the vehicle inside and out and assured me that the vehicle would make the trip with no issues. They even showed pictures of the tire tread to reassure me that they had plenty of tread and should not have issues for the long haul home. I have never purchased a vehicle without taking it for a test drive but this was just an experience I will never forget because their high rating is why they made my buying experience worth repeating. Thank you Santa Cruz Motors, hope we can do business again in the future. By the way, thank you Scott for delivering the vehicle to the airport to lessen my long trip home.

BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMMERS Drove here from Sacramento to check out a car, after hearing from both Joaquin and Jorge only to have them tell me they sold it a few days ago once I showed up in person (with my toddler and baby in the car). A follow up email would have saved me hours, what an unprofessional sham of an operation.Edit: hilarious that the response is "you asked to meet on the 22nd, we agreed to meet with you on the 22nd, but since you didn't keep responding back and forth every day and didn't email us first thing in the morning when you were on your way, we sold the car from under you and didn't say anything until you showed up with your baby and toddler. Again, what dishonest predatory scammers.

I had an excellent experience. I worked with Jorge on a seamless transaction with a loan, and warranty with no hassle. After searching for weeks I found clean single owner low milage used car here.

Okay experience. Car wasn't a terrible price and the process was quick. However, cigarette smoke was pretty bad in warm weather (I smelled hints during test drive but they denied any knowledge). Car had a super cheap aftermarket battery that died within months of purchase. Claimed they used the car as a rental car but rental history did not appear on Carfax.

My family recently went through a tragedy which resulted in a vehicle that my mother was stuck with.I'm no longer in the area, so I was unable to help her with the vehicle's sale. I've known Mike for many years, so there was no hesitation in reaching out to him to see if he could assist us with the sale of this vehicle.Mike took care of a consignment sale from picking up the truck, marketing & selling it, and truly helping my mother out of a tough, tough situation. I'm not saying that anyone would, but under the circumstances my mom could have been taken advantage of.Not with Mike at Santa Cruz Motors.Travis did an excellent job communicating with me during the sale, they got a very good price for it, the whole transaction went as smooth as it possibly could have.Can't thank you enough Mike & Travis.

Just bought a used truck here. Great experience all around. Jorge, Joaquin, Mike, and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful and fair throughout the buying process. I ran into a small issue with my new truck within the first week of buying. Mike and the guys at the shop took care of it right away. Honest and true to their word. Highly recommend

I needed to sell my car and Santa Cruz Motors worked so patiently with me through the whole process. They paid me the highest price for my car and when it came time to sign and transfer ownership it took all of 10 minutes. Joaquin, Jorge and Michael were professional and awesome to work with! I had a great experience with Santa Cruz Motors. I needed to get a car that was reasonably priced, and pretty quickly at that. Travis and Mike did a fantastic job walking me through all of my options that they had, and what the pros and cons were on all of their cars. This made it very easy for me to see what every car had to offer me, and I was able to make my decision knowing that I was picking the right car, and there was no pressure. I felt very comfortable doing business with Santa Cruz Motors, and they made my buying experience fantastic. I recommend Santa Cruz Motors to anyone who is looking for quality cars with great customer service.

Our family has purchased our last three cars from Santa Cruz Motors. We could not be more pleased. The service is incredible and the cars are top notch. We have worked with both Mike and Travis and have had great experiences. This is definitely our go-to spot for cars and I highly recommend it.

I ve known Mike for some time now, sold him several cars in the past recently purchased one from him and Joaquin his sales manager. Happy to find a one owner truck on his lot to serve my current needs. I will certainly buy or sell through him again. Excellent communication, nice vehicles and fair market values and above real nice guys.

Mike and Travis are the best! We have purchased two cars from Santa Cruz Motors and both experiences have been easy and pleasant! The quality of their inventory is good, they are very professional, honest, not pushy and they work to make your buying experience a positive one. I definitely recommend checking out Santa Cruz Motors the next time you're looking for a car. They also do rentals now!

Found a Honda Fit on-line at Santa Cruz Motors after we got word our older Honda was nearing the end. Mike was helpful, respectful and a pleasure to work with. Negotiation was fair and paperwork a breeze. I hadn't ever purchased a car from a lot, so was a bit apprehensive, but Mike made it painless. We drove off happy in our new (for us) car!

Because my old job had me move often, I have bought cars and trucks all over the world. The dealership experience is terrible and dishonest everywhere, it s the standard. I dread the day I have to buy a new vehicle.Not anymore. Finally, an honest experience with kind people who just want to help you get what you are looking for. Travis, mike, joakim do a great job and I will be telling my friends and family to give this place a try when looking for a vehicle.

A Breath of Fresh Air!I came here on a recommendation from my mechanic. I had almost given up on my search because I had gone to Ocean Honda and SC Subaru and both places were so icky and salesy and just left a bad taste in my mouth.NOT HERE!!Mike is such a sweetheart, so considerate and kind and honest-- not easy to come by in a car salesman! He got me out the door with my new perfect car within 2 days and there was no bs.He was helpful, thorough, and honest through and through. Not to mention, despite being a used car lot, he only sells cars that are in genuine good condition (I really appreciate the integrity).This is the only place I would buy a car in Santa Cruz. Highly recommend!Thanks SC Motors!

Bought car from SC Motors, would buy another from them--reason: Demonstrated total honesty/integrity in correcting an oversight. Contract paperwork said there was no missing equipment, but in fact there was, which was discovered after paperwork signed. SC Motors covered financial cost of replacement equipment. Worked with Travis/Joaquin, solid guys.

This guy was honestly very rude to me up until I signed the papers. I think because I was younger he didn t view me as a serious buyer. Also the car was over priced and the bushing were worn out (which was not disclosed) the car was relatively new with only around 30k miles but it was not clean (there were spider webs inside) and smelled like smoke so I had to get it detailed. I like the car but I wish i would have shopped around more and after he was so rude to me I felt kind of funny buying from him. I wouldn t recommend going here based on the issues I ve had with my car and the over guarantee for customer satisfaction is not likely in my opinion. It was nice that he wasn t pushy but he was very condescending and not nice as a business owner. Wouldn t recommend Santa Cruz motors you anyone. Definitely will be buying my next car somewhere else.

Santa Cruz Motors is on Soquel Avenue, near the Nissan dealership! They are NOT out of business and I'm thankful for that! Mike and his team are really great people to work with, honest, reliable, fair and just FUN to work with. Just go check 'em out for yourself!

These guys did a great job. I found my dream car online and it was at this lot. I had worked out of the USA for one year and couldn t document income, so many dealers couldn t find me a loan. These guys did twice! The whole process had integrity and it went smoothly. Now I am driving a Prius V, level five for $250 a month a 2012 but it s perfect. I am a happy camper. Thanks!

Really nice people. Went out of their way to help me. Wound up buying a truck elswhere but only because theirs didnt meet our needs.Their truck was beautiful and was a great price.
