Sergio from Santa Cruz All Star Body works. Was professional, kind, knowledgeable and attentive. My vehicle repair was excellent. When I went to pick up my Honda it was just like I drove it off the New car lot. It was spotless inside and out. Sergio s care and concern was high class. We all deserve to be treated with the best of care.

I had to get my side mirrior and door handle replaced on my older vehicle, which can be kind of difficult because it's hard to track down the parts.Sergio and the team found what I needed quickly and were so professional! Not only did they successfully fix/install all the work that was needed, but they were kind and provided top notch customer care as well. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs them! I know I'll be back if anything on my car needs some fixing.

All Star Bodywork is awesome! I got some body work done on my car after getting in a fender bender. Another place had told me my car was totaled. I heard about Sergio through word of mouth and thought I d get a second opinion. Sergio did a great job, and it was quick too! He is kind, communicative, and reasonably priced. He also showed me very thorough pictures of the work needed when he quoted me.I went to him for new brake pads recently as well. Highly recommend!

I got a great recommendation for Sergio to replace my bumper. I hoped to get it done before I had to go out of town. Sergio went out of his way to get it done. The price was reasonable and the body work was perfect! I happened upon All Star Bodyworks because my truck had broken down right around the corner. I had rolled over something on the freeway and the right front wheel of my truck had bent in completely. It was almost immobile. I hobbled it the best I could into the shop, and sure enough, the right control arm and ball joint had busted. I spoke with Sergio and he said that he could start working on it immediately. This was on a Thursday morning, so I figured I would be without my truck through the weekend, at least, until they could order the right parts and put it all together. Sergio sent over a quote and pictures later that day to show me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. The truck needed new brake pads and a new right tire as well, so I included that in my order. Sergio texted me in the early afternoon the next day (Friday!) with pictures of all the new parts on my truck and said that it was ready to pick up. I was stoked. I Uber-ed over on my lunch break and was in and out in 15 minutes with my truck riding smooth before the weekend. Sergio and his team were fast, transparent, and very reasonably priced given the damage to my truck. I would highly recommend All Star Bodyworks and will be going back again myself. All Star Bodyworks did a great job repairing the windshield frame on my old truck. It needed fixing before a new windshield could be installed. Sergio and Sergio Jr. were both helpful and informative. I recommend this shop!

They were extremely transparent with everything they did and answered all of my questions when estimating the cost of the repairs I needed to have done.The work was done ahead of schedule and well within the budget that was quoted. The car looks great now!I would definitely suggest anybody needing auto body work done give them a call.

You can literally say Sergio and I Meet By Accident I was referred to Sergio by my attorney. He spoke very highly ofSergio owner of All Star Auto Body. His auto body shop and mechanic. I loaned my 2011 Cargo van out and as you would know it. YES he got hit by someone ran a red light. Sergio dealt with all the insurance company to fix it all. Sergio is very professional and went out of his way to make this as easy as possible for me. Overall, this was a great experience. I now know he is a accomplished mechanic as well an outstanding auto body and paint. Full spray booth that allowed him to match a perfect spray paint job.I have peace of mind in knowing that Sergio is always available should you need any additional repairs or adjustments to my repair. I'm definitely coming back if I should need. I will be recommending All Star Auto Body to all of my friends and family.Now all the work and time done in a very quick manner and the work looks so amazing. My van looks brand new.Sergio took the time to keep me informed and I received a call from him when any delay issue arose that was found by dissembling to discover the unknown damage.I believe the service was excellent and I intend to make sure the AAA Insurance knows.I definitely will go back and I highly recommend.Repairs look fantastic! I brought in my wife s 2015 Honda Accord which had multiple scratches near the gas cap. Sergio buffed out all the scratches quickly and efficiently. Now the car looks like new again. I highly recommend this place.

We were passing through for a move with a trailer when my car started having issues. We called every shop in town but there wasn't a technician for at least 2 days. Sergio with Allstar Bodyworks answered and had us come in right away as their work day was nearing the end. We went in thinking it was going to be one pretty severe issue with my car but thankfully Sergio and Miguel determined it would be a much easier fix. They had us out and back on the road in under 2 hours and were incredibly kind and professional. Thanks for making this a part of the story we can laugh at now. #allstaradventure

Sergio completed my repair faster than expected and for the estimated price. I had a limited budget and he was able to adjust the job to stay within my limit. My name is Curtis Reliford I just want to let people know about Santa Cruz All Star body shop I took my old 84 Mercedes that had a beat up door, oxidized paint all over it, Knicks and stretches to Sergio.it didn't take him long to transform that car to a showroom shine. He did everything I asked him to do at a very reasonable price. He had great customer service. Great experience! I came to Sergio with somewhat of an unusual request to install a bench seat in my 1988 Dodge Van.His first consideration was safety, which was nice to see. He gave me my options and we agreed on the best result that made the most sense for both of us.His estimate was fair and there were no surprises.Turnaround time was beyond anything I d experienced - It was amazing! Job was done within a couple days, got the call that it was ready and I was on my way.I ll be back for sure - Thanks, Sergio!!

Sergio did an amazing job on my bumper that got hit, I needed it fixed within that same day and went to around four other auto shops and they gave me a estimated time of around 4-5 hours but when I went to Sergio s shop he said it can get it done within that hour and it s honestly incredible work. There are no cracks, scratches or chipped paint on the car also the price for it was very reasonable compared to the other shops around the area. So I do recommend this man if you are ever in a pinch of time or need a reliable place.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

Sergio is a magician. A semi truck smashed the left rear quarter panel of my sprinter that had foam insulation, water pipes, and 120v electrical lines just underneath. He navigated the complexity and was able to weld a new panel segment and blend it all together. Amazing job.

Sergio is very knowledgeable and patient with his work. His concern is for your safety and it shows in his explanations of what is wrong with your car, how you can fix it, and an estimated timeline of how long things will take to get worse if you're not looking to fix it at the time.I brought my car in to check brakes on one occasion and was treated very well while I was there. My brakes were practically nonexistent when I brought it in and he was very fast with checking the brakes, then ordering the brakes, and the estimate was extremely reasonable. I brought my car in a second time for electrical problems where he then showed me exactly what was causing my electrical issues (alternator and bulb).Sergio does not cut corners with his work, makes sure everything is working before you leave, and leaves you with more knowledge about your car per the problem. As a person who knew next to nothing about cars and asked endless questions, I was very grateful for Sergio's explanations and patience with me. Sergio was able to squeeze me in and do exactly the repair as needed much faster than expected and worked with me to keep the price down. I brought by car in as I had been rear ended. Sergio and his team really helped me work within the constraints of the insurance company. When insurance wouldn t pay for a rental car, they put my car back together so I would have a car to drive while we waited for my tailgate. I also had my car detailed. The car after finally fixed looked brand new and the car sparkled from the detailing. I will definitely use Alllstar again. Sergio is the man. I came in with some fender damage on my car. It was Monday and I needed the car back by Friday. I told him this and he got the job done. Not only was he quick but the car looks amazing and you can't tell it had the work done. Though our job was only a dented bumper, Santa Cruz All Star took the time to do a magnificent job, removing the main dent so expertly that you couldn't tell it had ever been there. Then they went on, at their own suggestion, and without extra charge, to buff out some thick paint smears on the other end of the bumper. The price for the work done was very reasonable, and the boss, Sergio, explained everything in detail, in a most friendly way. I will never take our car anywhere else!Service: Body & Trim
