Here's my story. On a Friday afternoon, getting ready to go on a trip. Had to bring in the slide out. It did not work. It failed. It was 4pm Friday. We were promised a tech to come over and fix the RV at my house in Ben Lomond. but the tech could not make it right away. He said he'd come over at 9:pm to fix it. He came over that evening and bt 10pm he figured out a way to make the slide work. So we left for our trip with our RV. It worked fine all week.RV service center was our savior. How many companies would do this for their customers? None. They have done work for us before an they are informative, fair, and the work is done in a timely manner.I definitely recommend this shop for your RV needs.Brent King

Words cannot describe how much these people care about what they do. Not only do they care, they have Godzilla sized hearts! They really do care about the people and they're good at what they do. They're friendly and extremely knowledgeable and hardworking, every single one of them! These people are the greatest. I really mean it from the bottom of my heart. They're like family in a way.. No other RV repair service center in Santa Cruz deserves your business more than they. If you're reading this I strongly recommend you do business here, they deserve it! They really do.I want to thank Rena for everything that she does, she truly is very compassionate, I know because I've seen it with my own eyes. This woman is truly genuine and a good person. She takes care of every client and customer that calls and walks into the door. She's an angel, you can't see it but she has wings and a halo! I want to thank Eric for being an excellent manager. This guy knows what he's doing and can answer any question you have or find out for you. He will never rush and takes his time with you. This man truly listens and is also kind and friendly. You can trust this man to help you. He shines bright like a diamond. I want to thank Gil for being so knowledgeable about everything RV! He's a really good electrician! The best I've ever known. Seeing him working on RVs you can tell, you really loves it and his passionate and loves working on RVs, this man does it want to stop working. I would call this man a real friend! He's also a loving father and family man. This is the man you want working on your RV or trailer! You have the best people skills. I want to thank chava for being highly skilled and fast and accurate with his work. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge, focusand skill and can multitask like I have never seen. This man has only one speed and that is superfast. This man is a true master at what he does! I get dizzy every time I watch this man work cuz he is blur he is so fast. I'm really happy I took my RV here to have them work on it. I think they did a wonderful job and I am happy with the work they all put into it, and the time and attention to detail is astounding! Taking your RV here might change your life, it did mine.. You all have hearts of gold!

Friendly, helpful, good for anything that's "not the chassis". Helped me get connected with chassis providers (brakes, wheels, engine, etc.).

They are good for what they offer in service. Very friendly staff. No mechanical work offered only cosmetic or accessories installs and or fixes. They do bodywork. Convenient location.

We were on a road trip and had a problem with an access door to a storage. The gentleman offered our best bet was to have a new key made. In the end, he was very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable! I drive from Waahington to California to use their services. They corrected a couple of problems I was encountering with my travel trailer. And two other shops couldn't figure it out! Thanks RV Service Center Of Santa Cruz!

I had an insurance claim for a roof repair, awning replacement, and body work. They were extremely professional, easy to reach for updates and went above and beyond by allowing me to pick my camper up after hours. The work was great. The roof seems look very well sealed and the body looks like new. HIGHLY recommend them and if I need anything done later, I will be back.

The short story is, they made promises they didn't remember and in the end told me my damaged trailer was fine, refused to write the report for the insurance and made me come pick it up with a few hour notice or i'd be charged storage fees. The full story is I contacted RVSCSC about water damage due to the shower leaking into the under belly and they couldn't get to my trailer for about a week, but said it was probably totaled based on my description of the damage over the phone. I have nowhere to store it for free so I also asked if they could store it for me after the inspection until the insurance got back with what was to be done with it and they agreed. I paid to store it somewhere locally up until my appointment day, I was running late due to traffic so had to shift my arrival time which they agreed to.I arrived and they asked many questions that had already been answered but I answered again with no issue. Then proceeded to tell me it probably wont be covered under insurance and they cant store it and would have never agreed to that so I must be lying. I pleaded with them since I had no other place to store it but we found space and they let me store it there. It went from sure you can store it no problem, its probably totaled to insurance wont cover it and you can't store it here. They called my the next day to tell me there was no damage and I needed to pick it up. I asked how can that be? and what did the insurance say? they said the water probably came from the sink that was removed, but I told them the sink was removed after the damage was discovered, in order to investigate the damage. But they insisted and argued it was fine and then said they would not do any work on my trailer and I needed to pick it up within 5 hours or it would incur fees.I will never go back here ever again, and I can't recommend their service to anyone. The person I spoke with was the OWNER.The employees were very friendly and I hope them all well.

I took my trailer there to get the fridge worked on. On electric the fridge got down to 29 degrees. On propane it only got down to 50 degrees. I just checked the fridge and on propane it now goes down to 19 degrees. Well done! I also had some regular maintenance done. Over all it was a little more pricey than I expected but most things usually are. There is a place a lot closer to me to get my trailer worked on but they are usually difficult to deal with. I am happy with my experience at RVSCSC and plan on taking my trailer there in the future.

Rena and crew worked on my Casita a few times. They are honest and fair. Recently their turnaround was too far out to accommodate but if you aren't in a rush they do good work.

Gill is amazing and fast, the whole staff is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I play in a band and our rig had just been rear ended in LA, Gill quickly found that the body shop had which had just repaired the rear end of our truck had bent one of the pins in the receiver plug for the trailer lights. We were able to get on the road within the hour. Thanks Gill!!

Brought the shop thousands of dollars of work (appliances, fans, plumbing, etc...) on my b-van. I called ahead with specific part orders and established a timeline and plan. What I got was appointment delays, poor communication, and they did not complete all of the work even after weeks of delays and "issues." The man and woman working the front are completely disorganized and incompetent, the mechanic is abrasive and unpleasant and they both blame each other for the delays and problems. The only decent employee is the mechanics helper, he's a great guy who does great work. I decided to give them a second chance and order some basic parts (that they messed up originally) and yet again I got the wrong parts (4th time including previous issues.) Avoid this place at all costs!!!! Could not be a worse place to do business with. I've spent thousands there and they still get it wrong every time. It's bad. Really bad. Don't go there. Ever. EVER!

Labor Rate Criminals If you are prepared to pay a $140+ per hour labor per man and have them estimate 4 hours for a 2 hour job this is the place for you. They have ripped people for years I suspect as there are no others in Santa Cruz. BEWARE they are experienced with response to any challenges. After an appointment they could not finish install of water tank in one day. SO they could get another $500 out of me to finish the job. I was taken and will not return. Over $280 per hour for 2 men...family I suspect. Stay Away!!!

I have dropped off our travel trailer here a couple of times for various issues. RV Service Center of Santa Cruz has amazing customer service and trustworthy. They will never try to upsell you and will always work to find the best option for you. And if they can't do something, they reffer you to someone great that can help. They are a great company

Friendly staff. They went out of their way to order towing mirrors for me to come and check out. I will definitely be back. My only complaint is they make you stay outside. I wish I could have gone inside to take a look. I guess they are just being cautious because of covid.

I was recommended to RV Service Center of SC by a friend (who loves them). Just had an oil change, generator service, and electrical diagnosis done on my class A with them. Every timed I called they answered their phone, they are very friendly and customer centric, and they did great work. Highly recommend!

Maybe my problem is that I mostly don't go for service, but to buy a part. I usually go in knowing exactly what I need, and they rarely have it. I've also gone on with photos of what I need and had them sell me the wrong thing. And their hours on their website never seem accurate. Half of my trips result in me turning around to leave as soon add I arrive because despite what their website says, they are actually closed.

These guys are great. Had an unfortunate experience with a Cruise America RV and we ended up stuck here for a few hours. They did a great job diagnosing the problem and went to bat for us when Cruise America tried to screw us over. Highly recommended.

Very helpful. I love the service I typically receive from business owners versus the employees of large corporations. These folks sure seemed like the real deal to me; if I were in the area again, I would return, and I will recommend them to fellow RVers.

Such great customer service! I had a few parts I needed to get for a self-install and the gentleman was so helpful in making sure that I was buying the right stuff and not anything I didn't need.

The owner is loyal to her customers! Snuck us in for repairs w/o an appointment. Service is fast, done right a a reasonable price 'cause not all RVers have big wallets. Always busy...remodel and repairs.

Csaba is a generator genius and they were kind enough to tell me what I needed to know for the simple problem it was and look at a pic, and I did it myself. Now I will always come to RVSSSC when ita over my head. Thank you so much!

Been having problems with our 92 wilderness 5th wheel trailer. They didn't have the part I needed so they ordered the part for me and even called me when it came in. The customer service is great they have everything I needed for a decent prices. I couldn't be happier.

Had our water heater (13 years old, original equipment) go out on a recent trip. We were staying at Marina Dunes RV Resort, so I contacted Camping World in Morgan Hill, CA. They said they would have to order it and it would take 10 days to get there. Since we were heading to Sacramento area in a couple days, I contacted Camping World in Rocklin. Same issue. Then started checking places through the internet. When I called RV Service Center in Santa Cruz, the lady I spoke with could not be more helpful. She said they could order it that day and it would be in their shop by noon the next day. She said they have most of their parts overnight delivered. I was shocked but very happy. We picked up the water heater that next day and the cost was not much more than I would have had to pay at Camping World - well within the cost of what I would have expected for an overnight shipment.
