Precision Mercedes is absolutely outstanding!I was ready to start my trip in my Mercedes sprinter RV, but low and behold, my battery was dead and needed replacing.I called around and no one would be able to assistance for days, some didn t even call me back for many hours. Then I called Precision Mercedes; they were able to get me in immediately.Upon inspection, Frank noticed I had a check engine light on. He determined it was due to an emissions recall, which can only be completed by certain Dealers.Pricilla took the initiative to call around California to find a dealer who is authorized to perform the repairs, and set up a appointment for me.While they performed the work, Frank and Pricilla continually updated me on their progress.Frank also performed an additional safety check to ensure I have a safe trip, as I am handicapped and have limited mobility.All of the staff at Precision Mercedes are wonderful, professional and caring.I m not sure if they service other makes of vehicles, but I would highly recommend checking with them as their service is truly outstandingAnd lastly, the prices are very reasonable.

Came in for a simple engine oil change. Next morning I hear a rattle in my new engine.. come to find out they used cheap oil and aftermarket oil filter on my high end sports car :/ and OVERFILLED oil potentially causing great damage to my engine. My engine only takes 6.9 qts they put 9qts!! Do NOT TRUST THESE MEXICANS they do dirt work and leave you with costly repairs!!The kid working for them seems depressed/under the influence and always agitated. that same kid did the job on my carService: General repairs & maintenance

we are a local plumbing company and two of our fleet vehicles are MBZ sprinters. i was having a very difficult time getting one of them to pass smog, i called precision mercedes and they said to bring it in. frank and the rest of the crew worked their magic, he called me a few days later and said the van was ready. a big thank you to precision mercedes!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Frank is great! I have purchased a few cars from him and am looking into another this week. I am actually excited to have another Mercedes so that I can bring it in to P.M. and not have to deal with anyone else. Most people tell me not to get a Mercedes because the matinenece is so exhausting and expensive but not with these guys! Aways happy to pay my bill which is by far cheaper than any other foreign shops!Thanks for everything !!

Outstanding is all I can say. Unbelievably fast service. They found several tire suppliers that gave me choices re: cost, guarantees & availability. I got the lowest prices with the best guarantee. This is my "go-to" repair shop forever!

Frank is the man. Not only an amazing mechanic but so honest and friendly. I will never take my car anywhere else. I'm always amazed at how efficient they are as well because they always seem like they're working on a dozen cars at once and mine is done so quickly. Feel lucky to have them

I called Precision Mercedes at 8:30am on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment. I had issues with the ABS warning light coming on, as well an acceleration issue in my 1998 C230. They said can you bring it in now? I said absolutely! I dropped the car off at 9:00am and the repairs were complete by noon. Very good communication and the price was reasonable. The car runs perfectly! I will certainly go back for any future service requirements.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Called last Thursday to get my broken window fixed (it was stuck a few inches down) before the massive rain storms hit. I procrastinated getting it done and I really wasn t expecting anyone to be able to fix it within my time frame but called Precision as a last ditch effort. The lady who answered (very pleasant person!) was able to fit me in that day and they fixed it within a couple of hours, even charging me less than the initial quote given. They really saved my car from being ruined by the rain and I m so grateful! 5 stars all around for this place!!!

Frank is amazing!! I ve been taking my Mercedes to him for the past 10 years they re always fast they do such a good job and so reasonably priced , their the best ! I recommend them highly.

This is the only place I would take my Mercedes from Gilroy to Santa Cruz to Monterey. I only trust these guys. They're good people too. Fair and honest and seem to truly care about you and your vehicle. Don't waste your time anywhere else.. I bring my car clear to Morgan Hill for a reason. This is THE only place I trust (as a Mercedes certified shop) for my car needs, quality and value. My dad owned a local car lot for many years and I was an longtime employee, so I know a good shop and quality in the automotive business in general ..to find this level of quality, value and credibility is hugely rare and invaluable. Don't screw around. Take your Benz to the right place. Don't waste time or $ anywhere else. It's worth it.

I have been going here for 5 years now, I have an older SLK and they have always kept my car running excellent. They are very customer focused and truly honest. They will tell you exactly what needs to be fixed and always try to do it the cheapist way. And they ALWAYS fit you in when you have a problem. I truly trust and appreciate them!

I took my sprinter van that has been to many shops because no one can figure out what was wrong with it! I brought it here and within 1 hour they told me exactly what was wrong. They completely re made my van and is working like new. Totally worth the hour and half drive to get here. Will be back

Frank is the man! Highly knowledgeable, professional, honest and transparent. He told me I need a new sensor which he can order for $700 or I can go to the junk yard and get it for $20. He told me what junk yard to go to, how to remove the sensor and gave me the necessary tools. I am coming to Frank for all of my Mercedes needs!

I've been going to this shop for a couple years now. They are true honest mechanics and are always a pleasure to do business with! Honestly the only reason I've kept my Mercedes this long is I know that Frank and team will keep it running.

If I have a problem with my Mercedes, I take it to Frank. From then on, I can rest assured that the problem will be taken of and my car will be running smoothly again
