Perrigos Auto Body did a great job on my tailgate and bumper, it looks better than brand new.Their body shop technicians are perfectionist!

Quality work! Went in for a bumper/taillight good price nice staff which I can appreciate since some were younger mechanics but talked to them for a bit and definitely seem to know what their doing (20 yrs experience at 19 years old type of thing which was awesome! You Dont see that much these days!) kind to my wife as well when she dropped my truck off I d definitely recommend and hopefully I Dont have to go back but if I do I know where I m going! Thanks again!

I wish I could give Perrigos a 5 star review like the others. Reason why I went there. I brought my car in for a fender bender. First quote was for 661.00 with extra parts that were decided not needed. The labor cost was $268.00 for 2.2 hours. The second quote was $460-ish. With the SAME Labor charge $268.00 for less amount of hardware to install.The day of the repair, I brought my car in at 11:40AM. A very young technician was there ready to work on my car. He said it would take less than an hour. First thought, why was I quoted 2.2 hours?? ISo I left my car and went for lunch downtown. 15 minutes later I get a call that my car is ready! Wow! that was super fast! When I went to pick up my car, the bill was the same with labor for the first quote even though less parts were installed.Bottom line is they charged me $268.00 for 2.2 hours of labor for 15 minutes of work. ($130 per hour). When I pointed that out to the young mechanic, he looked me straight in the eye and said "that's how we make out money" .I'm thinking that's how you rip off your customers. Even if they're an old granny.So then I found who the owner was, and tried to get a partial refund. I got a returned email that was not signed by anyone saying 3 guys worked on my car, reason it was so fast. yet the math still did not add up. Next step file a complaint with BBB with all of the paper work. No reply.They ripped me off good. at the time of payment I didn't have time to argue, was in a hurry. Thought I could clear it later. But clearly Perrigos good care less because they got my money. They don't care about making it right with me. So needless to say, would never recommend to anyone.Local Santa Cruz Resident

This is the ONLY shop I ever send family to! I have worked in the local automotive industry for 21 years so I am in a unique position to know when a shop not only does quality work that they stand behind but also have honest employees and business practices. Over the years I have had my car repaired at Perrigo's Auto Body multiple times. Dave has gone out of his way to make sure factory parts were put on my vehicles every time regardless of what the insurance company requested. I am very pleased with the great work Perrigo's Auto Body Shop did on my car. They were very professional and friendly and willing to work around my parameters, scheduling and so on -- including interacting with my insurance company. Samantha was very helpful. Evan did a great job of making my car look clean and spiffy. I highly recommend this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I live in the area of the boardwalk, which means lots of palm trees. That being said I have had palms fall On the hood of my 2017 Chrysler twice, so sad as this was my very first new car but perrigo has restored it back to New both times and a back up accident which bent my passenger door and they brought succeeded in bringing it back to its original glory!! Very satisfied! They even wash your car! Love this place, Fast , Friendly and worth every dime.

I can't tell you how wonderful these guys are. They are truly amazing. I have had the blessing of working with them on three separate occasions, all being wonderful experiences in the hardest of situations. Sadly, for some reason my very large and visible Chevy Tahoe seems to be a magnet for being hit. I absolutely love my truck, it is my baby and they take care of her as if it were their own. If there are any worries you have , they quickly remedy them. I cannot recommend a body shop more than Perrigo's. Granted, I have never had the opportunity to work with another... but, I wouldn't take my vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE!!!If I could give 10 stars I would! It's nerve wracking enough to be hit, and deal with insurance and rental car companies... but Dave is always a reassuring and calming presence. (I can get pretty panicked, I even stress myself out ).If you are looking for top notch vehicle repair, beautiful body work, and exemplary customer service, Dave is your guy!Thank you Perrigo's Team!!! You Rock!!!

Well, if you need auto body repair, I'm sorry to hear that. But you can't do better than Perrigo's. Local business, very professional, excellent work, and really nice people. I've had a few repairs done here going back quite a few years and they always do a great job. I recommend them completely and without reservation... but, hey, sorry to hear about your car : )Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My family and I have used Perrigos for years for collision repairs, painting, etc. David and Dan have always done their best to find the most economical way to repair our vehicles in a manner that makes it come back like new.

WOW!!!! Words escape me to completely convey my experience with Perrigo's! From start to finish, it was amazing!I was on my way to Perrigo's with my older "new" Beetle VW via the car wash, having been referred by a friend for a different issue with this car. However, I came out of the wash with an unexpected problem of immediate nature, dragging one of the front engine under covers on the road. Although I was a drop-in customer at a very busy time for them, I was given immediate service and with such friendliness and smiles! The dragging cover was removed on the spot, a replacement part ordered and I was given a very reasonable estimate for parts and repair work. While this was happening, Dave, the manager, called another shop to discuss my door lock problem (the original problem,) gave me a business's card to a shop which could help me, along with directions. By this time my Bug was driveable again and I was off to the referral shop!Later the same day I received a follow-up call with good news and more good news! Dave said they would have the part the next day and only one cover would need replaced, so it would be less costly than the original estimate (which was not much to begin with!) He told me I could come by the next day for the work to be done, at my convenience (this has NEVER happened to me EVER!) and to call a little in advance so they could have a tech available to do the work.And there's more! While i was waiting for the repair to be done (very minimal wait, I must say), various employees came though the office, smiling, friendly, introducing themselves, chatting comfortably with me and each other. A man walking his Pug dog past the shop came in and Dave stopped what he was doing to get a dog biscuit for the very happy dog! Everyone I encountered was so positive and friendly! It seemed to be such an agreeable place to work that I almost didn't want to leave!I am used to dealing with repair work on various vehicles, spending hours waiting for simple procedures to be performed, and feeling like I have to be constantly vigilant or I will be taken advantage of. This was definitely not the case with the crew at Perrigo's! They will be without a doubt my first call for ANY repair work that they can perform!I am one extremely happy customer!

Went here after getting T-boned, they replaced the trim they needed to and popped the rest out, if someone didn't know it was hit they couldn't tell from looking at it now. Emprimer lugar por parte de mi aseguradora llev� mi camioneta a este taller para reparaci�n de suspensi�n y al al prinsipio parec�a que todo iba bien pero cuando me empezaron decir que no encontraban las partes total paso casi un mes y no le hicieron nada y el manejados me dijo que si quer�a me la llevara a otro lugar y me la lleve porque este lugar es muy inprofecional porque si yo no les llamaba para ver que estaba pasando con las partes ellos nunca me llamaban no se los recomiendo este lugarService: Steering & suspension repair
