My experience at John s electric motor repai;John s Electric motor repair technician were friendly and helpful when I enquired about a part i needed to repair my table saw motor. They ordered the part on Friday andon Monday it was waiting for me. Afrer my attempt to repair it failed I brought it back and they corrected my attempt at wiring in 2 minutes . Gary was extremely pleasant and friendly.,and the exchange could not have been more perfect. A big thank you for your service!

Less than one star for really terrible customer service. I took my fireplace blowers in for repair last July 2022 and was told they'd be able to look at them sometime in the next 30 days. I called in August and they hadn't had a chance to look at them, so I waited. In September they called saying they were unable to help me. Since they had a huge pile of scrap metal down the side of their building, I left the blowers there and figured it would end up in their scrap heap. Yesterday, 7 months later I get a call stating I owe $35.00 for the "Bench Diagnosis." I told them I'd be down in the next day or 2 to pay up.I get there today and they can tell I'm very upset and ask me why. I told them their customer service was "S**t" and they could have sold the blowers with their scrap metal heap for more than $35.00. Then, I get accused of leaving a nasty message, when I actually spoke to a live person. Some guy comes out of the back and starts YELLING at me that he told me I owed the money last year when he called. I told them they'd be rated accordingly and this guy screamed, 'PLEASE TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS NEVER TO COME IN HERE."WOW, what great customer service.......................

Great professional and knowledgeable service. Their primary interest is getting you back on line for the lowest cost possible, not profits. I called other shops and their diagnostic cost alone made replacement the only choice (which of course they offered take care of!) Don't waste time and money, go to John's first! Thanks!

The staff is spectacular big smiles and happy to help you with your electrical motor or pump problems. they can rebuild pretty much any electrical motor from pools motors to agriculture motors and pumps. if they can't rebuild it they can replace with new one. they will recycle your old motor by separating all the different metals and then melting it. So if you have the old motor sitting around that you haven't got rid of you can bring it to them for free to recycle. they been in our community doing business for 40 plus years.Noel and Suzanne are the owners and Aja and Kevin are the electric motor and pump mechanics. we need to support them in any way possible these small businesses are very hard to come by and the expertise that they carry is not replaceable by Corporate America. If you're in the neighborhood stop by and say hi and tell him how you found out about them.

very pleased with this shop!!! my water pump motor started making a noise - bad bearings-after explaining to me how to disassemble the motor from the pump, i was able to bring the unit in so that he cold fix the motor/replace bearing & put the system back together so that the well was up& running the same day. very very helpful!

this guy is genius. I brought him a pool pump for my son's pool and it's antique. I think it was the first one ever made. it was so old it just looked like a big chunk of volcanic ash and he got it running perfectly in less than a week
